In my opinion, the era of bitcoin has changed everything related to the funds area for the better, so it is a revolution, furthermore, it is very expected that the crytocurrencies in general will have a good future in the near future, maybe we will see one day, bitcoin' as a single coin in the whole world, especially if the majority of governments will recognize Bitcoin, and I think this will happen after a few weeks, because during this period there are many problems or attacks that's why the market in a total decline.

Actually, despite that there is a wide spread crisis in the market but I think that there are many profitable cryptocurrencies especially who exist on the first rank ( TOP 20 ) because the profit in those coins is guaranteed especially in a middle and long term because it is difficult that this big drop will end during this period due to those problems ( like , collective ban of crypto by te governments ) will last for some period and possibly , they will be resolved after few weeks or maybe months .

In addition to that, of course the best cryptocurrencies in the market are Bitcoin and Ethereum , but I think the big profit will be in some coins who has a low price and a huge value of market cap, Like, Ripple, and Tron. and I am pretty sure that if you invest in those currencies in long term , then it is sure that your gain will be very important and huge.

In my opinion, the majority of cryptocurrencies (like, Ethereum, Ripple, Cardano..) are the followers of Bitcoin in every development (pump, dump), that's why when there is a big decrease in the price of Btc, then most of cryptocurrencies will fall too. So there is a relation Between the king and the other coins. Furthermore, I think there are two categories on the market.
First category: (buying + selling) Bitcoin.
Second category: (buying + selling) cryptocurrencies.
So there is a balance in the market.

In general, knowledge is the potential power, but unfortunately many people start in the field of cryptocurrency without any knowledge in the basics and of course that leads to bad consequences (financial losses, and even psychological problems). Furthermore, I think the era of cryptocurrency will develop in a good way, and I am pretty sure that it will be of great importance especially when the governments will recognize Bitcoin as a legal coin and the cryptocurrencies in general, and I think this is expected to happen after some period (maybe a few years because there are many problems during thisperiod ( attacks ) ) .

Well, due to there is a widespread crisis in the majority of cryptocurrencies, then this is a good opportunity to buy some profitable coins, and I think the best choices is to choose the cryptocurrencies who exist on the TOP 20 in the market because there is a guaranteed profit in them, especially in a long term because it is very difficult that this big drop will end during this period, maybe it will last for some period (few weeks or more) and we cannot know what will happen in the market, maybe there will be some good development in the near future and maybe not. But I am pretty sure that after a few months there will be a good evolution in the market and particularly in the king Bitcoin. Maybe we will see a new high score in terms of value of the market cap and price of Btc and the followers (Ethereum, Ripple,.), so we must be patient and just wait and of course buying and holding and even investing is the best choice.

In my opinion, I think that Ripple (XRP) is the best cryptocurrency in a long term because it has many characteristics, and the most important thing of XRP is the huge value of market cap ( more than 26 Billion Dollars ) despite that their current price is pretty low ( less than $ 0.7 ), so when you invest a large proportion of this currency , then it is sure that after a long term your profit will be very huge and important.

To me, Ripple and the majority of cryptocurrencies will return to the big rise in the near future, just there are some problems like, the bad decisions of the governments toward Bitcoin, and it's certain that after some period those problems will be resolved soon (maybe a few weeks).

In general, Ethereum is one of the best cryptocurrency on the market in terms of characteristics (value of Market cap, Price, Volume..), so it is very profitable, due to it has a smart contract that's why it can be used in ICO's. In fact, it is true that in this period there is a little Pump in Ethereum (rise by more than 4% in last 7 days) but it is difficult that in the near future (after a few weeks) there will be a big evolution in the value of the Ethereum especially if Bitcoin will not rise with a high rate, because there is a relation between Bitcoin and the followers ( cryptocurrencies ) and in previous period until now there a wide spread crisis in the whole market.
Furthermore, I think that this duration is appropriate to HODL a big amount of Ethereum, because it is certain that this currency will be more successful in a long term ( after 3-5 months ). let's take advantage of this opportunity.

Well, believe me, no one in your place so IMO the only one who can help you is yourself, and even if you do not have a good knowledge in that field, then before this investment., try to learn and understand the basics of crypto, and you must search on the profitable cryptourrencies on the market for investing. Plus, the media always manipulating the users of crypto through some fake or false information, predictions..., and unfortunately, many are easily fooled through this information, that's why they always lose a large proportion of their money in trading.

Second type, investing in some cryptocurrencies who has a weak or low price and a huge value of Market cap like, Ripple, Tron, Cardano, because who has those characteristics can guarantee a large proportion of profit in a long term especially when you invest a big amount of money in those coins.

Fortunately, now the market return to the rise despite that it is not an important jump, but this improvement is acceptable and I think this development in Bitcoin will continue within this month (June) and why not we will see $ 10K at the end of June. In fact, in the era of cryptocurrenyn it is difficult to know what will happen in the near future because there are always unexpected surprises, like what happened in the beginning of this year, when the price of Bitcoin reached to more than $ 18 many expect that the bitcoin will rise to the moon (more than 30K) but regrettably, the opposite has happened.

But we can give some predictions which can be true or not, I expect that Bitcoin will rise to a huge value after a few months, and it is very expected that In the last months of this year, we will see 30K as a price of Bitcoin, so we must HODL a large a proportion of Bitcoin and we must wait for the good surprise

Furthermore, I think you must firstly read some good books ( like, The Beginner's Guide to Investing and Trading in Cryptocurrency , Cryptocurrency: Beginners Bible and more ) because they can help you a lot in order to understand many things related to cyrptocurrencies. On the other hand, and think that you must learn how to read the analysis well on the market, and for me, when you have an acceptable knowledge, then you can start trading, but with a low amount of budget (less than $ 40) because maybe you will lose a lot proportion of money in the beginning and it is certain that after the first attempts you will have a good experience.

Actually, despite that Bitcoin in a continuous volatility during last period and even now Plus, the bad attempts of the governments in order to destroy the cryptocurrencies in general through collective ban by the social media (Facebook, Twitter and even google), but Bitcoin still develop and strong, and I think that this widespread crisis or drop is temporary, although it lasted for a long time and it's certain that after a few weeks we will see a collective jump on the market especially when Bitcoin rise with a good value because the cryptocurrencies are the followers of Bitcoin.
On the other hand, I agree with OP at some point, I expect that this year was the last time will be under 10K in the price, and I think after a few months we will see some new record in the value of Bitcoin, and I think in that moment the price of Bitcoin will reach between 25K and 30K.
