541  Other / Meta / Re: Ukrainian local board on: June 07, 2018, 12:39:41 PM
this map of ukraine is incorrect, eastern ukraine is russian, and krim island is also legally russia.

Stop spamming and remove your off-topic post. You want to be banned? I already warned the others about breaking the rules and posting off-topic content. And read the damn previous posts, it was posted here for a reason.

This should not be discussed here (to avoid locking the topic if the post will become off-topic) but in a separate topic in the political and society board.
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Political_status_of_Crimea then "stances" to say the map of the world and the countries who are in favor or against the sovereignty of Ukraine for crimea.
Now stay on topic people (and better to write normally).

543  Other / Meta / Re: 28 activity in 7 days on: June 07, 2018, 10:52:12 AM
I have reached to 28 activity in only 7 days.I have registered in this forum 30 may and yesterday 6 June ,I have reached to 28 activity.

As I read ,14 activity has been counted in 14 days.So how can reach this...
Is there any modifications in rules ??

It depends from your joining time and when the periods start.
If you joined + made 14 posts just 2 hours before new period start then you made 14 posts in the next two hours then you can have 28 activity in just 4 hours. Of course, from that point, you will have later to wait 14 days.
Here is the periods you joined in :
5/22/2018 20:13:20
6/5/2018 20:20:00

Edit : fast and slowy meh
544  Other / Meta / Re: Unofficial list of (official) Bitcointalk.org rules, guidelines, FAQ on: June 07, 2018, 10:41:39 AM
No. Some topics contained a useful information but they were trashed. It wasn't a spam. Just their theme crossed with the theme of another topic. I want to clarify this situation for myself.

It depends from each mod interpretation.
If the duplicated topic is active then odds that the second topic will be deleted are high.
If the first topic is less than 1-2 month old, I recommend to continue posting on it only serious questions.
If the first topic is > 3 months or years old or locked then i will create another one and make a reference to the original one.
If the first topic contains useful informations but it is too old or locked then why don't you merge its contents with some other topics and create a new one containing more informations with reference to the original one. (list of useful information...etc)

ohh!! sorrry......but what types of reply I should post? If you tell me it will be helpful for me

-snip-

If you want to see suchmoon then you need to collect some HoweyCoins (platinum or gold preferably), you see those yachts there in the pic, he may be in one of it with some other bitcointalkers folks at the end of the year.

(No offense but you insist to put /s boy/girl in every damn discussion)

Nice stats, would be better if you used English (Google fault) rather than Spanish but it isn't that hard to figure it out tho.

548  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Story of the Firsts on: June 06, 2018, 05:02:21 PM
Does this belong in Meta?  I would probably have merited it if it wasn't in this section.  :/

It deserves sM anyway Smiley
Personally I will ask the same question, beginners and help board or maybe in Bitcoin discussion?
Thanks @Heisenberg_Hunter

Edit : you can move your topic by clicking in "move topic" in the bottom - left corner.

Meta is a place for discussion about this forum
Not for discussing every post made in this forum. It isn't the point of having this sub which many people even high ranked users fall in it.
549  Other / Meta / Re: Merit & new rank requirements on: June 06, 2018, 04:53:34 PM
There is a donation way to give anyone some merits and with this they can be ranked up...But there is not any easy way to become a merit source..And It's my bad luck... I don't have any people who will like my post and give some merit. From which I can be ranked up...It's my fortune....😒😒👌👌

You should be grateful that you aren't nuked yet for the inexistant quality posts you made and the long silly quotes that you keep posting it...
550  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: News: Bitcoin won't be Global Currency on: June 06, 2018, 07:49:28 AM
Everything that people use and accept it worldwide is considered as global currency.
You can buy and sell gold, silver, copper...even a banana or trade it with clothes for example.
No need for a currency to be backed up by governments to be considered as a global currency, it is the usage of people that make it so...
And better to add the link so we can read the article (press section preferably)

552  Other / Meta / Re: The Bitcointalk 50 BTC VIP club. Where are they now ? Complete list. on: June 06, 2018, 07:15:33 AM
Nice effort. i have two comments, putting images between [img] is easier than clicking on it one by one but the topic will take much longer to load + we cannot see the full list because not everything can be loaded... I prefer to put the full list in [.code] then you can keep images at the end.
Now, if you want to keep the images, i recommend using default trust.
553  Other / Meta / Re: Reporting topics, opened with 2 lines, copied from an article + after the link? on: June 05, 2018, 10:01:05 PM
Summary or part of an article followed by a link should be restricted to the press section only.
Bitcoin + altcoin discussion should deal with the rest (Discussion not 1 sentence).
For the restriction to certain rank (to open topics not for posting ofc), i think it should be done for the bitcoin discussion (not in its subs)+ economics and speculation +/- altcoin discussion +/- speculation (Altcoins).

In addition, the press section needs to have a clear title format [YYYY-MM-DD] or [YYYY-DD-MM] not both or even [MM-DD-YYYY] [DD-MM-YYYY] sometimes, it is very confusing, others don't care at all and post without a format + i also call for temp restriction for posting in press starting from 1 week for people making duplicated posts. Sometimes i find the same news posted differently, at least mods respond generally and delete it.

Edit : fixing date format.
554  Other / Meta / Re: Index to popular bitcointalk threads on: June 05, 2018, 05:25:35 PM
Take a look on this topic made by shorena few years ago https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1217042.0
It is useful and may help.

@potential lazy future sources : do not cheat!
555  Other / Meta / Re: Merit & new rank requirements on: June 05, 2018, 04:56:18 PM
I think this post should be sticky.

I thought about that at the beginning but with the way this topic is spammed, I prefer to not seeing it sticky.
H&co sticky topic is more than enough https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2766177.0
556  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How do I get Merit? on: June 05, 2018, 12:00:09 PM
Read this first https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2766177.0 then try to make good quality posts and try to contribute to the forum as well.
Take a look on "meta" there is many topics above merit, for example :
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4052999.0
557  Other / Meta / Re: Forum ranks/positions/badges (What do those shiny coins under my name mean?) on: June 05, 2018, 11:55:04 AM
50 BTC to become a VIP? Really? Is that a joke?  Grin

Wouldn't call it a joke 7 years ago, you are too late like most of the people here. Besides, 50 BTC is always 50 BTC but if you are converting it to fiat and comparing then it is another story.
Better to improve the quality of your future posts son or else you will stuck as junior member forever.
558  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-06-04]MICROSOFT TO BUY GITHUB: BITCOIN DEVS CALL FOR EXIT on: June 04, 2018, 09:02:54 PM
Can someone elaborate on what Microsoft can possibly do to kill GitHub as we know it?

Why would MS want to kill Nokia? Or Skype? Or Office? Or Windows (lol). But they either did or are in the process of doing so, Windows will be no different to owning an X Box or a Nintendo console once MS have completed their latest "tech" roadmap

I abandoned Nokia and Skype years ago but unfortunately I still need Windows and office Tongue
Microsoft is acting like an old dude collecting classic stuff and keeping it in his closet with as little as possible renovation...

For github cannot bitcoin.org/bitcointalk.org create its own repository?
559  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Hi everyone! Please welcome me :) (NEWBIE, INTRODUCTION) on: June 04, 2018, 08:45:27 PM
Did some more research into JINBI and found that they are likely a scam. I will be more careful from now on. I think I'm going to stick with the big boys from now on Wink

You can take a look on bountyhive https://bountyhive.io/browse
I am not experienced personally in bounties but I tend to trust them, but you should always study the project before joining. Good luck.
560  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Hi everyone! Please welcome me :) (NEWBIE, INTRODUCTION) on: June 04, 2018, 06:14:00 PM
Hello,
As a starter pack, I recommend reading the sticky topics on meta and on each section you are willing to post on it.
There a dedicated place for altcoins and bounties, for the JINBI ICO i think this is their official topic https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3448783.0
Respect the rules and try to read/participate in the other sections too, there is many good informations here.

Edit : editing my post according to yours (/s).
