When is launch estimated?
In my schedule the 31st of May is the date when 1.0.0 is published. Switching from 0.x.x to 1.x.x means that beta phase is over.

Please guys can you stop with these shitty coins ? The UAE crypto community don't need them, don't want them, and will not use them.
So please stop making theses UAEcoin, Dubaicoin and other scams.
Are you not looking for 50 BTC to launch your own crypto-based asset, Desert Pay, as well? https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1459369.0Pot calling the kettle black..... This, and DesertPay are two different thing. Don't compare a shitty altcoin ( that pretend in the op to be on poloniex and bittrex btw ), and a pegged-asset. Two different things that don't have the same goal.

A reminder for all buyers: Always use escrow!
Why? Some of us has more well known reputations then the escrow agents, an agent could actually introduce a extra point of failure in some cases. Why? Conflict of interest. Because if there would be a dispute a third party, the escrow, can act as security and do a refund to both parties. I would suggest OgNasty. The escrow could also disappear, lose the coin, get hacked, get hit by a bus etc... same could happen to the seller, only it adds two points of failure. Also if charges a fee... All I'm saying is telling people to *always* use escrow as though it's some kind of silver bullet is not a fair statement. It's only marginally better then a trusted seller imho. We could use account control and phased transactions from Nxt. For example, if 2 out of 3 escrow's agree on paying the profit then the transactions will become active. So if 1 out of 3 gets hit by a bus, the ammount can still be send. Nxt has these features already functional. Sorry but I'm not following how you could trade iota/btc using nxt. One solution however is using btc multisig to create a 2 of 3 multisig for the btc deposit, with the escrow holding one of the keys. This is generally not simple enough for most users though. By using SuperBTC ( assets tied to BTC )

Q: If i invest in your company, what will i received in exchange ? A: By investing in our company you will receive 5% of the monthly net revenue of DesertPay.
I don't quite understand this answer. For example, if I invest 1 btc over the 35 you need to start the business, how much of the 5% will I receive? 5% /35?
Thanks
The 5% will be distributed to all shareholders depending on how many DesertPay assets they have. If you have 50% of all DesertPay assets, you will get 50% of the 5%. So if I get this correct you are selling 5% of your company's shares for your goal of 50 BTC. Meaning you will have 95% ownership so you are valuing your company at 1000 BTC currently? I don't sell company's shares, i will still have full ownership on it. By investing you only get a part of the monthly net revenue, not a part of the company.

The old price was 0,022 USD for 1 IOTA (via http://iotawallet.com). I sold a few batches last month for 3731 sat/old IOTA. Now people are selling for 899 sat/old IOTA. That is 25% lower! Cryptoknight is one of the few people selling, so he can basicly set the price, so why is he selling for so low. Or he does not understand or he did some wrong calculations.... 75% lower, 25% of ''old'' price The fact that Cryptoknight is the only one selling from all the investors says enough Or it's just because people want to wait until IOTA get on exchange ^^
