That was a major shitshow and of course someone is going to pay for it. They'll turf some scapegoat so the real story never sees the light of day.

Could this really be that simple a reason that BCH was made?
Rinse/Wash/Repeat?
A 'newbie' perpetual ATM machine?
Naw! Jihan Wu and Bitmain and the others pumping BCH, would not stoop that low, right?
Bingo. Because Occam's Razor. But shhh, don't come to enlightened realizations like that around here. Lest someone accuse you of being a conspiracy theorist. yeah, put this on a BCH thread to rile them up.... and/on here about 3 folks will see it before it scrolls away but, I'm JUST not evil enough to be good at this whole evil genius Jihan Wu and Bitmain, kinda Voodoo that he does so well..... then again the only REAL $$$ I've independently made with my wits is crypto...outside of the established financial order of things... Damn it, I am a damn 'conspiracy theorist!" at least according to the Jamie Dimon's of the world....crap...now I'll have to go dig up a damn Anonymous mask, and a flowing cape and be this guy now!...more work!....grrrrrrrrr) Well at least you will match your Avatar.

Oh man... This dump might have been my fault. I bought this chocolate train tonight and I was gonna stamp CCMF into it and be all like Chew Chew Motherfuckers! Unfortunately I left it inside the front door while I got the rest of the stuff out of the car and I called my daughter to help me... she didn't see the bag and stomped on the train At first it looked like it might be okay - But then as I tried to extract it from the plastic... #REKT I'm going to have to eat it.

i cant go to sleep... my eyes are sticked on the chart ready to push the buy button any time soon c'mon baby c'mon! Limit orders are your friend. Unless youre on Kraken... In that case, they're more of a nemesis. Actually I don't think they have them enabled right now.

JIMBOOOOO!!! To the ATM, rush!!! (buying commission must be pretty low too)
Actually, the buy fee didn't come down at all at my closest ATM. The price didn't really dip enough for my liking anyway. Dipping to where it was just a few short days ago isn't usually enough for me to buy. Between the high fees and the shallow dip it wasn't worth it for me. A couple of other machines offered better fees, but one is is a sketchy location and the other is too far outside my neighborhood. The cost of a cab would have negated any buying advantage considering the limited amount of fiat cash I have in hand at the moment. Even if I had more cash and raced over in a cab, I might have been too late anyway. The price has already come halfway back up. If it dips further and goes below $15k, I might be tempted to reallocate some funds to buy some more. For now however, I'll just hold. bu why not buy with online exchanges? Plausible deniability. Jimbo is not a rules-based type personality. Just a guess.

Have you ever noticed bitcoin con artists always try to portray bitcoin as gold in visualization to pretend it has value? Sorry, real gold and silver are far superior in fundamentals. I don't follow your logic. You continue to say bitcoin has no value due to being strictly digital, nothing tangible in the "real" world (unlike gold). In that context, we should ignore everything you post, until your publish a book that I can hold in my hand and read; your posts are pixels on my screen, a digital representation of your thoughts, thus no value. How do digital words have value, but digital money doesn't?

Mining bitcoins certainly consumes a lot of power in order to mine a considerable amount, also it is expected that we will be needing much more power to continue mining, but before the power consumption becomes unsustainable we would have probably mine all 21 million bit coins.
Dude~ mining also confirms transactions on the network; mining must continue after all 21million coins have been mined or nobody will be able to properly transact.

Explains a few things.
TBH, and I'm not proud to admit this, but with this unbelievable rise, it's resulted in an increased consumption of beer There was a period last night where my cryptoholdings went +~$2M over the course of drinking a single beer. Sheeeeit. You could own all of Butte and everybody in it one day. BobLawblaw - the king of Butte

And here I thought we were stuck at 184. In the time it took me to eat breakfast it's up to 18650. Is this how rich people think? "In the time I ate breakfast I made more money than the average person in a year..." ? Explains a few things. Dang. You're the second person I am forced to envy today before I've finished eating breakfast. This thread is like a walk down Avenue Montaigne!

It's official.
My entire retirement fiat stash until I turn 65 is being funded by this Litecoin pump. Just sold off another $500k chunk last night. ~$1.2M cashed out so far this month. All long-term gains tax rate being paid @ 23.8% to the IRS.
Getting to keep all my BTC until 2020.
Life is good.
I love all you guys.
No homo.
You didn't half-ass that retirement plan, you used your full ass no homo. I'm envious. My retirement plan is going to have to involve selling Bitcoin... and possibly the year 2020

You would think they would have used the same caution with the whole EU thingy but no... and now they should be prepared to lose all their fiat to exit taxes - oh right, they can just print more. Carry on.
