521  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / when is the right time to buy cryptocurrency? on: November 07, 2020, 01:49:01 PM
I always think when is the right time to buy cryptocurrency and I've thought of several methods for choosing the right time to buy cryptocurrency, that is :
1. buy coin during ICO, IEO or STO;
2. buy when the price down (dump);
3. buy when the project has a good news;
4. buy when the price starts to increase (pump);
5. buy when coin from the project listed on big exchange;
6. buy when the project already has a product.
Then from the methods I have mentioned, which method is the most appropriate to buy cryptocurrency or is there another method that you can suggest to buy cryptocurrency at the right time?
522  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should I accept Bitcoin for payments on my online store? on: November 07, 2020, 12:34:17 PM
I'm considering to possibly add Bitcoin and other altcoins as a way to pay for goods purchased on my online store.

Is this a good idea? Are there any risks (other than the volatility)?

Is anyone really going to use this?

I'm afraid that my customers may not be much into cryptos, but I guess that it's hard to tell until you try ...
I also have some doubts on the technical side.

Thoughts?

Thanks in advance

if you support cryptocurrency then it doesn't matter if you add payment using cryptocurrency in your online store, and in my opinion there will definitely be people who use cryptocurrency to pay in your online store (although maybe not too much), but at least it will add more payment methods that can be used to shop at your online store, so you don't need to be confused and hesitate to add payments using cryptocurrency in your online store, because it will not make you lose if you add a payment method using cryptocurrency in your online store.
523  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be a wise investor on: November 06, 2020, 11:40:52 PM
But make no mistake, there are still many people who use principles like this (get rich in an instant). and the crypto space appears to be giving the green signal to people vying to be the most greedy. Losing money does not only happen to new investors, but also old investors. ever since new altcoins roam the exchanges, the crypto space looks like it's shrouded in a gray cloud (it could turn bright or it would cause lightning strikes).

yes you are right, because I also think if investing in cryptocurrency can give me a big profit very quickly, but as you said that investing in cryptocurrency we can also lose our money (big profit will definitely provide big risk too), so before investing in cryptocurrency we must be prepared for the risk and of course we also have to be very careful to choose the cryptocurrency we want to invest (analyzing and seeing the progress of the project is very important).
524  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: top 6 cryptocurrency , Invest in 2020 on: November 06, 2020, 08:28:25 PM

Tether
Priced at $1 at the time of writing this article, Tether is one of the fastest growing cryptocurrencies of our time. The thing that makes Tether different from other cryptocurrencies in this list is its unique concept of bridging the gap between digital and fiat currencies by providing a means for converting cash into digital money for holding (tethering) its value.

Invest in the cryptocurrency for the huge potential it holds to continue to grow in 2020 and beyond.

As you may have noticed, most of the cryptocurrencies we mentioned here are digital payment currencies, because such currencies are high in demand and may have great future applications, depending on features.

If I personally think Tether is not a suitable coin to use as an investment in cryptocurrency, because the price of Tether will never change (stable coin), whereas if we want to invest, what we hope is that the price will increase very high and give us a big profit, therefore in my opinion Tether is only used to store our money in cryptocurrency, so that the value of our money in cryptocurrency does not change (remains safe) and not used for investing in cryptocurrency.
525  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / what happened to Bitcoin and cryptocurrency? on: November 06, 2020, 06:34:50 AM
I always think if a big country like America or China makes their own digital currency and has the same system as Bitcoin (develops its own blockchain system), then the digital currency of that country is recognized as a legal digital currency and is used for digital transactions by all countries, then I thought what would happen to Bitcoin and cryptocurrency, would Bitcoin and cryptocurrency survive? or even Bitcoin and cryptocurrency will become legal too?
526  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEO still standing strong as ever on: November 05, 2020, 11:44:42 PM
Is there any new fundraising strategy that can defeat IEO? I believe that IEO will last longer because it's capable of giving confidence to the audience, they have something to put their confidence on and that's top exchanges, look how profitable binance launchpads are over the few years, who would thought IEO could be this strong today? I made some money from binance launchpads since I'm terrible at trading, if you are like me then top exchanges IEO launchpads can do wonders .

I agree with you and I think for now nothing can beat IEO, because I personally believe and choose IEO to invest in new cryptocurrency projects compared to other ways, that's because I don't need to wait very long for coin from the project to be listed on exchange and of course some exchange have rules if the project wants to do IEO then the project must already have a product, so that's what makes me believe to investing in IEO, because investing in IEO is definitely safer (the project already has a product and listed on exchange).
527  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you use bitcoin? on: November 05, 2020, 11:05:48 PM
There are many countries where bitcoin is not accepted legally, so how do you use bitcoin in that country? Usually if you raise the level of bitcoin use in that country then you may get into legal trouble.
So how do you use your earned bitcoin in that country.

in my country Bitcoin is still not legal, but I still invest in Bitcoin and only use it for long term investment, because I believe that someday big countries will start to believe in Bitcoin and legalize Bitcoin as a digital currency, so my country will definitely legalize Bitcoin as well and not only my country, but I believe almost all countries will legalize and use Bitcoin as a digital currency too, so the price of Bitcoin will definitely increase very high and of course it will give me a big profit in the future.
528  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CAN WE STILL GET THE 2017 BULL IN THIS 2020? on: November 05, 2020, 03:38:12 PM
We have seen series of predictions in the last three months when bitcoin had its last halving. The prices kept rising until two weeks ago.
Now that the prices are falling again, when will the time like 2017 be experienced again in the cryptocurrencies community.

no one knows when a bull run can happen, maybe this year or even next year, because no one can predict when a bull run like 2017 will happen again and even in 2017 nobody thought a bull run could happen, so my advice now is the right time to invest in cryptocurrency, because if there is a bull run then you will definitely get a big profit.
529  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Youengine (YOUC) failed on: November 05, 2020, 12:48:31 PM
I'm glad I don't end up promoting this bounty project, here are reasons why I don't join the bounty campaign.

1. They tend to use small exchanges for fund raising
2. The team lied that they don't need money, they claimed they are well funded and yet they use small exchanges
3. The project use case isn't a new idea, infact they have too many competitors
4. Upon aiming for small exchanges to raise fund they are giving up too high allocation for bounty hunters, meaning they have no experience about crypto space and their exchanges
5. John mcafee name was tagged to the project banner and they keep sharing it as if John McAfee is all they need to be successful when we know that he is a king of nonsense Hypes.

in my opinion it is still early for you to say Youengine (YOUC) project failed, because the product from Youengine (YOUC) is still not released (initial plan January 2021) and how can you say this project failed? or because the price has fallen so far? I think you don't need to worry about the price, because if the team is still working and active to develop this project, then I'm sure the price will go up again, so in my opinion you can't know the project failed or not just because the price fell and besides that Youengine (YOUC) is also a new project, an example is the project from UBT at the first time, many people say UBT project failed because the price down very far as happened to YOUC at this time and besides that UBT only listed on IDEX for the first time (like YOUC which was only listed on a small exchange for the first time), but now in fact the price of UBT has increased very high, so in my opinion don't ever say that the project failed just because the price of the coin dropped so far, but you have to wait until the product of the project is ready.
530  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO, IEO, IDO, STO which best? on: November 04, 2020, 11:58:32 PM
Which do you think is best for a new project and why?

ICO - initial coin offering
IEO - initial Exchange offering
IDO - initial Dex offering
STO - Secority token offering

IEO is always the best for me because infinity I can be sure that they will not scam and will enter the exchange market in the future. In addition, IEO of top exchanges are always the best such as like binance, kucoin. So you should participate in all these IEO because the amount of risk is to low.

Note- I don't know if the same topic has been presented in the past and I'm creating the topic with my own ideas.

I agree with you that IEO is the best, because in my opinion investing in IEO is safer and of course we don't need to wait a long time for coin from the project to be listed on exchange, besides that some exchange make rules if the project must already have a product to be registered in IEO, so that makes it safer for us to invest in IEO, because the project definitely has a product and listing on exchange.
531  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not be fooled on: November 04, 2020, 11:31:23 PM
Coronavirus is the reason why market is in very bad shape, it will be very stupid to exit because of this while others are making good choice presently, many are already saying it's the end for crypto but the fact is Bitcoin died several times in the past and it's still alive today, do not be fooled by those who don't understand the technology

I agree with you, the price of Bitcoin has fallen very far several times and until now Bitcoin is still survived (the price of Bitcoin and cryptocurrency market has started to recover), so this proves that there are still many people who believe to investing in cryptocurrency and of course cryptocurrency will continue to survive, so my advice if you have money (other than money from your savings), then this is the right time to buy Bitcoin or Altcoin (cryptocurrency), because I'm sure you will definitely get profit soon.
532  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How about day trading Eth? on: November 04, 2020, 11:00:23 PM
I just tried day trading in eth and the price fluctuations which happens continuously is something where we can make profit in daily basis, guys from today morning to evening I could have earned nearly 15 to 20$. Buying low and selling in a reasonable profit, again when it comes to my price I use to buy and sell for a reasonable margin this will work only if there's continuously fluctuation, just have a try and make daily profit.

I agree with you that trading on ETH is definitely profitable and of course highly recommended, because ETH prices change very quickly (up and down) and have a high trading volume on almost all cryptocurrency exchanges, so it will definitely make easier for us to trading on ETH and get profit, besides that if I personally buy ETH and the price falls, then all I need to do is hold and wait until the price of ETH increase again, because I believe ETH price will always increase.
533  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The right investment for cryptocurrency... on: November 03, 2020, 11:24:41 PM
No specific amount can be specified Which can be suggested.
It depends on your ability and status. Before investing, you should consider how much you will be able to afford.
For beginners who want to invest, I would say that they should first learn about it.
Learn and earn is better.

my advice if you want to invest in cryptocurrency, then you better set aside a little of your money to be used as an investment in cryptocurrency and don't use your savings or the main money you have, because investing in cryptocurrency has a big risk, so if one day something unexpected happens then you will be ready to lose your money, because you are not using the money from your savings or the main money you have to invest in cryptocurrency.
534  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Whats your thought about New projects? on: November 03, 2020, 02:32:42 PM
If you visit some crypto forum you will see so many upcoming cryptocurrency projects coming into the industry but sometimes I begin to wonder what is their purpose of bringing in New crypto project knowing well that some of them have wrong motion of the project they are bringing, I have participated in so many of them last year but I have not hear from them again some are abandoned on the proccess with a lot of promises they come with just to gain your interest. What do you think?

New projects will definitely continue to coming, because in my opinion cryptocurrency is a good investment in the long term, so there will definitely be many companies making new cryptocurrency projects and if you want to invest in a new project then my advice is that you should analyze the project carefully, because investing in a new project must have a big risk (the project can fail or even be a scam) but the profit will also be big if the price increases, so my advice if you want to invest in cryptocurrency with less risk than you are investing in a new project, then you better invest in a project that already has a product and progress, because the possibility of a project failing and becoming a scam is smaller than a new project.
535  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Good news for ETH on: November 03, 2020, 10:25:52 AM
BREAKING: The Reserve Bank of Australia exploring potential use of a digital currency (CBDC) that will be powered by the Ethereum blockchain!

this is very good news, because with the Bank of Australia exploring the potential use of a digital currency (CBDC) supported by the Ethereum blockchain, so this has the potential to make Ethereum legal in the future or even cryptocurrency will become a digital currency that is legalized by the world, therefore this is the right time to buy Ethereum and make it a long-term investment, because I believe the price of Ethereum will definitely increase very high in the future (the price will be higher than the price in 2017).
536  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do your own research before opting-in on: November 02, 2020, 05:21:16 AM
Be careful with altcoin bounties, they are mostly scam, I'm not saying all of them are but majority of them are not making sense, make sure you don't just join bounties without proper analysis, the most annoying ones are DeFi bounties, full of projects with no team information, do your part and save your time and energy.

that is the risk of becoming a bounty hunter, but I agree with you if we have to analyze the bounty that we want to join and I personally always analyze several factors before I joined the bounty, that is:
1. the rules for the bounty must be clear and fair;
2. the idea of the project must be good and useful for the future;
3. the team must be quick and active in responding to investors;
4. the team is always updating information about the project;
5. the project must run in accordance with the roadmap that has been made.
537  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why New Crypto Projects are Dump ? on: November 02, 2020, 02:15:16 AM
hello dear friend hope you all are fine .
today i just talking with myself about new project of crypto , at launching their projects they promise big and big
but after months or even some projects in a days go down and did not comes up ...
why this happens ?
share your thoughts .

I think this is natural, because not all new projects have an immediate price increase, but you don't need to worry if the project has progress and the team is still active, because if the project does have good products and ideas for the future, then I'm sure the price will definitely increase very high even though sometimes you need a long time to hold it.
538  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Escrowed very important for bounty? on: October 31, 2020, 11:57:48 PM
Almost all projects are cheating and refusing to give tokens at the end of bounty management. It's really sad that hunters work hard but they don't get tokens as a rule..

When the bounty is over, the team is making new plans so that they can easily escape by cheating.

I would like to say to all professional managers that Escrowed is very important and all of you should follow it.

Just in my opinion
Otherwise
1. Hunter will decrease
2. Team cheating step will increase

I agree with your suggestion if bounty uses Escrow, because it will make bounty get its rights without hesitation if the team from the project doesn't want to pay bounty, so that bounty hunter can work calmly without fear if at the end of bounty they not get paid, because bounty hunter will definitely get paid if bounty uses escrow, therefore I agree with you if escrow is very important for bounty.
539  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I guess bounty hunters really kill projects on: October 31, 2020, 11:19:55 PM
Hey guys, I just want to share my thoughts today about this, I have always said "bounty hunters are not the ones killing projects", but now I'm having second thoughts about it, I participated in youengine bounty campaign for about a week, although it lasted for quite a while,the bounty had about 4 rounds, the bounty ended about a week ago i guess and distribution of  "youcash" started, I received about 307 youcash tokens as shown below

By 8am this morning the 307 tokens was worth $10+, i didn't sell, I held on to it, to my greatest surprise this evening I checked my wallet and I saw that the 307 tokens are now worth just 0.35$

Although it recovered later, but it's not looking good at all, I guess this dump is caused by the bounty hunters because they just keep dumping the token, what about you, what do you think is the cause of this massive dump?

I think this happens because the volume of the coin (YOUC) is not high and still low (unstable), so it makes the price go up and down very quickly, but I believe if the project has good products and ideas then the price and trading volume of the coin it will definitely increase, so my advice is that you better hold it until the volume of the coin becomes high (stable) and the price will definitely increase too.
540  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Better using DAI or USDT? on: October 31, 2020, 04:35:22 PM
If I want to cash out for stability should I use DAI or USDT? What do you people think is safer?. I read tether can be frozen by a central authority but also dai may not be totally secure from what I've heard.

I personally would prefer USDT, because I always use USDT as a stable coin for trading and until now I have never experienced any problems with USDT, that's why I still use USDT as a stable coin that I trust.
