541  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Being kicked out out of a tm group for calling that project a scam on: October 11, 2021, 12:31:56 PM
Hi guys,

If you call a coin a scam in that coin?s telegram group and shortly after they just kick you out of the group, does that mean that that?s actually a scam or not necessarily?

Actually, that's a normal thing in crypto, anyone can accuse any projects especially when they did something unacceptable in your own assessment most projects did that in telegram, kicking and banning users all the time But the most common is when the project is not paying its obligation like the bounty payments, etc. airdrop many users report it as a scam so that's normal in your case we don't know the real reason why you call that project a scam so we will leave it to you.
542  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Shiba Inu Coin a better investment than Dogecoin? on: October 11, 2021, 12:20:40 PM
Neither of these projects have a valid use-case. They are meme-coins. Speculative gambling at best.
I’d be lying if I said I never owned any. But just a few dollars here or there. These aren’t serious projects for real investors. And they probably won’t be around in the next 10 years.

I agree with you Mate, but I think we just leave the decision to every one of us because it's our prerogative to participate and invest in the platform that we think we can grow our money then and Shiba Inu and Dogecoin are both the same they are both meme coins so why we should compare them, IMO, both are good for the short term but just make sure you are aware of the risk accompanied in it.
543  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I am new to Bitcoin and have been using Coinbase only. on: October 11, 2021, 12:10:14 PM
I can relate to the OP's author very much when I was started in crypto particularly Bitcoin and also Im using the Coinbase wallet back then, no keys and whatsoever and I can say that it the right decision to ask those questions in this forum because there's a lot of knowledgeable persons/users here that will surely help and I agree with them the best way to store Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies is a Hardware wallet.
544  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What will be the next move of YFI? on: October 08, 2021, 09:58:27 AM
Yes, As we know that in the year of 2020 there are lots of Defi Projects was trend in cmc but randomly there are not in the limelight especially YFI. yfi toucg $82K mark in past year but right now $32k on cmc. What will ne the next move as possible?

I think no one knows exactly what will happen next, But one thing is for sure the Yearn Finance, or YFI was still young and has plenty of room to improve more, and all we can do is wait for their next move to bring the platform into the limelight again who knows that $82K previous YFI price will be break or conquered again.
545  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most Large-Cap Alts Lose Value Against BTC. on: October 07, 2021, 12:14:54 PM
Altcoins stall against btc, Most altcoins followed btc  BTC’s performance lately, if btc is bullish altcoins will also bullish, but the situation has changed in the past 24 hours. Most of the top altcoins dropped while btc is up.

Cardano, Ripple, Solana, Polkadot, Binance Coin, Litecoin, Terra, and Algorand have also lost chunks of value against the largest cryptocurrency. I think this dropping of altcoin price is temporary and soon it will followed btc what are your insights or thoughts about this?

I think that's not happened always, Bitcoin price might be a good indicator if the crypto market is bullish or bearish, but it was very different when it comes to altcoins maybe there are some reasons why the altcoin's prices are dropping fast like FUD and many other things that affecting the cryptocurrency market.
546  Other / Archival / Re: I Need Help Please Driving Me Nuts - BTC unconfirmed and dont know what to do on: October 07, 2021, 12:01:02 PM
Usually, if the Bitcoin price was gaining momentum like today the Bitcoin Network congestion will follow and I think that's normal, as I am writing this reply I had a stuck Bitcoin transaction for more than three hours already so just don't panic if your Bitcoin was sent on the right address it will come for sure.
547  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are there any real stablecoins? on: October 06, 2021, 03:03:17 PM
Tether is used by many and stablecoins are a rising market, but are they really stable?
What makes a stablecoin truly stable and what can we do to assure they are backed 1=1 unlike Tether.

I think the best way to do that is by checking the circulation and total supply of that stable coin, for example, the BUSD a Binance issued stable coin and they said that it was pegged with a dollar in 1-1 ratio and with a total supply of 13 Billion it was relatively small compared to Tether's USDT and because it was issued by one of the worlds trusted names in crypto that's why I feel secure when im using BUSD.
548  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 6000 coinbase clients hacked on: October 06, 2021, 02:46:51 PM
It always happens and we have nothing to do about it, Hacking in the crypto industry just becomes normal nowadays, this is clear evidence that no platform is hundred percent safe all are subjected to vulnerabilities and we the users must accept it as a part of the risk while using it, many huge and famous platform such as Binance, Bithumb and now Coinbase has become a victim of this unexpected event recently the question is what platform will be the next victim? just asking.
549  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin Cash was no scam on: October 04, 2021, 03:03:45 PM
Litecoin Cash, I didn't know that there's a coin with that name I guess it's a fork from Litecoin, But why is it a scam and why was Charlie Lee the founder of Litecoin was involved here I use Litecoin because of it cheap transaction fees especially while I'm playing in the crypto casino But I don't know about Litecoin cash until I read this OP, now I'm checking it in CMC.
550  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How you choose projects for investment on: October 04, 2021, 02:54:49 PM
I think thats the important basics for finding a good project to invest in, and I must say that the Near Protocol is a promising one if we base on those criteria aside from Near Protocol there's a lot of good investment prospect out there that need to be discovered by doing such basics that why start it today.
551  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance Withdraw BTC Network? on: October 03, 2021, 11:03:54 AM
So I will most likely convert my altcoin to btc and then withdraw btc and pay the 0.005 btc fee.

I notice when i go to the withdraw network... how come there are multiple btc network?  I thought it was only one?

I see

BNB Binance

BSC

BTC

ETH

Can someone explain how can someone withdraw btc with the other three options?  I have a nano ledger s.

Thats the new trend nowadays, the Bitcoin Network is only one, but due to the increasing innovation from the other platforms they use to create a Bitcoin Pegged token or Wrapped Bitcoin in other terms, it appeared as an ERC20 token, of Ethereum, BEP20 token on BSC, etc. so if you want to withdraw in the Bitcoin Network address( legacy, Segwit, etc.. it is obvious to choose the Bitcoin network but if you want to withdraw Bitcoin in BEP20 address just choose Binance Smart Chain. that's simple.
552  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: El Salvador 🇸🇻 Mines First Bitcoin With Volcanic Energy 🌋 on: October 02, 2021, 02:46:26 PM
El Salvador's president is determined to implement his plans for Bitcoin, despite the opposition of some of his countrymen, But I think El Salvador's decision to adopt Bitcoin is not that bad at all, in fact, is it was open a new opportunity for El Salvador to try a new a form of a technology-based asset like Bitcoin and generate income from it.
553  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Show me you're ethereum price prediction. on: September 30, 2021, 01:07:56 PM
As it typically happens when BTC fall down, most of the altcoins follow suit. Ethereum leads the adverse trend with a 6.5% drop. Just a few days ago, ETH was well above $3,100, but it’s now down to approximately $2,900. Can we still see ethereum reach 6k$ this year? Bitcoin price is being affected by new set of Chinese fud and altcoins are affected too there are a lot of altcoins a top altcoins that is now falling down and 1 of them is eth. So how would you defined the ethereum price next 3 months or at the end of this year can we still see it 5k$ to 6k$ or not?

Predicting the future price of Ethereum is very hard to do because we don't know how the market behaves in the following days, weeks, or months but for the sake of fulfillment let us try to predict base on the current situation I believe Ehereum price will be around $3K in the remaining months of 2021. due to many factors that currently affecting Ethereum itself and also the crypto market in general.
554  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: singapore attack binance.com on: September 30, 2021, 12:48:55 PM
The title is misleading, I don't know if you read the article you posted or not.

Binance has to comply with Singapore's regulatory board, that's why they have to stop and accept any deposits from Singaporean. There is no Singapore attacks Binance.com, on the contrary, Binance is trying it's best to follow every countries crypto framework and that includes Singapore's Monetary Authority of Singapore.

Binance is just trying to have a good reputation because I think it has something to do with their IPO that they might pull in the future.

I agree with that observation, mate, it was a misleading title because the Singapore authorities didn't attack Binance to discredit it, but only just imposing the regulatory requirements on the crypto exchange that's why they are temporarily ceasing its operation and give its users an ample time to withdraw their balances, and also Binance says that they are ready to comply with the requirements if necessary so IMO, Binance service will restore sooner or later.
555  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Fake Tokens on: September 30, 2021, 12:31:32 PM
Let's assume i have created a game, and then created ERC tokens (Example swords) so the player must buy a token to be able to play the game.
What if someone creates similar tokens in his wallet and injects them into my game as if they are bought from my tokens store Huh

I'm not an expert regarding the coding of smart contracts but to create a faked tokens base on the original name and Ticker is possible, but let us accept the fact that both tokens have run on different smart contacts that's why its not possible to bind them together and run both in one platform
556  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which is easier? on: September 29, 2021, 08:48:45 AM
For me, the best method is the buy-in the Dip because the price of cryptocurrency is fluctuating in 24hrs basis and it will return to normal during a day or a night depends on the situation, while the hype is only good for a short period and it's risky to buy during the highs of the hype because we never know when that so-called hype will be ended.
557  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top 10 Cryptos Under 20 Cents on: September 29, 2021, 08:39:51 AM
I think every one of us here in this forum has its own lineup of coins/tokens under the 0.20 cents price category and it's plenty of good and promising coins in the market under that 0.20 cents category just visit CMC and you can find it there but my initial list is Trx, Birb, Vechain, Digibyte, and Iotx
558  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Weed and Crypto Show on: September 29, 2021, 08:13:51 AM
Since I had some free time today I figure to something I haven't done in a long time, So I made a Weed and Crypto Show. 💛😅

Sauce:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i9Fmqq-FUTg

Next one will be more ducation/comedy but let me know what you guys think =)

Nice show, I think the cannabis and crypto thing is meant to be a partner, let us just be open-minded because we all know that the issue of cannabis is a very sensitive thing in fact in my country it is illegal and we can only use and smoke it in secrecy or else the risk of being caught by the police is high if you do it in the public places.
559  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH adoption lately is high on: September 29, 2021, 07:49:53 AM
It seems like Ethereum will reach a new ATH the second time again, hours back I read news that whales are investing 500million dollars on ETH which is a good plan that they are preparing for PoS algorithm rewards, the adoption rate looks way higher than BTc or am I wrong?

It was no doubt that the Ethereum Network is one of the top choices of many projects in recent years
But lately, Ethereum suffers a setback due to expensive gas fee that's why I don't think Eth price is a reflection of Eth adaption because they are already on that position. In fact, the mass exodus of decentralized application developers or (Dapp's) continues to happen lately, and it was pointed out to the very expensive transaction fees.
560  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I need MATIC Mainnet On Trsut wallet? on: September 28, 2021, 02:04:09 PM
I guess the only problem of the user is not updating his app to the latest version because the Trust wallet latest version has already supported the Polygon Network it's easy as counting just make Polygon active by switch it and that's it no more technical expertise is needed your good to go.
