I will say I am better with managing my bankroll than selecting the right bets because so far I have not won so much from betting, but I have not exceeded the limit of money I can use to gamble, and not lost what I am not peaceful with loosing.

Yes it is better to manage money than the right bet? Well earlier you said the right bet is not the gambling game is luck, nothing is right even if you are confident in a game then for me this is clearly erratic while to manage money well then you will avoid greed because you have controlled the money from the beginning. In the current match, Lazio clearly showed their domination playing at home, they are leading in the ball possession and total number of shots. However, Inter Milan knows how to play effectively, they could score 1 goal although they don't dominate the match. I'm also very sure that Inter Milan is capable to get 3 points from Lazio home. Inter Milan has great attackers, they are quite productive in scoring goals. I guess the match will end with 2-0, Inter Milan scored 2 goals.  Lazio are in decline this season they are in the middle of the table position 11 is now far different from last season which dominated the top table despite being runner up. In this match it seems that Lazio cannot do much they have to lose at home while indeed the attacks from Inter Milan are quite good and become goals, now that possession has been taken over by Inter Milan it seems that they will continue to press until the end of the match. I expected myself a humiliating defeat for Manchester United and Ten Hag to be sacked few hours later but it appears that things went of favour of Ten Hag since this result of 0 - 0 is good for the club. At the opposite, Klopp and Liverpool should not be happy with that since Arsenal jumped in front of them in the standings after their 2 goals victory against Brighton. Aston Villa also have the same number of points as Liverpool.
The situation is very complicated in the top of the standings and Liverpool should win next round vs gunners to claim back the first spot especially that they are playing in Anfield. Aston Villa meanwhile will be second by the end of the next round.
Liverpool have tried hard with many shots but that does not make them able to score even 1 goal this is difficult to imagine because we expect Liverpool to win easily at Anfield after seeing how Manchester United's performance is not so stable, when many people expect this to win but Erik Ten Hag is now doing a good job despite the draw. I make Spurs favourites for this game but it will not be easy at all. Nottingham Forest will fight like dogs at home. Should be an interesting game.
Spurs need a win to stay in touch with the top 4 and Forest do not want to slip closer to the bottom 3. Kick off in 40 minutes.
Small teams always make it difficult when playing at home, however we have seen some previous games such as Luton who made it difficult for Arsenal until the end of the game and now Tottenham must be ready for any possible attack from Forest.
