521  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to invest my $1.5K? on: March 02, 2020, 07:55:52 PM
Well my choice for investing and holding 1500 worth of portfolio would be:
Btc 500
Eth 300
Ada 100
Neo 100
Waves 100
Xlm 100
Tron 100
Icx 100
Xtz 100
I know there are more good coins in the market but with the limited budget of 1500 this would have been the best i could get.
522  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How confident are developers that Ethereum 2.0 will be launching in 2.0? on: March 02, 2020, 07:48:01 PM
Yes and very right, we should all be supporting Vitalik and Eth network as it is the revolutionary project and we all know that major tokenizations, dapps and DeFi projects will be based on ethereum network so it will be great if ethereum becomes a highly efficient network and get rid of all issues that are hindering its progress.
523  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How To Spot a Shitcoin? on: March 01, 2020, 09:01:37 PM
For me a coin is shitcoin for multiple reasons and some of them are;
If the coin does not have proper use cases or practical applications.
If the team is anonymous and never update the community.
If the development or upgrades are not performed in many months and no email or notification has been released to the investors and supporters.
And lastly if the project is not practical or commercial enough to stay in the market and generate revenue for itself.
524  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coins listed on Binance through the community coin vote show 24% price decrease on: March 01, 2020, 08:47:31 PM
I do not know why but this binance listing curse seems like a real think, there were a lot of projects that i followed from their tokensale events to listing that were doing fine but when they got listed on binance there bad days started and they dumped as hard as possible, i do not know the reasons for this but most of the tokens you can check are multifold down since they started trading on binance.
525  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shit bounties are getting attention and hype! BE AWARE! on: March 01, 2020, 08:41:31 PM
I remember doing 2 to 3 rounds of bcnex exchange bounty campaigns when they were raising funds and after the campaigns and launch of their exchange they just started complex rules to pay bounty tokens at first and then they stopped withdrawals calling for maintenance but even now when maintenance period is over for good 6 to 8 weeks now withdrawals are not paid they either remain pending or are rejected without any reason. So this was definitely one scam project with scam bounty campaigns and there were so many similar campaigns in last 2 years or so, i wish there was some police or authority who would trial and jail such fraudsters.
526  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New EU Law Will Make it Impossible for Banks to Ban Cryptocurrency-Related Trans on: February 24, 2020, 09:44:52 PM
Very encouraging news and i think all those countries who are still silent or are confused and in some cases have banned all crypto related businesses and services should study these policies and should come up with something similar otherwise they will be left behind, every country should move ahead now and innovation and technology that blockchain and crypto provides is matchless and countries who are still hesitant to accept this tech will left behind in dark ages.
527  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What happens when everybody buys the bottom ??? on: February 24, 2020, 09:25:10 PM
It is really disappointing to see peopel falling for such low quality projects just because of fake hype and fomo by the project teams just to attract more and more funds, storiqa never came up with a practical platform so the people behind this project were successful in luring people to invest, now another project called swuft has announced merger with stq and stq holders can swap to swyft token now but the ratio is very low for example of you had 1 eth equivalent stq tokens from around their tokensale time then if you now swap for swyft tokens you are going to get less than 0.01 eth value for same which is very small.
528  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why I kept USDT on: February 23, 2020, 09:53:47 PM
Usdt is a great hedge to crypto market but i think it is only useful at peaks with reversal confirmation and secondly just to buy any coin, it is easy to get usdt and then pick your choice of coins in exchange of the usdt this will give you the fiat price and you can keep your precious btc and eth and enjoy good profits over a period of time.
529  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How safe is Tether.to/USDT? on: February 23, 2020, 09:46:27 PM
I have found usdt to be fine and i am trading it regualrly without any problem what so ever, also i have read somewhere that their audit report is also ok and it is a legitimate and fiat backed token so many people who were confused must have got the answer now. It is legit that is why it is available at all the big platforms and it has the largest volume in its category of fiat backed coins so there is no question of it being bad.
530  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investment Advice for year 2020 on: February 23, 2020, 09:07:46 PM
Yes, even if we see all previous market cycles the bitcoin does have the first mover advantage, it seems like all investments coming to crypto market come through btc that results in epic rally for btc which later transmits to all other coins, so hold btc and other top coins if you want to be in the queue of bulls.
531  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is BCH, BSV more profitable than Ethereum? on: February 22, 2020, 03:10:21 PM
Do not worry about Ethereum, once it will get going we know it can break 1k mark easily and i am positive that we can see this range by year end, it definitely depends on the market conditions but we all know the potential, Eth is the biggest and the most innovative crypto and blockchain project that is being worked on by dozens of developers and programmers worldwide, regarding forked coins, yes they can yield profits especially when there halving is also coming this year but my trust and confidence is in Eth after btc.
532  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stable coin for Every Currency on: February 22, 2020, 03:06:30 PM
I think the world is moving towards cashless money system and also towards stablecoin based digital currencies but personally i think that we do not need so many stablecoins or we can say that there is no meed for stablecoins for every traditional currency. I think we need only 1 stablecoin and that should be accepted globally without any issue.
533  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Too scared to go for altcoins? on: February 22, 2020, 03:01:02 PM
Yes most people are scared to get in alts after couple years long downtrend but then again every downtrend provides good entry opportunity so i think good coins have a chance to boom really quickly when their time comes, some alts that are looking attractive to me are neo, ada, xlm and obviously Eth.
534  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Some ridiculous suspicious projects with zero value! on: February 22, 2020, 02:56:06 PM
This is really annoying, i am also into some projects which are confusing and there is no clear view that whether they are alive or dead, i mean no development or progress updates are shared for months, real team does not come up and respond, there is no hope since these projects are being run like this for years.
535  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: At the end of the year! on: February 17, 2020, 07:37:29 PM
Usually these predictions appear at the end or at the beginning of a year that is why mostly they use yearly timeframe to predict but personally i have learbed that uptill now crypro market has been moving in cycles so if we are in bearish cycle year end will be lower and if we are in bullish cycle year end will be higher, this is simple analysis and not some guess or prediction.
536  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to Invest on: February 17, 2020, 07:10:29 PM
For me most important thing is the practicality of the project or product where we have to check that how the product will attract users and thus the revenue for it to become successful so ask yourself will this project attract massive number of users, if the answer is yes then it is good to invest, here we have to consider the fact that for different projects this analysis can change a bit in a sense that we have to judge the usability or practicality or revenue generation of the project related to the nature of the project.
537  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitbay and Blocknet - the best opportunities here or can someone suggest others? on: February 17, 2020, 07:04:34 PM
Well that is alot, you must be a whale level investor if your 20% investment required 20 alts to invest, anyhow here are my suggestions:
Ada
Icx
Nano
Link
Xlm
Eth
Neo
Eos
Waves
Atom
Morph
Synthetix
Atlant
Crypterium
There are many more but i think these are the top ones that i like.
538  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Just a quick warning on: February 16, 2020, 06:34:58 PM
You are very right and all your points are actually the basics of investing both online and offline, even in offline businesses failure is a possibility so that probability goes even higher when you are talking about an online startup, project, company or simply an investment, it can go wrong so diversification is the best policy.
539  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top 3 Cryptocurrency Marketplaces on: February 16, 2020, 06:28:10 PM
It is actually great idea that supports the crypto market overall but i think with more and more adoption and acceptance soon crypto will be accepted by all stores and businesses so the need for such specific marketplaces will not remain much but i do agree their importance as they have given the trust and usage to crypto in difficult and slow times.
540  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it correction time? Market down by 8% on: February 16, 2020, 05:18:54 PM
This dip was expected as market seemed to have become uni directional for btc and eth for last few weeks that was up but i think corrections and stabilization in a range is important for solid growth because we have solid supports formed on the way up in this way. For people who seem discouraged with this dip i would like to say that its good as overall trend has been bullish now so take a chill pill.
