And this is what they want you to believe. How can you be miserable if you have the ability to purchase what you want, help others and donate to charities? It is true that money and BTC is not everything. But isn't life better if you do not have money and BTC to worry about?

This is actually true. The more money you have, the stronger is your purchasing power so you tend to spend more. It is with discipline that you can control your urges to spend. If you can control your urges, then you can save more. So the key here is discipline.

Luckily for the rich guys, they have a large buffer (stash) to spend and some of them are well invested. So even if they spend a lot, they still maintain their wealth.

Guess this is the right path to follow. I am stacking up my BTC and converting only to fiat on emergency situations. I am also trying to understand the art of trading so I can stack up for more BTC while waiting for the price to rise up to the moon.

This might be doable if you are only feeding yourself and you are in a third world country like ours. But if you have family members to feed too, this is a very tight budget. You might be eating rice and egg for breakfast, lunch and dinner. But I am sure others survived with less so this is not impossible. Good luck to you.

Anyway you don't have to go back to the past, just learn from it. What do they always say, "history repeats itself". Learn from the past and focus on the future so you won't miss the next big thing again and miss out the opportunity to be rich.

It is not a good idea for me. My earnings in bitcoin is not yet stable and I have mouths to feed. So I am still very reliant on my day job's paycheck. When the time comes that my bitcoin earnings can support my family, then I will consider leaving my day job and focus full time on bitcoin. Until that day, doing tasks for BTC would remain my side jobs.

I have been reading a lot of books about investing and saving, most of them goes like this: It takes money to make money and Do not put your money on the bank. It just sleeps there and die in inflation.

The only money you put in your bank is your emergency or rainy days money. This is the money you use in case you got hospitalized or suddenly cut from job. The other money you have, you put to work through investments or anything that creates more wealth. You do not let them sleep in your pocket, or banks or trust them to other people. How do you choose which investments to join? It is your assignment. It is up to you to research which investments fits you the most. But whatever you chose, you have to make your due diligence.

Traders can always find ways to earn even on a downward movement. It's just a matter of perspective. If what your saying is true, it's best for me to hodl my BTC's then until it bounce back to 400$. If I receive christmas bonus, I will purchase some BTCs in preparation for halving next year.

I am really hoping that it will reach that mark but I think it is not happening anytime soon. The price is still stabilizing after the last rally. This is just my opinion. Bitcoin is really unpredictable so no one can really tell.
