I read the whitepaper to get an idea of how the token will be used and how it will generate a value that will increase over time. Do I read every whitepaper? No, of course not. I research like 20 new crypto companies a day and many ICOs and that would take too much time. If I am investing a significant portion of my bankroll then yes, I read the whitepaper because I am interested in the project and team.

Sure, but what constitutes blood on the streets? Even with a bear market pullback the crypto market is still massively up compared to last year.
What constitutes blood in the streets is when they market dips 60% across the board over the coarse of a single week. I for one did buy when I saw the bloodbath. I have already made a little cash from selling and I am now buying again while things are still low with the hope we keep going up over the next few weeks. |

Wow that doesn't sound too good. I hope you figure out what happened! I have been following DBC for about a week and I like what I see. This is on my list to grab within the next month. I want to make sure the market isn't going to dip again before buying too much just in case I can get a bigger discount. |

I never saw something like this before, I don't think it was even possible to begin with, and I know myself that this massive downfall of crypto will do much more damage than we can think of. After a half year glory crypto is starting to go down.
What can we do in able to still get some income while this is happening?
Is there even a way to gain some profit while cryptos are in their all time low, because seriously this event is hurting my earnings so bad.
To be honest I can't even imagine feeling of people who invested credit money in crypto. I guess the level of suicides is increased a lot... What about income... an experienced trader can earn the money even when the market falls. For example today is a great day to cash in for a short term, because tomorrow will likely be a green day. And it was a green day and I did make a little money off it. I am just glad the constant bloodbath is over for a moment...at least we can catch our breath and relax, if only for the day heh. I wasn't sure when the madness was going to end, but I am sure glad it looks like the worst is over for now. |

Maybe it's time I bought some TRX finally. It is so cheap...if it even hit $.50 everyone would make around 10x gains and that is pretty awesome. Guess I will grab some right now. Thanks for the article.

Well Refereum has 100k users and was the main reason why Telegram had to up the group limits. So I guess the question is: Is Refereum the best ICO ever launched? Short answer..no.
Plus, many telegram groups build their user base from scam airdrops and contests and then change the name of the Group after, so numbers can be very deceiving. Just saying...
On the other hand, Polymath had capped at 50k users when that was the limit and they didn't even have an ICO and their launch was pretty epic so far if you base success off token price.

I see many altcoins following ethereum and ethereum following btc. It looks like for the first time since I have been following crypto Eth is worth more than 10% of btc on a consistent basis. It would be nice to see that number close to 25%.

I have yet to buy an IOTA, and I guess that seems rare around these forums since everyone, including myself, seems to think that it will breakout this year. Sometimes hype is all you need to make a coin explode into a point of great profitability. Even if a coin never lives up to its expectations, if it is hyped enough and enough people want it - simple supply and demand. Just make sure you cash out before the hype train ends. Not saying that is the case with IOTA, but my point is that no matter what this coin will remain valuable until the market decides it shouldn't.

I saw this news yesterday and decided to look into DOVU. After a little research I made the choice not to invest. No really good reason why, I just felt like there were other projects I liked more, even with the news about BMW. |

Obviously they shut down the exchange, however they said in a press release that they'll do their best to continue promotion of the BCC coin and build products to support it in future so it can regain its price. Do you believe this is possible or not?
Nope they can't and the people that promoted them won't ever gain the trust back from the people that once respected them. It's a shame what Bitconnect did, because after so many warnings people still fell for the ponzi scheme and lost. Don't get me wrong, a few folks made millions, but they did it off the majority of people that lost their life savings and then some. They won't recover and nor should they. BitconnectX will likely die before it begins, and with the ICO price of $50 per token it is now obvious that was a cash grab from the Bitconnect team before closing shop on their lending platform. $50 for an ICO is ridiculous but like BCC many people bought in and are now sorry they did............. |

Ethereum, LTC, ADA, VEN, IOTA, NEO, XEM, XMR all are good choices for breakouts this year.
Ethereum went from $10 to $1400 from Jan 2017 - Dec 2017.........
Will any coins prove that valuable this year and gain 225000% from their ICO price?
Probably not, and if it happens it will be something nobody predicts. Would need a Supply of less than 100 million though, that is for sure.
