561  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Ziggap Bitcoin Sales Service IPO - Next release TODAY at 3:00PM CST on: February 28, 2013, 12:17:00 AM
There was a mistake in numbers.

10m + 5m = 15m have been released to the public.

Another 22.5m (+15m = 32.5m) will be released to the public at a later date.

2.5m will be maintained by ZigGap for for for growth and maintenance purposes.

The remaining 15m is retained by employees as salaries.

I see another mistake here: 22.5m + 15m = 37.5m (not 32.5m as you say)

So, not remaining 15m as salaries but only 10m

Also I didnt see before nothing about being retained 10m shares as salaries (is this first news ?)

There was a math mistake on my part. I was talking with Aethero on IRC and he copied and pasted that.

Should be 17.5 more will be released. And it would be 15m shares, not 10m as salary.

Basically, the agreement should be that 32.5m of 50m would be sold off to bring in funds needed to grow and expand the company.
Another 2.5m would be held by the company to continue expansion as long as it's needed.
The remaining 15m are paid out as salaries. "No salaries will be paid as an expense, and are only paid as dividend payments."

The 15m shares are salary compensation by the company for prior investments/work/time put into the company, as well as covering all future salaries needed to operate the company. That is how I understand it is supposed to work.

With the 17.5m being delayed, my understanding is that any profits maintained by those shares will be held by the company and used for growth and maintenance until they are sold. I believe that those funds will be treated the same as for the 2.5m shares, in which should they not be needed, will be dispersed among the remaining shares.

Could make a community, if you want your image to be purchasable by others and get a cut, you have to submit it for voting or something. This would help weed out dupes / unauthorized a bit.
563  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Ziggap Bitcoin Sales Service IPO - Early Bird pricing on: February 26, 2013, 06:14:25 PM
The initial release was a blazing success, and the next release is tomorrow.

Please note that the market demand is starting to grow above the expected next release price. There are already several walls growing. This means that you might have to place your bids higher than .0001 if you want to get them filled.
how many shares will be in tomorrows release?

He had said 5mil. Smiley

The first 10 million sold out in 60 minutes.

The next 5 million will go live 'sometime Wednesday' depending on the available time frame. As Wednesday gets closer this time will be specified.

The 5 million will be sold at a tentative rate of 0.0001 per share, depending on market demand. This means that any higher priced orders will get filled first, on a first come first serve basis automatically by BitFunder.

Should the 5 million not get sold within 24 hours of posting, any future sales will be delayed until I have determined the market is ready.

Any further share releases have no timeline or price determined as of yet.

I have a suggestion: I think you would have much higher quality shirts if you offered a shirt designer tool (and maybe share of profit to the people making designs). I say this because I considered ordering a t-shirt, but couldn't find one that suits my taste (I want much smaller logo (chest) and a better anti-bank slogan).

I think this alone would be a great tool. Especially if it allowed use of pre-created images that could be 'placed','sized' etc. Not only shirts, but other objects as well. Smiley
565  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Ziggap Bitcoin Sales Service IPO - Early Bird pricing on: February 24, 2013, 07:19:18 PM
Seems like someone bought 8,660,569 shares within the first 90 minutes - leaving no shares for anyone else...
Can you make an announcement a couple of days before issuing the shares for the next round?

Judging from the trade times, 10mil shares (500btc) sold within 60 minutes almost exactly.
566  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] FIAT.AUD FIAT.CAD FIAT.USD Assets on: February 23, 2013, 03:26:55 PM
Thanks to BitFunder's tie-in with WeExchange, I am pleased to announce (Esp. to those who requested) three special assets.

So looking at the fees, only the seller pays the fee (1% for accounts with the lowest volume tier).

Thus if I buy USD with my BTCs, I don't pay any fee?   And then I withdraw to a Mt. Gox code and still no fee?

You got it! Smiley
Surprised no one else has caught onto this. Wink
567  Economy / Securities / Re: S.DICE - SatoshiDICE 100% Dividend-Paying Asset on MPEx on: February 22, 2013, 10:56:26 PM
Probably just someone who bought in cheap and wants to get some BTC and cash out afraid the $30+ price is gonna fall.

The issue was a bad web node. Should be fixed now.

Logins are broke?

Hmm, seems fine?
570  Economy / Securities / Re: MPEx & Bitcoin Stock Exchanges on: February 22, 2013, 04:26:01 PM
Ahh theres the issue, you replied to the email, not the ticket.
I added a note to support responses making sure people know not to reply to the email. Was thinking it was already there, I guess not. Wink

@BitcoinINV: Unless you were planning to list a really crappy security, try sending an email again or go on IRC.

Was not listing nothing was getting info about what they would and would not allow, some legal questions and other things. IRC is empty tried that for 2 days going in there for 15 minutes at a time asking "anyone in here who can tell me about securities requirments."

This is not good enough answer for me lol

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=85829.msg1531827#msg1531827

Unfortunately most of these places (btct.co included) are one or two man shops.  There's not a lot of income to support much more, so when something happens at home, things get backed up.  Hopefully he's back soon and things are ok.

Yea I understand that I do a 1 man show myself besides the help of a great programmer that helps me with coding and stuff. But I still answer emails in a 48hrs or l otherwise have "gone fishing" sign up JK. But I let people know there will be a delay.

571  Economy / Securities / Re: MPEx & Bitcoin Stock Exchanges on: February 22, 2013, 04:21:46 PM

If bitfunder "suddenly shuts down" the list is not available because it's on their website.  Though there's always this: https://btct.co/history-bitfunder/ (don't use IE, I don't mirror the superfluous content so it breaks)

The list also does not include any way to contact the shareholders.  (Another Edit/Add: Bitfunder did in fact add this option, just found it in my account preferences!  I can share my email with the issuers!)   Cheesy

btct.co makes shares/email/bitcoin address lists available to issuers on the site (html), via the api (json), and by emailing all issuers complete lists at 12 hour intervals.

Thanks for the backup. I would love to offer users the same for btct, except that doesn't sound possible. Smiley

MPEx's PR person is a "skidmark" on bitcoins underwear that just won't come out.
I emailed the guys at bitfunder got a email, sent one back and never heard from them again. I understand they are busy but still, I would be nice to have please hold on while I look into the issue or something like that... now that it has been over 7 days i'm sure I just gave up. I will find another business that will suit my needs.

The eco system does not fall on MPEx, don't let them bloat your head with that crap. They do have a large dealing only because of S.Dice if S.Dice ever pulls out they will loose the only client that saves them face.

Pass through is great if you do not want to deal with MPEx personally.

Amusingly enough, I show no ticket updates.
I see a ticket, a ticket response, but nothing more.
Are you sure you posted the update to the ticket?

Hello Everyone,

Thanks to BitFunder's tie-in with WeExchange, I am pleased to announce (Esp. to those who requested) three special assets.

These assets are backed by real dollars on WeExchange.

1 Share = 1$ of the corresponding currency.

For example:

You may deposit USD in whole amounts via BitFunder deposit page on WeExchange.
Every $1 USD will automatically be credited as 1 FIAT.USD share.

Withdraw:
You may withdraw any number of FIAT.USD shares to WeExchange.
Every 1 share of FIAT.USD will credit your WeExchange account $1 USD.

Could you please update when and how much of the 10BTC was credited to the respective account per share? I can see only regular dividend payments on my account statement...

I will do what I can, which asset?

I can't login anymore. Keep getting the error:

"Google 2-Factor incorrect or not provided."

I've tried multiple times, and I'm 100% sure I typed in the correct Google 2-Factor.
Also, I can login on other sites that use Google 2-Factor just fine, so the time on my device (iPhone)
seems to be correct as well. Help?

Hmm, Servers are near perfectly sunk up to NTP sources. Other sites may have a greater tolerance range.
It works fine for me at the moment and I had 3 others check as well.
I will keep trying though.
