So since mammix2 is shifting responsibility onto us, I want everyone who's interested in further MAIA development to post in this thread right now. No trolling, no bullshit. Post only if you want this project to continue.Yes im concentrating on BoostCoin right now, as i said in a previous post, if there is enough community interest, i will also continue to develop MaiaCoin as well.
I'm not abandoning this project but i would like to see what community interest there is for continuing the MaiaCoin project.
So i have added a Poll to the thread to gauge the community interest. Please vote to show your support.

Hey RataXes What the issue, staking is working fine for me, the chain is moving so staking seems to be working fine.. What wallet version are you using? 3.3.1.0 Nextgen. It syncs fine, but I just don't get coins. Last transaction happened 3 weeks ago (18.8.). odd, Can you confirm your wallet is encrypted and unlocked? the wallet must be online and in this state with coins that are over 24 hours old for staking to hapoen Yes sir, "Wallet is not encrypted!" and it's online. Hovering over green arrow tells that "estimated time for payment (or how ever that's expressed in english) is 18 seconds." That's been 18-28 seconds past 7 days or so. RataXes try loading the wallet using the -rescan switch. If there is any corrupt data in your wallet, this is the first step towards repairing it. boostcoin-qt.exe -rescan |

I'm interested! Also I'm afraid you have no right to abandon Maiacoin. You even had a 1% premine + 1% from each block for long term support. Once the coin is launched and began trading, you have responsibilities to all market participants as a developer. If you're walking away so easily, you shouldn't have even started this in the first place. And do you even care about your reputation? Do you realise that abandoning Maiacoin will hurt Boostcoin as well? Hey monopodman I understand why you are saying this, but also understand that i did not spend the Pre-Mine, look at this picture i took a week ago...  MaiaCoin simply did not gain enough interest, straight after it was listed on Bittrex all the miners dumped then the price gradually fell away. I always believe in the work i do, but judging by the comments i received when Launching MaiaCoin many people just wanted to see it fail... At the moment only a few people including yourself have expressed an interest in keeping MaiaCoin running. If more and More people come forward either here or on the MaiaCoin thread then i'll consider restarting the project. Thanks |

If mammix has abandoned the coin and left us in limbo we have 2 options.Take over the coin ourselves or do a merger with CCO.Make your opinions known here so we can guage what the mood is.
Hey egghead123 I'm not abandoning C-Coin and will be here to help out with the transition to CCO. The CCO development is far more active right now plus having 2 communities merge is better in the long term, and will also stop any confusion between us. Don't forget there is still the issue of CannaCoin using the CCN ticker too after both C-Coins launched!, so this merger to a single C-Coin (CCO) platform will also clear up the issues there. |

As promised, here is the very latest BoostCoin release that includes Tor integrated into the wallet, ensuring that your IP and location details are hidden, and that connectivity between wallets and nodes only happens via Tor. Alongside the Encrypted Messaging system, BoostCoin now gives you the capability to communicate with friends anonymously, and to keep you location private behind the Tor network.
To ensure a smooth transition I've created a hybrid network where both the previous v3.2.0.1 and the new Tor version v3.3.1.0 can still communicate with each other, this will ensure the block chain is stable while everyone moves over to the new wallet.
Nodes:
For version 3.2.0.1, the existing hard coded seed nodes will continue to provide service as normal, while the transition takes place
For version 3.3.1.0, you will need to manually add the following nodes to get connected to the extended Tor network.

Great job.I wish dev could integrate Encrypted Messaging and Tor to MaiaCoin,If it really succeed and work perfect in BostCoin.
I wish dev could do the same maybe with c-coin.These innovations are brilliant ideas and add value on the exchanges. When i launched MaiaCoin i got slated for not taking care of BoostCoin, but carried on anyway, i did provide some updates to MaiaCoin to try and help the market price, but that didn't work. No one was really interested in MaiaCoin, all the miners dumped their coins as soon as they could but the coin was never manipulated enough by the traders so eventually died off. Now its been delisted from bittrex, If the majority of the community want me to continue developing MaiaCoin then i will, but then i will get the BoostCoin community saying why am i not concentrating on BoostCoin.... Oh BTW i havent dumped all the coins, just so you know! Here is a pic of the MaiaCoin wallet just taken It wouldn't require too much work to revive MaiaCoin, I think you already spent a lot of resources to just give up (it won't make sense). I think you should provide updates and it'll get Maia back on exchange (maybe poloniex at least?). All you need to do is start posting updates! There's no unreasonable FUD or speculation around MaiaCoin, it just slowed down and stopped trading due to the lack of dev activity. I'm pretty sure it could be brought back the same way  Ok Cool, i will look into this possibility. Thanks for the interest |
