Update tentang Jakarta Darurat Polusi saat ini setidaknya di awal tahun 2024 ini mengalami penurunan dan tidak terlalu parah seperti sebelumnya.

Pertama kali saya menulis utas ini Index udara di Jakarta sangat parah bahkan sampai 155 AQI karena memang banyak sekali masalah yang terkendala tetapi saat ini di januari 2024 setidaknya penunurannya sedikit terasa karena sekarang Index untuk per tanggal 1 januari hari ini hanya mencapai 76 AQI yang mana itu berarti sudah ada pengurangan dibanding sebelumnya meskipun memang ini masih belum sepenuhnya bersih tetapi itu sudah cukup baik karena tidak terlalu parah seperti sebelumnya.



Lantas apakah dengan hal ini upaya pemerintah dalam mengurangi populasi di Jakarta dan sekitarnya seperti beberapa usaha yang telah kita bahas sebelumnya telah berhasil di realisasikan?

Tetapi per tanggal 1 Januari 2024 sepertinya hal seperti ini sudah tidak diperlukan karena pemerintah membuat kebijakan baru dimana saat ini kemungkinan besar E-KTP yang kita miliki diganti dengan IKD (Identitas Kependudukan Digital) walaupun sebenarnya ini hanya bentuk modern dari KTP yang asalnya berbentuk fisik menjadi digital.
Hal ini bukan tanpa alasan karen dikatakan dalam beberapa statement selain dari ini bisa mempermudah untuk kita dalam kepengurusan data, hal ini juga dimaksudkan untuk memperkecil anggaran karena blanko dan peralatan yang lain untuk membuat KTP dinilai sangat mahal sehingga dengan adanya identitas digital diharapkan mampu untuk menekan biaya anggaran yang harus dikeluarkan untuk blanko dan alat-alat lain nya untuk pembuatan E-KTP belum lagi untuk proses yang memang sedikit lebih cepat dan simple karena kita tidak harus menunggu terlalu lama untuk kartu identitas sebagaimana yang selalu dirasakan dalam pembuatan E-KTP yang terkadang membutuhkan waktu beberapa hari karena stok blanko nya tidak ada.


Sebenarnya untuk aplikasi dari IKD ini sendiri sudah ada di playstore atau Appstore dari beberapa bulan lalu dan memang cara pengaktifannya juga cukup simple karena kita hanya harus datang ke kecamatan (bagi yang sudah memiliki E-KTP) dan tinggal hanya mencocokan saja untuk data yang kita miliki di E-KTP dengan server yang yang sudah tersedia di kecamatan untuk di sinkronkan ke aplikasi yang ada di gadget kita melalui E-mail.

Saya pribadi sudah mencoba hal ini beberapa bulan lalu dan tampilan yang ada di aplikasi IKD kurang lebih seperti ini


Dimana di dalam aplikasi ada beberapa fiture seperti data keluarga yang memuat nama-nama anggota keluarga kita dalam kartu keluarga atau KK dan fiture Dokumen yang memuat beberapa kartu identitas seperti KTP, SIM, Kartu BPJS dan Kartu KK yang kita miliki. Dan fiture yang terpenting adalah fiture Pindai (Scan) dimana katanya ini adalah fiture yang akan menggantikan Potokopi KTP karena kita hanya perlu memindai saja nantinya ketika dimintai berkas yang berhubungan dengan data diri.

Hanya saja sampai saat ini (dimulai dari saya memakai IKD ini sampai sekarang ada wacana tentang potokopi KTP yang tidak akan berlaku lagi di 1 Januari nanti) saya masih belum menemukan tempat scan entah itu di pelayanan umum atau pelayanan beberapa instansi pemerintah sehingga belum bisa mencoba hal ini.

Pertanyaan yang terbesit di otak saya saat ini adalah apakah memang hal ini akan benar-benar bisa terealisasi dengan baik? karena pada akhirnya ketika melihat apa yang terjadi sekarang memang ini adalah salah satu inovasi yang cukup bagus tetapi pada akhirnya kita juga sepertinya sadar bahwa mayoritas warga di negara kita masih banyak yang tidak mengerti tentang teknologi terutama untuk masalah gadget yang bisa saja ini menjadi salah satu hambatan yang paling nyata.
Selain itu, apakah memang ini akan menjadi sebuah jawaban? karena pada akhirnya ketika pengumpulan administrasi dalam sebuah lembaga yang selalu lumrah dengan potokopi KTP, KK dan lain sebagainya digantikan dengan IKD ini apakah mampu meringkankan kita atau justru menambah masalah yang terjadi dalam pengumpulan berkas administrasi?
