541  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin7 a new exchange on: June 28, 2011, 12:56:43 PM
EU Bank Transfer   FIBank (EU)   EUR bank transfer to EU bank   12-22 EUR

Which is insane for an EU2EU transfer and means that I am not trading there.
Or did I miss something?

Indeed, that seems really overpriced.
And that's why I contacted them, together with some other question.
Here's their explanation to the high EU bank transfer fee:

Quote
"The fees are so big because there is a 10 EUR SWIFT tax. Other than that the taxes are - to 500 EUR - 2 EUR tax, from 500 up - 0.12% from the sum (minimum 12 EUR)"

Can anybody confirm that there's such a tax in Bulgaria ?

If it's the case, then it's not Bitcoin7's fault. Then they should consider cooperating with a different bank ... EU <-> EU bank transfers in € are mostly free (if the provided IBAN & BIC/SWIFT codes of the destination account are correct).

543  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bitcoin7.com - Brand new exchange market! on: June 24, 2011, 09:28:28 PM

of course I ususly change 2/3 BTC: sell and move to my bank account.

I don't want to take the risk to leave money on any BTC market. IMHO Wink

I finally found why those transfers were 15 days delayed, it's because of your spam withdrawals...

for transfers bigger than 1100 euro, that 22 euro tax goes cheaper than 2% flat fee
547  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Monitor multiple pools - www.btc-poolwatch.com on: June 23, 2011, 07:33:32 AM
hello, can you make it possible to add multiple API tokens to same pool,

548  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [~350 GH/s] "Eligius" mining pool (still semi-experimental!) on: June 23, 2011, 07:18:53 AM
if you didn't hold in your pockets those "scammed" btc taken from those vicious pool-hoppers, but instead distributed them between "fair" users rectroactively after some period of time, say 10 days, probably more people would accept that MaxPPS thing...
549  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: post here when your account is recovered (mt.gox) on: June 22, 2011, 09:10:46 PM
sorry, I'll fix my signature, it was a local pool, which is down for maintenance
550  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: post here when your account is recovered (mt.gox) on: June 22, 2011, 05:59:28 PM
it just generates a random password numbnuts

which could be stored in their DB and then sold
551  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would Sandboxie help users from losing their bitcoins? on: June 21, 2011, 02:52:22 PM
I just said that IF sandbox container had its content encrypted on hard drive, you can run that bitcoin.exe inside and no other app can't read its files or its RAM, upload that wallet somewhere or use script - to fake mouse moves, typing amount and sending it to another wallet.
552  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would Sandboxie help users from losing their bitcoins? on: June 21, 2011, 06:25:24 AM
sandboxie looks good as no external program can read its memory, but it just stores files unencrypted on hdd, so it is unusable only to run bitcoin inside a sandbox
553  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I'm Kevin, here's my side. on: June 21, 2011, 05:22:44 AM
who the F*** is mtgox, does he has a license to gather people's IDs, process and store personal data Angry
554  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would Sandboxie help users from losing their bitcoins? on: June 21, 2011, 05:16:48 AM
How is Sandboxie any better than running Ubuntu (for example) in a virtual machine (like VMware or Virtualbox)?

you can see a trojan is making changes in that sandbox registry, installing itself somewhere and if it runs some not-anymore-hidden_executables
555  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Reason behind attack? on: June 20, 2011, 09:24:50 PM
Financial gain that simple really and he only made $1000.

do you believe in that crap that only $1000 were lost?

I bet there will be numerous accounts locked and money scammed for insufficient evidence provided about ownership.
556  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin7 a new exchange on: June 19, 2011, 09:00:39 AM
I saw some 1btc for 100 euro transactions yesterday, probably it was a testing of some kind...

They have never heard of AML, and are run by unknowns from Bulgaria.

do you know that anyone dealing with Liberty Reserve is failing AML guidelines even he claims otherwise?
