521  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: October 10, 2019, 07:18:25 PM
Lakers 111-114 Nets ! what do you think about the games guys? LeBron and Spencer scored the highest point among the other players with 20 points in this match. This is the highlights of the Lakers vs Nets match for those of you who missed and can't watch the game live https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kNiQtUVjn0c
I can't believe that Brooklyn could actually beat this powerhouse. Lakers with AD and LeBron is something that you could see powering on other teams yet they were beaten by a team without their real power(kyrie and durant). Damn, yet this is still preseason most teams are more likely to let other players play out the game rather than using their star or risking them on an injury. Even if it's just a preseason game, players could get injured.
522  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany VS Argentina, International Friendly Match on: October 10, 2019, 06:51:25 PM
I am a hardcore Messi fan but I don't understand why many people are losing hope in Argentina winning this match.
Even if Messi is absent, Argentina can still win this match, so I am looting for them.
Germany has good players likewise Argentina too so therefore the match will be among between the best. We might be seeing a 2-1.
The game is already finish bro and the score was tied. Nice match even though without Messi, they still managed to tie the game. I'm likewise a fan of Messi too but with him being absent with his country's team makes it sad to watch the game lol. Anyway congrats to the both of the team. They had a good match.
523  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My eth is hacked ........ on: October 10, 2019, 06:09:26 PM
there is nothing we can do if our wallet has been hacked ... because all addresses we never know who the owner is in the cryptocurency ... therefore we must be more careful in keeping our wallets secure so that they are safe from hackers ... avoid links that we do not know ... so avoid the pshing links that continue to be spread by hackers.
You're right. Scammers are lurking in the shadows in cryptocurrency. Not just in cryptocurrency but in other community. All we can do is to have a precautionary measure so that we can avoid getting scammed by other people. We should be careful since it's just a few clicks away for the thief to steal your money. Don't click and click on the internet. Be sure to think before you click.
524  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who Plays YoPony on Yobit? on: October 10, 2019, 04:36:06 PM
So that's what the yopony is for  Grin
The reason why the live chat is too lively at times. I noticed those pink letters but just ignore them.

Thank you anyway, I might try it too on the next round.
Even in cryptotalk, yopony is popular. I don't know about you but I certainly most likely to win these kinds of games whenever I'm im the arcade. I don't usually win with these virtual racing games online. What is your technique? Well, in some arcade games in mall I really love playing animal racing since there are some racing course in which an animal is suited for which makes it most likely to win. So you can apply your observing skills for that.

Isn't it in yopony, are there different odds with each pony?
525  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why Choose Lottery Instead Of Anything Else? on: October 09, 2019, 05:23:59 PM
Yes it only takes a couple bucks in your pocket but lets do a computation a bit.
Lets say you gamble around $1 every day in lottery. That is $7 a week and around $30-$31 a month and in a year it will be $365. In some countries maybe it is a small amount only but in some third world countries where there are lotteries, that amount is huge already.

The mistake of some gamblers in lottery is that they can't control themselves and they will gamble as long as there is a few bucks left in their pocket. They are hoping that they will win. I personally don't gamble in lotteries because of the very low odds of winning and the jackpot in some lotteries aren't that attractive to me to be honest. Yes if you win it will be a life changing jackpot but you need a huge capital to get it.
Even if you are wasting $365 per year, let's say you got a once in a blue moon luck and won the lottery that's pretty big and your loss will be nothing! Look, there could be sometimes that our country's lottery winning prize will go 700m php if you convert it to dollars it would be $13 517 700. Let's say you hold the same combination for 5 years. 365 x 5 = $1825 > less than 100,000 php. $13,517,700 - $1825 =  13,515,875. It's a bigger win. That's why people risk so hard with this lottery thing. Higher risk, bigger win.
526  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BAKKT The Pump To November on: October 09, 2019, 05:16:25 PM
Bakkt is not responsible for this bitcoin dump. It is the whales which created the hype and then dump right before the start of the launch. This is the old tactics of whales to make the money and rest of the traders like us to lose the money and hope.
I can clearly see your point regarding BAKKT. Thank you for this information. I just forgot whales being part of cryptocurrency. I know these people are just opportunists that will make money while stepping on others. Well, not blaming them for this but they are also traders just like us with different views. Although this could be a reason why people are leaving cryptocurrency with this 'whale trap.'
527  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If You Win Big Will You Remember Your Losses on: October 09, 2019, 04:12:47 PM
That is the spirit behind gambling,  you tend to forget all the past losses and thinking about the current win irrespective of how much it is,  you will be a little bit happy,  it happens to almost all gamblers, I remember when I won a bet,  at half time my bet had already turned green, I was so happy that I forgot about the past losses
I agree. It doesn't really matter if you are losing when you win big. Like, what the hell is a .002 loss to a .01 win even if you loss at least 6 times the .002 btc. I don't know about you but that is the mentality I'm having. I will forget the loss after that day if I got my principal even without profit.
528  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: October 09, 2019, 03:57:53 PM
Ben Simmons hitting a three literally overshadowed all the Chinese situation going on, that is still a debate and there is still things going on there.

Hong Kong people are still fighting for their life and people are protesting on the streets every single day and want their freedom back from the mainland, whereas China is soo dictatorial about it that they are banning ALL NBA related stuff just because one GM tweeted one thing, now think about this for a second, if these guys are banning all NBA related stuff just for one tweet, try to understand how Chinese people live themselves, there is literally not a single person who is allowed to criticize the government there, you and your family all will be killed.

Let's not forget that they are harvesting organs from living people of ethnoreligious minorities. Lets hope NBA stands with Darly on this one and they will not back down no matter how much money they will lose.
What? This is the first time I heard about that China is banning NBA related stuff on their country. Can you tell more about what this GM tweeted? This could be an interesting topic.
529  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling risk is higher when we are on Bear Market? on: October 09, 2019, 03:52:18 PM
What's your thought about this?

I have a scenario for this topic:

John bought Bitcoins when at the price of $18,000 and decided it to HODL.
But after he bought some Bitcoin, the price is starting to decrease, from $18,000 to $10,000 and to $4,000.
So,he already lost his money for almost 50% and he decided to gamble his Bitcoins;

Here's the thing, if you are John and start to gamble, would you bet with high risk (betting with huge amount, betting in low chance of winning, etc)?

Since if it was me, I already lost a lot when I even bought those Bitcoins at $18,000 so the best thing I can do is to gamble it and earn more bitcoins to decrease my loss or breakeven it.

What can you say about this? Or maybe you already experienced this.
It's definitely John's choice to gamble or not to. If I were John I will never gamble. Well, in my own opinion gambling is more way in losing coins. Yet, even though that's the case for me, I don't stop gambling. I don't know why. Anyway, If I were John, I will just HODL it until another bull run. Who knows, probably it will go up right? Remember the first rule of gambling, don't be greedy.
530  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: October 09, 2019, 03:42:29 PM
Who are happy right now that Ben Simmons finally hit his first three point shot in his NBA Career?? I'm not a fan of 76ers but I'm just happy with this milestone. Lots of memes on the twitter and lots of news in the internet.
Man I really love this pre-season. It's even more fun and exciting to watch than the real season in the NBA. Ben Simmons hitting the three, Boban Marjanovic hitting a three and EVEN STEVEN ADAMS hits a three. Dude, I really hope that they can do it on a real game. This season is wild man!
531  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 Governor's Cup betting and discussion on: October 09, 2019, 12:37:28 PM
We can also consider the money factor that's why I'm confident that this punishment of indefinite suspension will be over soon.
Abueva is my top 10 players in the PBA actually, and he proved he is a star player since he also played for the Gilas Pilipinas which during his time they were able to compete really well, and Abueva is not afraid of a bigger man in the international competition.

he is really important both in PBA and in the Gilas Team.
YOU GOT IT ALL RIGHT! If you don't know in Gilas vs China I forgot the year but he destroyed and gave a limit to China's center's offense. He's an important piece in Gilas while Yeng Guiao didn't even gave him a chance to play. But, what's done is done.

One thing that I don't like to him is his attitudes inside the court.

I guess after his suspension, he can learn how to control his attitude inside the court to avoid every ejection he could get if his attitude will never change.
532  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why lots of people got scam easily on: October 09, 2019, 12:05:36 PM
1. Greed
2. No knowledge about the project
3. Trust
4. People are so stupid enough to be gullible.

People are easy to deceive. With a good looking guy with an equipped skill of communication, even if he is a scammer people will trust that guy. "Hey, you should invest on our project, we have what you looking for. Profit is easy with your investment." I'm talking about here about the investments in general not just in cryptocurrency.

People remember the number 2, YOU SHOULD SEARCH ABOUT THAT PROJECT. Don't be gullible enough to be scam easily by these scammers. Being ignorant in cryptocurrency can bring you nowhere.
533  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany VS Argentina, International Friendly Match on: October 09, 2019, 11:57:14 AM
Germany has lost its name as a power house when it comes to football therefore, they're no longer a threat to any country and irrespective of them winning this match the goal margin won't be that much. Argentina on the other hand are still capable of winning games but the messi curse mostly comes into effect against them during important phases in the competition like knockout stages or final. But since Messi won't be playing, I'll be going for Argentina to win with a 2-0 scoreline.
I wouldn't be so sure of Germany losing its powerhouse. They are still pretty decent. I'll be voting on Germany this game for a probably outcome of 2-1 in favor of Germany. Remember, Argentina is missing key players. So, that's a big loss to them. They could beat Germany but they should've been complete.
534  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How Sure Are You That You Invested In A Right New Coin? on: October 09, 2019, 08:36:46 AM
Right now, it is really hard to decide whether you invested good or not. Since the market right now is unstable. I'm very confident in investing when bull run hits since it's bull, that's the time where cryptocurrency goes crazy. Everything goes up. But, I don't know about you, but I am always confident when I'm investing with bitcoin. I mean I got a lot of profits out of that coin.
535  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best mobile crypto wallet? on: October 09, 2019, 07:21:05 AM
The best mobile crypto wallet I am using is coins.ph. This is the best wallet there is in the Philippines. Since you can withdraw funds, you can pay your bills and many more. Other than that I am using Abra. Abra is available in different parts of the world. You can always use it. Coins is just exclusive for Filipinos I think.
536  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how to earn free altcoin ?? on: October 09, 2019, 06:33:55 AM
There are a lot of ways in earning free altcoins. Here are what I know.
- Joining bounty campaigns to earn(this is the method I usually earn).
- Joining airdrops is also a way to earn.
- Invest your money in an altcoin.
- Gamble some of your btc to get some other btc and exchange to alt.

538  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEO is much effective than ICO nowadays. on: October 08, 2019, 10:48:58 PM
IEO is much more effective than ICO. Because of the scams. People are more trusting the exchange rather than giving of their trust to people that are working on their project.

Take note that IEO could be so much more effective if you will put a project to a well known exchange with high volumes. Since high liquidity, could give higher value to coins.
539  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The use of stable coins or no? on: October 08, 2019, 06:59:43 PM
So I think if we buy Stable coins with some stable volume, we will no longer need to worry about unable to sell our bitcoin into fiat.
Rather we only need to do this thing right? is this some acceptable alternative or no?
One way or another to cash your money out, you need to convert it to bitcoin.
If there could be way for people to figure out how to cash out your money using tether that would be good.

But also, if you convert btc to stable, the value stays the same. And when bitcoin goes down, and you would like to cashout. The value stays the same when you convert it to bitcoin.
540  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should we boycott the Facebook Coin (Project Libra)? on: October 08, 2019, 06:51:26 PM
Why should we boycott facebook coin? This coin would bring us to massive adoption in cryptocurrency? This is what we should look for, Libra as a gate to open a lot of investors in crypto. Libra is a stable coin just like USDT but this meant something else. You can't grow investment with this but the investments from other coins could grow because of this.
