In terms of profitability its would be much wiser then to just buy PXC, instead of mining it. I both mine and buy PXC. Without miners, there is no PXC network and mined PXC would become worthless. So both is needed  It's not all about "profitability", if it was Bitcoin could die when price drops 30%. When I support a coin, I support it, not only if profitability is >100%. You were arguing with "500% profitability". All i am saying is that: In terms of profitability its would be much wiser then to just buy PXC, instead of mining it. I you want to support PXC go ahead! But dont fool people into mining PCX with promises of future profitability where there is simply no such profitabilty. |

One thing is for sure. However wants to build a serious digital currency has to make sure that there is no dependency on any institution etc
Who would take a currency for granted that what be gone if the underlying company is gone too? A currency that relies on the fate of a stock price wont be able to succeed.
Decentralisation and therefore trust is requirement for every currency that wants to be taken seriously.
In other words i dont want to own a currency that advances and declines inline with apples stock price.

The hashrate is collapsing. Like with most other clone-coins the "devs" werent even capable of correcting the known problems like that problem we are seeing now. At least some of the other shitcoins are offering a diff retarget every block.
Lets see what happens, but its very likely that a fork is needed.

Even if they fail with their iMoney thing. It will definetly mean that BTC apps wont come to Apple products in the near term.

Es benötigt nur minimalstes Grundwissen über Bitcoins um zu begreifen das "eventuell" und "vielleicht" nunmal aus jeglicher Investition in Miningkapital nicht wegzudenken sind. Man ist IMMER abhängig von Annahmen. Annahmen über den Bitcoinpreis, Anahmen über den Wiederverkaufswert, Annahmen über die Difficulty, Annahmen über die Verfügbarkeit. So ist das nunmal.
