As stated by Kemarit, Venezuela and Zimbabwe are the only working examples of how bitcoin could benefit the economy of the country and the people themselves. In general, the government can also adapt bitcoin as one of its reserves in the future, given that bitcoin can be paid and received into literally almost every transaction. Thing is, the amount of merchants wanting to receive payments in bitcoin isn't that much, and most are only willing to use the coin as a speculative tool rather than a currency which, IMO is its only viable use currently.
Indeed with the failing economies of these countries, and its inflation rate hitting all time high, using bitcoin as a means will help the inflation go down. But we all know these countries doesn't really have that 'accepting stores to buy goods for bitcoin' kind of shops. As you have said, most would want to hold onto it rather than selling it now. They have heard its potential already, but the governments will just keep silent. We all know the world is a dangerous place. If one third world country wants a big kind of change, there will be another country contradicting it. And can start another war. I just wish the countries won't ban it. Nevermind worldwide acceptance of its technology, just don't ban it. It won't harm anything or anyone anyway, except those who invested on it. |

Are you serious with the $400 million hardcap? I doubt many people will go on investing on your ICO with that large money involve. I only know ICOs that are 100m USD in hardcap and it takes a really long time for them to get the amount of money they thought is the hardcap. There are alot of exchanges you know and you guys aren't new here. Let's face it. It will be a difficult $400m USD hardcap for an exchange.

Well i have not even heard about that exchange and im sure most of the community here has not heard either so as a project you should have done the due diligence before paying them listing fee, anyhow thanks for alerting us i think we should make sure no one else falls for this scam exchange.
Same. Seems too fishy for a site to ask for that low of a price (even for a new one) to list their coins. Most of the time new exchanges offer 'fair prices' so as not to spoil the competition on the market. I doubt that 0.3BTC was pulled out of nowhere too. Where did you find this exchange anyway? IDEX and other DEX are going free on listings just making sure you guys are a legit project, they will list you, for free. |
