5221  Economy / Speculation / Re: Could this correction lead to a bear market for Bitcoin? on: January 21, 2021, 07:40:48 AM
I don't want to get overly dramatic about what's happened today, especially considering that the $32k level that we're at now was a new ATH just a week ago but when Bitcoin has dipped this much in previous years it has led to a prolonged bear market.

Do we think that this could happen now or should we just ride it out and expect a quick return to business as usual?

Make a quick profit so you don't have to worry anymore in case the past scenario happens again, people are worrying because the past scenario makes them lose a lot, have read a lot of stories of losing their savings because they invested on the 2017 all time high only to regret after the market crash, this is something investors are afraid to happen again, they are on wait and see and hoping this bull run is different from the last one.
5222  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Toronto women win jackpot lottery on: January 21, 2021, 06:44:07 AM
$60 million that's worth the wait!! It is faith that keeps them believing that they will one day hit the jackpot, they are a good example of not giving up and believing that you will hit a jackpot, I'm sure the lottery people will use them as an example that if you keep on, you will eventually hit the jackpot and winners don't give up only losers.
5223  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How long will this scam go on? on: January 19, 2021, 03:40:43 PM
In just 11 years of cryptocurrencies existence we've seen a series of shitcoins coming up, making a choice on which coin to hold aside $BTC & $ETH $BET $DOT $ADA & LINK is becoming difficult, how best can I get to know more viable  projects like the ones I already have? When will the proliferation of shitcoins in crypto space stop? Who will check mate the proliferation of shitcoins?

There are many platforms to create a token you can even create for $20 and, scammers are also good in creating concept that looks believable, even veteran in investing in the market are scammed by these people, the only way to combat these scammers is through awareness on how they worked and get the latest update on the scam projects in the scam section.
unfortunately there are no check and balance in a decentralized market, you will have to follow your gut feeling and your technical knowledge.
5224  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Paquiao VS Connor McGreggor? on: January 18, 2021, 10:25:05 PM
I'm sure McGregor is going to hype this fight to try to convince people that he can beat Manny Pacquiao just like he did with his fight Mayweather but every comparison points to Pacquiao's advantage over McGregor in terms of skills, experience and power, his chances to win is slim but it's going to be interesting how McGregor will fare to Manny Pacquiao.
5225  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Exchange to wallet on: January 18, 2021, 09:57:33 PM
Hi,

I have my ZIL and ETH in Binance exchange.

Read somewhere that I should never keep my crypto solely on exchange.[/quote]
Exchange should be for immediate trading not a place to store your wallet for long term it's bad decision

Quote
Do I need (should) keep the cryptos in other wallet like MTW or MyCrypto? Will my balance on exchange become zero if I move? I am not sure about the procedure of that.
As long as you control or have the key it will be ok, it's always been not your key not your coin as a Crypto investor, your balance will become zero if you withdraw all your coins of course, but it should be your decision if you don't want to leave anything in an exchange.

5226  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I introduced cryptocurrency to my friends by using DOGECOIN on: January 18, 2021, 05:15:57 AM
Of all cryptocurrencies, why doge? as a crypto enthusiast myself, I love sharing my experiences with Bitcoin and other cryptcies with my friends, I often get to start off my sharing with DOGECOIN rather than Bitcoin, why is it you say? Well since my friends (at least in my circle of friends) know a lot and love doge memes, I then start off the topic by talking about doge and how popular doge is, then I finally start to tackle about dogecoin being an actual digital currency (I decided to say digital currency so they'd have an idea instead of cryptocurrency) and after a short explanation they are then ought to believe with what I'm saying by showing that I am actually earning dogecoins, and after a few months, they've started planning to actually buy dogecoins and see for themselves, it's actually an easier way to make them benefit with cryptocurrency using other cryptocurrency rather than just by relying on Bitcoin.

Why not Doge, not because they are not in the top 10 they cannot be an example of a good coin to invest, a good Cryptocurrency should have a good community, low transaction fee, and fast to confirm, all of these define DogeCoin that is why after many years they ares till here, they may be not be on the top but they are likely to stand bad times.
5227  Economy / Speculation / Re: Your price expectations for 2021 on: January 15, 2021, 10:32:47 AM
I'd like to be moderate and realistic so I'll go for $50k to $70k I don't disregard the fact that there will be a lot of FUDS and dumps coming from the whales, and I am very confident that Bitcoin will not crash to $5k again, we have many institutions and whales now that will support the price for the price to stabilize this year is a breakthrough year for us, so we can leave the past and move forward the ghost of 2017 should stop haunting us.
5228  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Amepay raised 84.6 million in their IEO on: January 15, 2021, 10:22:52 AM
Recently, I think the price drop is related to the selling of bounty hunters. I think that as more and more bounty hunters throw cryptocurrencies in their hands, prices will return to normal. Of course, the project team is currently working actively. I think we bounty hunters should spend some time researching the bounty projects we participate in.

It could be but when it comes to the potential it really has potential, there's still an ongoing campaign I have seen so many members promoting it, not only bounty hunters but investors should check its potential, once the roadmap roll up the price will eventually recover even if bounty hunters are dumping it, it's a good opportunity for investors and whales to pick it up.

5231  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are you a high roller? on: January 10, 2021, 06:17:15 AM

It really doesn't matter on how much money you throw since the main thing there is how you can handle the pressure upon playing since winning and losing is so stressful and the pressure we get upon losing is huge since the feeling to chase is their to recover also in winning the urge to win more happens that's why many lose after the end of the day since many can't control theirselves upon playing.

I agree if you are not a mature gambler it's both distressing winning and losing, if you lose it's like you want to get back again and recover all that you've lost, if you win it's like you want to continue playing and even deposit more, so you can recover all that you've lost, thinking that it's your lucky day to recover your losses.
5232  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: BTCQUIZ.XYZ TURN A 6 DIGI NUMBER IN TO 0.01BTC FOR FREE. on: January 10, 2021, 05:56:03 AM
With hundreds of thousands of combination or even millions, I don't think anyone can guess the right 6 digit code after I guess I was redirected to a faucet where I can claim 10 sats for every 30 minutes, not an attractive way to invite people as it's impossible to guess the right 6 disit code it's just a cloak so you can invite people to join your faucet.
5233  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲BetFury.io|⚡️Free BTC|⚡️$3mln Divs paid|⚡️$200K Jackpots|⚡️$1mln Cashback on: January 10, 2021, 05:15:45 AM
Wish this forum would let me upvote your answers, thank you guys. About my low BFG it's because as someone said earlier I've been impatient collecting the free box and the casino doesn't seem to like when I gamble with little numbers. I'm doing bigger bets right now (wagered around $20 and lost it lol).

Thank you all.

Are you getting BFG still if you lose a bet you should, this is what I like Betfury you still going to get BFG token even if you lose, if you play that $20 to other gambling sites, it's all gone but with Betfury you can get their native token even if you deposit and lose the match and since you already have BFG token you can earn from staking, the more you deposit the more chance to gain BFG.
5234  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Broner vs Campa Feb 13 on: January 10, 2021, 04:55:46 AM

I would say that Campa is no push-over, he is Mexican and I think he will give Broner a tough fight. No odds yet, but if Broner is the betting favourite, I might go with the underdog Campa just for s**t and giggles, hehehe.
Checked this Campa on Youtube and he is too slow for Broner but he has a good punching power but I don't think this will be enough to beat Broner although he loses matches many times, these fights are against the top boxers in the industry like Pacquiao he has more experienced and more exposure, Broner will win this fight easily, but if he loses he might as well retire.
5235  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Caleb Plant vs Caleb Truax IBF Super Middleweight Title on: January 10, 2021, 04:20:15 AM

And you can see the odds which obviously favour Plant. I don't think many bettors will place on Truax. But if miraculously Truax will win on this fight, those who will bet  on him will win big time. Just look at the odds right now in several sportsbooks c/o bestodds - https://www.bestodds.ai/odds/sport-boxing/matchups/caleb-plant-vs-caleb-truax

It's s huge upset if Plant loses this match he is building his reputation as the next big fighter in that division, I have seen some of his fights although he has big punching power, he still is a raw fighter and I don't think he can match up Canelo's power he needs great trainer like Reynoso and more big fights.
5236  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gervonta Davis vs Ryan Garcia on: January 09, 2021, 10:42:36 AM

For those who don't know Garcia is after Davis for years now.

What is your thought about this unique fighter in the lightweight?

Garcia's chin is a big suspect after being floored by a guy who has no knockout power, with Davis accuracy and power Garcia will be in big trouble I have seen the fight of both fighters and Davis has a huge edge he has fought and knocks out great fighters like Sta Cruz and Gamboa and soon Gervonta will add Ryan Garcia to his resume of who he knocked out.
5237  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Netherlands pilot scheme to allow women to play in senior men's team on: January 09, 2021, 03:52:38 AM

But, I wonder about these words: amateur women, is it really? So what kind of criteria it will be required? How are about the men that have better and better criteria?
But let's see how this rule will be going on and accepted later again

I voted not a chance even if the candidate has a good build-up, he cannot catch up the way man play and she will just a become a wallflower for the team and she cannot be included in the crucial plays of the team, she will just become a target of the opposing team, there will always better candidate for that position for man, instead of taking woman, they have their own league to play.
5238  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you ever proven fairness of games? on: January 09, 2021, 03:03:52 AM
Hi!

This is a question that has been on my mind for quite some time. You can see the term 'provably fair' used all over the place in the Bitcoin gambling market but in this case I'm referring to in-house games in casinos which offer the option to prove fairness of the game to the player.

Have you ever proven fairness of a game yourself or know someone who has or do you simply trust a casino claiming their games are provably fair?

I do check the fairness when I started playing the game and randomly after each round and so far all the gambling sites I'm playing are showing provably fair, all gambling sites that are claiming to be provably fair should show a way for their players a link or a page to check if they are implementing provably fair.
5239  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamblers - How do you use your signature campaign earnings? on: January 09, 2021, 02:33:07 AM
Since I am in Betfury campaign and my earning will be credited to my Betfury account I am using it to gamble right now through dice and so far I am increasing the native token of the gambling site I'm promoting, it's fun but at the same time risky but I am aware of the risk and I'm enjoying it.
5240  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The gambler who manages to beat the casino on: January 08, 2021, 11:06:28 PM
No, if the only way to beat a casino was through cheating then you may have a point, but there are many players that over the years have beaten the casinos legitimately even in games that you could consider to be pure luck like craps and roulette so I think we should not mix the two, the players that actually beat the casinos are for the most part incredible people with a talent and a determination to create a new strategy to beat the casinos while the rest are cheaters.

Those who tried to cheat the casinos have the mindset that the casinos are also cheating on them that is why they resort to using cheating, but the casinos are good at catching cheaters, casinos employ CCTV, and they have trained employers to look for players who they think will cheat the system, they know that they will always cheaters and they can lose a lot from these cheaters.
