It would be interesting to hold for the long term, but it would be worth using some coins to invest, as great opportunities might arise.
I will going to hold that too for a long time because I will need to think about first on how will I going to spend that or else I will going to secure half of it for my marriage to my girlfriend and the half of it is going to be secured for my savings in our future purposes and expenditures. For now i dont trust bitcoin because this is still not a perfect crypto we can not reverse the payment no protection buyers unlike paypal that anytime they can reverse the payment.. But still with the words you have said dudes about "not too much" means that you are trusting bitcoin but maybe small portion of your trust is getting bitcoin. I've been in bitcoin since February 2016 only and I can still consider myself as a newbie. At first what I am doing is getting into faucets wasting my time claiming few satoshi's there. But still I keep on believing bitcoins and until now I'm here in forum learning new things everyday and still keep on trading my capital that I earned with faucets is still circulating.

There are probably few people who hate bitcoin, and in most cases are people who somehow lost money on it, by their own mistakes. But the technology itself fulfills the purpose of making transactions easier and secure, so there is no reason to hate it.
Well I agree with you, there are some people hating bitcoin because of their own failure and I know that they are hating bitcoins and putting hatred into their heart because of a scamming incident. Maybe they became a victim of scams and they are not ever going to get their losses again so instead of rising, they are hating it more. |

And do not keep the wallets all on the same computer. Offine storage, hardware wallets, paper wallets, and of course backups just in case a system breaks. I agree, that is important to protect your assets because once it was hack you will never recover it because we have no insurance here not like in banks. I agree that is why many are using bitcoin wallets and they portioning their bitcoin with a lot of bitcoin wallets for protection and security. But I guess the security of bitcoin wallets are already high and we don't have too use a lot of it. Maybe they just want to try how are the bitcoin wallet providers doing well and going to compare them. |

No. I won't accept bitcoins as my salary but I would like to pay someone bitcoins as their salary.
I think that is not going to be fair if you don't want to accept bitcoins as your salary but you wanted to pay some people bitcoin for their salaries. And I guess you don't want to take the risk in bitcoin. But I know what you feels, because me either I don't want to accept bitcoin as salary but if I work with bitcoin related job that would be fine. Most of us here want to avoid on the risk on bitcoins volatility thats why we dont like to accept our salary on bitcoin basis since it would surely affect our salary amount and also if we fully rely our fixed salary amount then its not advisable to accept bitcoin as our salary. Well even I, I want to avoid that but I will just going to accept it when I did that if ever I worked with bitcoin. That is why it is really needed because my employer is going to be using bitcoin and I worked for bitcoin so I can't deny if ever the employer will going to pay me with bitcoins. If you really think about it, 2016 has been a good year for bitcoin. I only started bitcoining last April when the price was still ranging at $400 - $420. Several months later and we are at over $600, and the price even peaked at almost $800. A 50% increase on price isn't a bad thing at all, so I can say that 2016 has been a very positive year for bitcoin.
I agree that bitcoin has been great for this year and base on your statement the price of bitcoin says that it is really a big help for the economy of bitcoin. And I can say that bitcoin has been amazing for this year too but still I am hoping that there are going to happen more for next years but we can say that 2016 is a good year of bitcoin. |

I think in a few years, the Paypal will incorporate the bitcoin. That will reduce its cost quite a lot and it can make more profit.
I do believe that this is going to happen in the future because a lot of customers of paypal are already shifting to bitcoins. And paypal is seeing this a threat to their service, so instead of competing with bitcoin. I still can not spend the coins on real life, because I do not have opportunities for it. In my country many people do not even know what Bitcoin is, but sometimes I'm using it for micro payments online.
Sad to know that there is no way to spend your coins in your country. So I am lucky enough that there are good sites here in my country that do accepts bitcoin. That is why I am enjoying to spend bitcoins in real life for buying some prepaid loads and some times I am using their service to pay my bills, I'm thinking of using it for eating to a restaurant too. |

Getting your first bitcoin is not easy but if you do signature campaigns its possible for sure.

There is more then one way and it depends how much bitcoin you already have and how much knowledge of bitcoin and altcoin you have.
If you have alot of knowledge try to trade since this is great profit and can be fun aswell at times when it's not frustrating haha.

Well i would like to buy with btc online are of course food  , delivered right in front of my doorstep. another thing is mobile phone, the high end /latest one. Personal Computer with the latest chips and accesories and ingame items. This are the things i like to buy with BTC online. Woah the same as mine we are both food lovers. So probably if there is going to be a restaurant here in my country that is going to accept bitcoins. I will not hesitate to be the first user of their service. yes if you choose an alt for trading having a very very cheap price so you buy a good amount of it and after that the price of it raise so high then i think it is possible to make 1000 USD very easily and in a short period of time. I agree with you, there are a lot of alts there that has the potential to pump in short amount of time but make sure that you are going to buy them at very low price. Bitcoin is really better than paypal have you read or overhear the rumors that the management of paypal is already talking to coinbase management? I guess paypal is losing a lot of customers because of bitcoin. It is very risky if you are going to put all your money into bitcoin because the price is not really stable but there are disadvantage and as well as advantage if you are going to do that. The advantage would be, you are going to get good profit when price fluctuates higher and disadvantage when price falls, your money falls.
