Да причем тут дискриминация. Тут все логично, англоязычные проекты ориентируются на англоязычную публику. Есть некоторые проекты привязанные территориально к определенным странам, некоторые юридически, а некоторые менеджеры проверяют каждое сообщение подписантов и естественно знать все языки не могут. Действительно, некоторые менеджеры просматривают все комментарии. Поэтому им проще проверить работу в англоязычной ветке. Хотя при составлении таблицы я часто встречаю такое требование, что те кто пишет в локалке должны предоставлять менеджеру перевод, чтобы он мог понять о чем Вы пишите. Это вообще абсурд какой то получается ты не только выполнил работу но ещё должен делать перевод чтобы тебе зачли. Такие менеджеры на таком рынке долго не продержатся люди к ним просто не пойдут. |
