541  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hope for hodlers on: April 05, 2019, 04:31:55 AM
To my best understanding
Presently, the crypto currency market is a game of who buys or accumulates most tokens or bitcoins

The Government and The  big men wants to buy several of it and companies want to be a part of it as well

If we see BTC at $3k, I won't be surprised but when the moon and bull runs start..

It will be as eagles soar on the sky high

BTC was hitting above $5k yesterday and this is a good sign of the market.
True holders will know when they must sell or buy the coin, and for now is a good time to buy.
i think there is no much time for the market to start the bull run because there are some bull signs already.
542  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The opinion on the current situation in the cryptocurrency market!!!! on: April 04, 2019, 02:33:27 AM

Firstly, I believe that all hard forks and upgrades will only hurt the price of Ethereum and this year we will see an ETH of $ 50 each. I'm not saying that this is a bad coin, but its price will be low.

The market of cryptocurrency is recovering in a steady pace, you can see now most coins are going up.
maybe 2018 was the bad year for crypto market, but 2019 will be different.
i see so much negativity in your opinion and i think that eth = $50 will not be happening.
543  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to check if ICO is scam or not? on: April 04, 2019, 01:58:31 AM
Hey guys, I'm new to the whole ICO world, and BTCtalk as well. I've been reading about a lot of scammy ICOs that take people's money and run away. I'm looking to invest in a couple of ICOs but have no way of knowing if they are good or not. Can anyone tell me how I can go about doing this without losing any money?

You can do your own research about their team, their location, or their partners.
Usually few users in this forum will make accusation thread if the ICO is scam, here is the thread : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0
My suggestion is, never be lazy to read the forum, it helps you to avoid scammer.
544  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: are ICOs really dead? on: April 04, 2019, 01:52:18 AM
After participating in several ICO project, which turned out to be scam projects. My hard earned money disappeared in to thin air, with no way to trace or recover my money back. I had to act like it never happened to get it off my mind and move on.

Are ICOs really dead and do you still invest in ICO projects?

It is not completely dead, there are still ICO's run their token sale if you search the forum.
But seems like many investors prefer to investing their money on IEO than ICO.
Unless you have a good ICO that have a good marketing strategy, it won't be succeed to raise funds.
545  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Skam or a way to make money? on: April 04, 2019, 01:37:24 AM
Many when they hear about cryptocurrency believe that this is a quick way to enrich. Others say that cryptocurrency is over and we must go. Most often, I hear a conversation about cryptocurrency from those people who did not even use it.
Now I know that cryptocurrency is growing much better than falling.

What are your thoughts on this?

In the surface world, peoples using cryptocurrency for trading and investing on some project, and not many who using as a real currency.
But in the dark world, many peoples use it as a real currency to pay something like things and services.
That is why cryptocurrency still growing, it is being used with several purposes.
546  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Warning: This John McAfee-Pumped Cryptocurrency Has Major Red Flags on: April 02, 2019, 03:22:58 AM
Just look at the coins/tokens that he promoted in the last year, many of his predictions was off.
It will be better if we conduct our own research before buying some coins.
Never relying on someone advice just because they are a popular person.
547  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrencies Wallets on: April 02, 2019, 02:55:17 AM
One of the most important aspect of Cryptocurrency is the wallet, it is very good to accumulate so much coin but it is very much important to have them safe in a good wallet, so many people could have prevented their portfolio from been hack if only they have information on the right wallet to use.

When you want to choose what cryptocurrency wallet you want to use, you may consider few things before doing so.
What will you do with your wallet ? Do you want to use the wallet for trading ? or investing on project ? or holding coin ?
With this answer, you can proceed to use particular wallet like hardwallet/coldwallet to holding, hot wallet to trading, etc.
548  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about IEO (Initial Exchange Offering) on: April 01, 2019, 12:14:01 PM
Well, i think IEO is another way to gain investors trust by running it on trustful platform like exchange.
With this, investors maybe will have more confidence when they investing in the project.
And i hope the market will go bullish because investors want to invest their money on crypto.
549  Other / Meta / Re: KYC is now required for Bitcointalk on: April 01, 2019, 12:01:35 PM
First, want to say this was an excellent idea Theymos and if you need someone to grow this KYC process further (for maximum exposure), I'm your man. Time to rid the plague of all the corrupted assholes and scammers; having 100% transparency in crypto is a brilliant idea.

Why should you submit it? It's like everything you do in life, you prove who you are and your good intentions? Fuck privacy and all you shady characters who linger on these forums for nothing more than profits. This is the real world. Uncle Sam spies on you daily, there's nothing that you can do to resist this new era.

WTH, i want to choose MALE in gender, why you don't provide it on the list ?
I want to submit my KYC, but stuck on the gender so i won't submit.  Tongue
This forum is the best forum of cryptocurrency world, i like it.
550  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Death Penalty to ICO Scammers! Are you favor it? on: March 29, 2019, 02:25:53 PM
As we all know still exit scam ICO's are victimizing investors including me in my frustration I wish these people be killed or if busted they must sentenced to death Penalty are you favor of it.

There should be no place for scammers and fraudsters in the cryptocurrency world.
Death penalty will not giving the investor's money back, but at least it will makes other scammers think 100x before scamming peoples.
we must take very serious research before investing on some project to avoid this kind of scam.
551  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: AIRDROPS ASKING FOR KYC VERIFICATION on: March 29, 2019, 01:59:17 PM
The issue of KYC always raises questions whose answers are mostly not very discerning to the ears. It is quite unfortunate, I know most crypto enthusiasts are not comfortable giving out their personal information for KYC but there is little we can do about the situation at the moment.  Most of these projects claim they are under a legal jurisdiction where KYC is very important for many business projects. The new trend is increasingly becoming worrisome as many airdrops are even requiring KYC verification from participants.

Don't bother to join the airdrop if they want your identity, just find another airdrops.
and i think doing airdrops nowadays is won't make you rich because the rewards is very small. KYC should only for the big reward.
552  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: How to Create a MyEtherWallet on: March 28, 2019, 08:44:33 AM
Hello everyone,

I have written this article to help anyone who wants to create a MyEtherWallet, if there is any feedback to the article, it would be very much appreciated. Also I would check out the platform I wrote the article on, I see it as the next steemit and you can earn tokens for writing content and upvoting articles.

https://www.publish0x.com/crypto-101/how-to-create-your-first-crypto-wallet-with-myetherwallet-xdqde?a=GELe3POa69

Also if you have any ideas of what I should write about, leave a comment!

I create my first ETH wallet in myetherwallet, it is very easy to use for newcomer.
But it is not recommended to be used, if you want to using the wallet actively.
Maybe hackers can set some phishing sites, and there will be more chance to getting phished if you too often using myetherwallet.
553  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: new coins are worthless! on: March 28, 2019, 07:38:07 AM
yes maybe not everything is like that! everything needs a process, but the fact is like that.
sometimes I think, what's the use of them making their own cryptocurrency but when entering the market there is no further price development. after that it feels like dead!
I hope I don't misjudge.

Most of them are now, but i think not all new coins are worthless. The important thing before buy is to find out what project behind the coin.
There are already many many coins in the cryptocurrency world. So, if there are new coin, they need to compete with the existing coin to gain interest of peoples around crypto world.
554  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why ICO'S Scamed since last year on: March 27, 2019, 05:14:04 AM
I saw since last year lot of ICO's was scammed and project not true. So this situation ICO investor's are not come to cryptocurrency market. Why that project scammed please info anyone??

I think investors will keep coming and look for cryptocurrency to investing despite many scams happened in the past.
Look at the IEO's now, binance IEOs on their launchpad are always hit the hardcap, sold out.
The investors are not leaving crypto, they just interesting on some legit projects.
555  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Am done with KYC on: March 27, 2019, 04:56:01 AM
There is one thing I have realized from my experience with KYC for bounties. Almost all the projects I have provided my personal information to them failed to even get listed on exchanges and the project dies off. Surprisingly, those that didn't require KYC paid me and the project is truly developing. My point is, am beginning to think those project requesting hunters to go through KYC are just in for their information to trade and do not have any intentions to develop their crypto project so let's be vigilant about whom we carelessly give our details to, for some peanuts...May God bless our hustle

Easy, just don't take a part in bounties requiring KYC to obtain the reward.
Try to find another bounties without requiring KYC, and take a part into their campaign.
If you cannot find bounties without KYC, then just don't do any bounties for some time, just wait for a good time.
556  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: bounty hunter paid USDT? on: March 26, 2019, 02:47:44 AM
do you agree if the bounty hunter is paid USDT?
the good or bad impact on investors and the development of the ICO project, give your reasons

Well, it will be the best option for bounty hunters if they get paid in most stable crypto currency, USDT.
But i think there are only few ICO who want to do that. Even if they want to pay in USDT, i bet they won't pay too much.
Paid in token is better because the token price can increasing, unlike USDT price. But of course if only the project success.
557  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Price is not everything! on: March 26, 2019, 02:28:53 AM
Stop thinking about the price for a while and think about the technology and adoption what is happening just now! More and more people are involved in cryptocurrencies, bigger and bigger partnerships are made everyday, better and better news comes everyday and price? Still same? It shows that whales are cumulating why other people who care about the price are selling them their cryptocurrencies for cheap.

For some peoples, price is really matter because when the price going down, they cannot get profit from selling.
We should not depend only on the price of cryptocurrency, because it is volatile in the market.
and yes, price is not everything in cryptocurrency.
558  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HOPE FOR SHIT COIN on: March 25, 2019, 03:17:01 AM
Hello

Please i want make a quick inquire please. can there be any possible hope a shit coin to come back alive. i participated on an ICO that are responsible for reinventing dead coins. the project is known as coin janitor. they believed that there are tokens that are good but was closed down due some factors like market dump or no finance which lead to the demise of the token.
Could there be any means by which a dead coin can be resurrected again ?

It will have low possibility for the coin that already dumped to the bottom.
Unless they are doing buyback to buying their token, recover the price, and deliver the products,
there is zero chance for the token price to hit the ICO price.
559  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: "BOUNTIES" Is it still worth it? on: March 25, 2019, 02:57:33 AM
Seems like doing bounties is not profitable anymore in this time because there are only few ICO's are legit.
But the important thing as a hunter is, you must be able to spot the red flag of the ICO, so you can avoid to promote them.
If you unknowingly promote scam ICO, you will waste your time only, even you can get red trust.
560  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What if every country has its own crypto currency on: March 23, 2019, 04:10:12 PM
Wouldnt it be nice if each country in the world issues its own crypto currency just like they issue sovereign bonds and they raise funds from there to fund projects in their economies. I know Venezuela tried to do something like that, but the project was already being killed by the governments opponents before it took off.  Now lets assume that didnt happen could it be a good way to create some form of sanity and confidence in the crypto world.

No matter if every country have its own cryptocurrency, they will need bitcoin to interact each others.
Bitcoin is the global cryptocurrency around the world, it will be used to buy other existing cryptocurrencies.
I think Venezuela cannot create their own cryptocurrency if their government not allow it because the peoples will not allowed to use that coin.
