Hi there,
If I believe correctly:
The player made quite a number of bets over the limit, and I believe there was another reason too that I can't remember on top of my head, I'll have to check with the guys again. Stay tuned.
The player also received a second chance with his deposit + bonus to have another go at the games, and the first thing he did was to go over the limit again with his first spin that he made. Hence resulting in the final confiscation.
Maybe he was fucked up or something. So what, you can't just take his money unless you believe he was maliciously trying to defraud you. Because if someone is opening multiple accounts to try to take advantage of the casino, that's a clear violation of the terms of the site. If it were possible to take advantage of your casino by opening multiple accounts you would of gone out of business long ago. The reality is a substantial portion of your income is expected to come from T&C violations every year. I think that's unethical A player shouldn't have to read your your 4,000 words of General T&C and then 2,000 words of Promotional T&C and then wonder if there's more somewhere else they might be missing. You're running a casino, right? People like to relax and gamble and not have to worry about getting paid if they win. Right now, you have a rule that basically changes many the buttons in your games into "Lose all your money if you push this button" It's a trap. I can tell you there's a huge difference between playing on a site regulated in America and playing on a site like Bitstarz. The sad thing is, Bitcoin gives you the chance to become just as trusted or more than a site that has invested millions into their license. Now, it would be great to hear your opinion on the casino rules. Which ones do you actually agree with? You seem to have a negative opinion on quite a few terms. So, it would be lovely if you could elaborate on that.
I disagree with most of the rules that are found in softswiss casinos. Where are the rules that they follow by the way? Also, my recommendation would be to bring your question to an actual gambling oriented forum such as AskGamblers, CasinoMeister or LCB. They've got decades of gambling experience under their belt, from a player and advocate perspective, and they would side with the max bet rule and our argumentation.
So, don't just take it from me.
We are in the Bitcoin Gambling forum you know, and RHaver is the guy who built moneypot, bustabit, that lottery thing...

If a genuine player made a mistake to bet over the limit, the absolute worst thing that could happen would be to be left with their original deposit. Even this is quite rare as we tend to let a lot of these cases slide if it was an honest mistake. I believe that you believe what your saying is true, and it's not that bad. But really, it is. If a player survives 35x playthrough, they're likely to have quite a bit of profit. And I'm going to take a guess and say the you guys let the smaller cashouts slide, and don't bother letting them know until after they have the big cashout pending. Kinda like throwing a small fish back in the pond to let him grow a little. You never answered my question by the way: In total, what is your total gain from seizing cashouts from players for placing a bet greater than 5 euro or BTC.025 bitcoin with an active bonus.
Ballpark it if you have to please. I have a couple more. What is your hold % over the past year (or any significant period of time) ( Confirmed Cashout : Deposits ) I think you prob aren't allowed to share that with us though because it's probably something ridiculous ( I'm guessing 60-70% when it should be around 5) This is something that every casino regulated by a decent body is required to publishes each month. It's also something that most of these provably fair transparent Bitcoin sites offer. I just found this one for example: ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.gyazo.com%2F8a2933a2659b7e9e159da8e8ea030198.png&t=664&c=nrmRnzGToQBbCA) It becomes a bigger issue if the player has multiple accounts at BitStarz or have been warned but keep making those bets.
Why? Your deposit bonuses are terribly terribly -ev and offering no deposit bonuses is like throwing steak to a dog and then yelling at him for eating it.

So i don't know why DT members didn't remove red trust from PocketDice..?
It took them over a month to come up with 102 btc. They told several lies during that month. The fact that they finally paid the player does not make everything ok. THey've basically just stopped posting on the forum. Do you think they have the enough money but just don't want to prove it? I don't. I don't know if any gambling website or casino have to prove anything.. For me case is closed. Where is problem? If they told the truth instead of lying, they probably wouldn't have red trust. Lying is bad and it's one of the problems. The other is that after being asked for proof of solubility, they just stopped posting all together. In my opinion, that is not the way a trustworthy business would behave.

I'm having trouble understanding why would you keep playing blackjack after 5 bug reports & no customer support response?
Because they said to me that the problem didnt exist and it continued happening. Seems like there might be another reason. That one doesn't make sense.

The following links were sent to me anonymously. I don't have a full understanding of of what's going on or how serious this issue is: Phishers using CloudFlare for SSL Some Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) enable fraudsters to deploy phishing attacks with valid SSL certificates. Not only does this make the fraudulent sites appear more credible, but they also benefit from the fast response times provided by the CDN. From https://news.netcraft.com/archives/2013/10/07/phishers-using-cloudflare-for-ssl.htmlCloudFlare's half-baked SSL: suspicious sockets layer We were inspired to collect the data on this page after reading this report: Phishers using CloudFlare for SSL. Also see this technical analysis (PDF, 545 KB) on the use of SSL by CloudFlare and similar services. The CloudFlare certificates we found all had the common name in the same style as the "ssl2796.cloudflare.com" -snip- We compiled this list by attempting a handshake with the CloudFlare domains in our database. With an older version of OpenSSL on port 443, our handshake fails if the certificate uses SNI. CloudFlare's use of SNI is for "universal" SSL, and is available on free accounts. The "standard" certificates we want mean that the domain has a paid account at CloudFlare. These make up about five percent of the domains that use CloudFlare, according to news reports. It's all a marketing effort anyway, whether paid or free. There is no such thing as "secure" SSL when you have potential Men-In-The-Middle at scores of data centers around the world. Local authorities could be sniffing the plaintext available at these data centers, and CloudFlare wouldn't have a clue. Today Betcoin announced the addition of a new Betsoft Game (The Irish themed one) that has 3 independent progressive jackpots per denomination. They deleted this post from their thread at the same time. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1616152.msg16639942#msg16639942The game was actually first launched on a bunch of sites 2 days before the Jasonort resolution.

I've noticed that they've deleted quite a few posts in the last 24 hours or so according to my instant e-mail notifications of new posts. Is it possible to have a thread that mirrors the content of the moderated Betcoin thread that includes all posts, maybe with the posts that they delete highlighted in red? I think it's interesting to see the posts they delete in the context of the original thread.
I'm trying to keep up with a list in OP, not sure, probably not possible to get what youre asking for. Would be nice though. Let me know what I miss guys: CENSORED POSTS:Submit anything Betcoin has deleted from any of their threads on this forum or their own.

PocketDice is pretty cool website. I don't play dices, just in a meantime when I want to pass the time because I always lost hahah, but the website at all has a very good appearence and almost any bugs. Anyway, the website follows the rules of the peobabily fair games.
Except for the part where they prove they aren't broke.

It's funny to see them congratulate one of their sig campaign members on becoming hero status when theres so much proof that the account has been sold many times, (one notable owner being the bitcoinblackfriday scammer) and the user has at least one other hero account in the fortunejack campaign (likely several more) and makes the most thoughtless posts in the most obvious sig slut bate threads ... A reply of yours, quoted below, was deleted by the starter of a self-moderated topic. There are no rules of self-moderation, so this deletion cannot be appealed. Congratulations to all the members who ranked up this month as you will be earning even more bitcoin! Thank you all for your great posts and support.
Hi everyone. Congratulations lorylore! It is a happy moment every time our participant rank up. I would also like to thank to new candidates I sent you a message.
Deleted from sig campaign thread. We are almost full but recruitment continues. New candidates can get a chance to join the queue and sometimes get a spot right away. It all depends on your activity and the quality of posts. Thank you.
Thanks a lot. It is been my privilege to have been here since stage 1 and grew together with the betcoin community. It has been the best signature campaign i was ever in and i hope this will continue to last for years. I also wish that betcoin will have a strong and growing customers base. lorylore, we thank you and all of our great members for your continued support. Your words here mean a tremendous amount to us and we will continue to provide one of if not the best signature campaign here at bitcoin talk. Thank you very much for taking the time to write these wonderful words. We appreciate you. Hi everyone. Congratulations lorylore! It is a happy moment every time our participant rank up. I would also like to thank to new candidates I sent you a message.
Hi, Perhaps you aren't aware that Lorylore is a farmed account. (it actually belonged to the guy responsible for the big bitcoinblackfriday phishing scam last year at some point) Lorylore also has another Legendary Account in the FortuneJack campaign, hua_huiThere are others too I'm sure. I posted proof here and also in the known Alts list. Also just look at their trust ratings.

You're asking for people to invest in your site and you're sharing your gross revenue data.
Why won't you provide the break down of total deposits/cashouts etc.?
I'm confused.
We are not interested in providing this info as it has no relation to the revenue actually. There are can be no deposits but people would play (on their previous deposits, etc). So the revenue is also based on the previous deposited funds which can be held in the casino balance for quite a long time already. There can be no deposits but a positive revenue and on the contrary - there are deposits but casino can lose. That's why it won't be correct to publish this info. Do you know what how much players deposit and withdraw each month? Sure we do know all the statistics regarding deposits/withdrawals. I promise you, player deposits and withdraws are directly related to your profit. Your profit is directly related to your investors profit. So you really shouldn't hide the details of your player deposits and withdraws from your investors. Transparency will bring you the most investors. Unless there's something you're hiding. Hello, we've answered already to this question ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) : We are not interested in providing this info as it has no relation to the revenue actually. I understand, sometimes there's overlap. The thing is, deposits are where your revenue comes from. Sometimes not right away, but in the end, it's your source of revenue. For each period, you need to tell the investors: How many deposits were made and for how much. How many withdraws were made and for how much. How many bonuses were given and for how much. How many players have funds left in their account, the amount of of these funds and the ratio of bonus restricted/unrestricted funds. All of this is related to your weekly profit.

Well uh...I've ask you this a couple times. Would love an answer, or ball park it if you don't want to crunch the numbers. Well, you have to understand that it's quite a rare occurrence. 99.99% of all players in the casino have no problem what so ever with us and we have no problem with them. But there's a super small minority of players who could engage in fraudulent behavior of various kinds. Trying to open multiple accounts to get free spins, opening multiple accounts to take multiple welcome offers, double spenders, etc. These could risk of having winnings confiscated due to abusing the casino.
How many cashouts have you cancelled because of this 5 euro / .025 btc max bet rule? What is the total of these cancelled cashouts? ALso, out of curiosity, what % of players manage to clear a 100% deposit bonus at Bitstarz? (btw, sorry haven't gotten back to you about the podcast. There was no time last week and it was cancelled this week. Hopefully we can work it out for an upcoming show) Hi there, Sorry! Totally missed this one, I don't have any numbers on exactly how many cashouts we've cancelled due to this rule. Are you referring to how many compared to the one we let go? On top of my head, I believe that 20% of all bonus money we give out turns into cash. Remember when I say bonus money, not the amount of players who manage to wager. So it could be for example 19 people who won't get a dime and a 20th person winnings are huge. I hope that makes sense. Oh no worries, you let me know when you're ready and so am I, just PM me ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Mike I believe there are still many players losses even they turned into cashes, if he deposited one and got two in balance, after he cleared the rollover, he only has 0.1btc, it is still loss, 0.9btc loss for him. The remaining 80% lost both deposit and bonus. Hi there, I'm just talking about the bonus money here. But bonus do add a perk to the player at the end of the day, so it's always positive to get a bonus in my opinion, so that would be my recommendation as a player, not from a casino's perspective. A casino does not make money giving bonuses to players, it's the opposite. But then it comes down to personal preference. Mike In total, what is your total gain from seizing cashouts from players for placing a bet greater than 5 euro or BTC.025 bitcoin with an active bonus. Ballpark it if you have to please.

What were the Bets on, and is there any time stamp of the actual bets offered? He said he was betting on the o/u of the Clemson Game. Was the bet right at the start or end of halftime? There were 2 touchdowns within 19 seconds of gameplay in that game. (one with 10 sec left in first half, then another 9 seconds after halftime) Just trying to feel out who's taking a shot at who here. Just to clarify your question, I attempted this bet starting WELL before half. Like 5 minutes of game play and around 10 minutes of actual time. I am obviously in the right, as 3 of their admin have admitted to me, but they must be desperately strapped for cash, because instead of making it right, they have only decided to give me 1000 mBTC as some kind of "promotion." Kind of a slap in the face to be honest. Scammed me out of over 5000 mBTC and then give me 1000 mBTC to try and smooth things over. Also an admission of guilt. Oh well. It's not totally obvious from the outside looking in, to be fair. I was leaning towards you taking a shot at them when I saw the two scores immediately before and after HT. They should be looking at what was happening in the game at the time the bet was placed and objectivly decide whether or not the bet was a reasonable. If what you say is true about it being several minutes before halftime, and there were no other events in the game that happened within a minute or so leading up to the time you placed the bet, and the odds were reasonable and not an obvious mistake on their part, then they should honor the bet. I suggest you do your best to reconstruct exactly which plays you made the bet between. Exactly how much you bet and at what odds And what happened in the few plays before and after/when it was cancelled (and make it easy to read) So sportsbet.io have you taken all this into consideration?
