I would say go with Ethereum, Litecoin, Dash, Ripple, and Binance coin. Those 5 have been climbing pretty rapidly as of late and even if they pullback they will push forward again soon after. It was only about 2 months ago and LTC was at $40 and Dash was around $400. Now LTC at $300+ and Dash over $1100. I mean the longer people wait the less they will make.

Where can we see our stakes/participation? There isn't any spreadsheet listed here or on Bancor... I have been participating in multiple bounties for 3 weeks and have yet to get any information/updates regarding my participation, nor do I have a place I can go check for myself.
Thanks.

I am in a similar position due to the fact that I have no Eth in my MEW account. I didn't even realize I could make a post like this in this section. I find it hard to believe this is how we should be selling our altcoins since this section would be filled to the brim with altcoin selling posts. Best of luck with the sale, but if anyone knows a better way to do this without Eth for gas for your MEW account please send me a PM. Thanks!

Most of the ICOs I have come across lately restrict US citizens from participating. I don't have any btc to invest anyways, but I do like researching all the ICOs I come across just to know what is happening in the crypto world. I'm hoping over time that US citizens get a better chance to be included in the upcoming ICOs or that will be a major downer.

For ICOs try looking into Crypterium, SirinLabs, BitDegree and AdBank. All of those ICOs offer the possibility of buying for very cheap and flipping for a nice profit when the token hits the exchange. If you are looking to buy an existing coin I would check out CFI...

Many lending platforms have a minimum deposit/investment of .002 and I'm wondering if trying a few of the brand new ones with just .0025 would be a bad idea? Before you say "NO", please think about the fact that regardless of Ponzi schemes and referral links, many of these platforms have made a lot of people a ton of money from the lending alone. I do realize that Bitpetite bailed and that laser online did recently as well...but isn't any investment a risk? I would like to try and trade some altcoins from my MEW wallet, but I don't even have any Eth for gas to get started Any suggestions on the best platform to invest .002 into?

UK had made right decision for closing this Bitconnect and they also need to raid more such companies in England. My main advice is those who had coins or tokens sell them asap and find a new life.
Since when was Bitconnect closed? As far as I know they just had some more parties at the blockchain conferences. These guys aren't going anywhere anytime soon...their token was worth under $100 about 6 weeks ago and is over $400 atm. I know many people hate bitconnect because tney aren't profiting from it like everyone else, but they aren't going anywhere.

I have noticed something very important I would like to share since starting to do bounties.
In regards to Signature Campaigns, the most important thing is to make sure you are doing one that you believe in and have faith that you will get a good return for your time. I say this because unlike Twitter campaigns and such, you can only do one signature campaign at a time. Some pay in btc which would be the best to join if you are starting out, since you probably don't have much btc and waiting for an altcoin to mature and sell would take a while. I made a mistake with this recently and in the future I will do more research before signing up.

Do any of you think that litecoin can reach 1k in the near future? Is that totally absurd or reasonable? I am wondering because it pretty much doubled in the last few days and bitcoin went 10 fold since June. Could litecoin be the next best investment given its large amount of room to climb?

Wow, talk about an eye opener. Looking at this old thread makes you realize just how worthless people thought btc initially was. I mean a btc faucet giving out .006 at a time lol? And someone that doesn't know what to do with .01 btc?
Boy have things changed.

Hi ImrHos,
I work for airlines as a blockchain consultant. Send me a mp if you want a full list of blockchain-based projects in this industry.
Cryptoflyer, could you please list the projects here in this thread for those of us who are also interested? That would be great! I am guessing that as some more time goes by, many industries will be affected by the blockchain technology and launch ICOs. I think an amazing thread that could be stickied here would be one with a list of ICOs and their specific industry. I realize that would be a rather large undertaking, but it would be well worth it. Someone could make a website and do it as well.

It would be nice if there was OFFICIAL forks listed somewhere and if they were kept separate from the forks that anyone can make. There should be something that makes a fork "Official". I realize that anyone and any group can make a bitcoin fork, but it is deceiving to newbies like myself when they seem to be official and from the bitcoin team. We need a system in place to stop this forking from getting out of control in the future.

I think the x10 and x100's of several altcoins/platforms are to be seen in 2018
Enjoy the ride brothers and sisters
can you give some example to this altcoins please Well here is a very short list of some amazing ICOs that are either currently running or coming up soon: Sirin Labs Crypterium BitDegree AdBank Darico I have been researching ICOs for about 2 months now and the ones listed above are miles ahead of 99% of them. If you are looking to invest money and buy or time and participate in a Bounty, I would suggest looking into the names above.

This proves that Ethereum cant hold a large of numbers of transactions in a day, this crap games will ruin ethereum's price.
Eth seems to be going down rather steadily over the last day or so. I wonder if that is truly because of cryptokitties. That would be a pretty landmark moment for crypto in general... this is hopefully a lesson that many will learn from in the industry.

There are quite a few factors that are involved with bitcoin growing at such a rapid pace.
Some of the more influential reasons are:
Supply - Set number of bitcoins in existence and we lose a % of btc everyday due to lost wallets, lost faucet accounts, etc.. Demand - More investors want in, more people want to use it to purchase items, people need btc to buy other crypto
