Sure if you have long term investment ideas, then you would likely not be selling any of your bitcoin now, but I doubt that the reason would merely be because you expect profits to be guaranteed in the future, but instead that you had made your investment into bitcoin based on a long term investment thesis and you are not merely thinking about short term profits.

Does any of feel behavioral change in you based on the win/loss in gambling. Myself had experienced it, and personally I used to be happy and I used to be polite with my family members and kid whenever I am on profit. On the day of losing it changes exactly in the opposite way, even for simple things I get much anger. Particularly while giving food to kid patience is must. On winning days I let him take his own time and eat. On the losing days I used to shout at him. I'm addicted, and I want fellow gamblers to make a self analysis at regular interval and be on the safer side.

Present, there are many altcoins in the crypto market and they have grown a lot. But it has gone down and gone again, but Bitcoin is the only currency that hasn't gone down yet, instead it's going up. I've noticed that Bitcoin has grown the most over the past couple of days, but altcoins haven't grown as much in comparison. Currently, we see Bitcoin market above $44000, I think it will bring $45000 very soon. So that's what is called a big mistake in the investment they made. Everyone has made the mistake of selling too quickly and it was a rash decision they made. I see many who take quick profits when the market moves up recently but it is still difficult for them to find a lower price like the first entry they made. However, there are also those who apply the buy back strategy to increase their BTC holdings from the profits they get.

So I read a thread by a new member who was asking if the information that is being shared here is just theoretical to gaining relevance in the platform or is something that is actually being practiced in real life situation and the first thing that came to my mind is the numerous post about securing ones Bitcoin holding and the fact that some persons might be taking it for granted.

The truth is that people actually loose access to their private keys and will loose their bitcoin In the process and a lost bitcoin isn't even a disadvantage to the network but actually increase the value of bitcoin in circulation and so if you take all the security measures being shared in the platform for granted, you're putting yourself at a serious disadvantage because if you loose your bitcoin due to your carelessness, it's your loss and not that of bitcoin and I doubt their is a means you can use in recovering a lost Bitcoin without your private keys.

I'm 19 years old, living in Korea, and I'm thinking of selling a computer to raise money to invest in bitcoin. I think I can sell it for about $600. I get about $100 a month as an allowance from my father. $100 is only for personal use, not for living expenses. I've been using these $100s to buy bitcoin for a few months now. It's ridiculously small money, but I believe it could be quite a lot of money if I keep saving it steadily. Is selling a computer the right decision?

It is 1-1 draw. Both teams are of the same category as there was so many mistake and opportunities that were not converted into a goal. But most people cannot do that. Once you become drawn into the game, the gambling process triggers these responses. You start getting confirmation bias, selection bias, and survivor bias. These are known cognitive biases. The person who wins thinks they were lucky, but they don't think about all the times they lost. As you are doing this, it is triggering your dopamine centers.

Gambling with loan should be avoided. But not only that, also gambling with the amount of money that you can not afford to lose should be avoided. The reason I said this is because despite it is not advisable for gamblers to gamble with the amount they can not afford to lose, if they do, they are more likely to lose the money in their bank or wallet address and what they will look to is to get a loan if possible, so that they can continue to gamble. What will also still happen is that they will lose.

There is also a point, rich people tend to have more capital to gamble so they don't hesitate to bet without thinking about the defeat that will be obtained, because they have a lot of capital so they are more free to bet on gambling, the defeat they get may not be a big problem for them because they are confident in the capital they have that much.
And for the poor they tend to gamble to multiply money hoping to get a win in order to help their daily basic needs, but they tend to be more careful, do not want to lose the money they bet on gambling because the anxiety with the money allows them to borrow money to gamble again because they are still "curious". and this is his fault, they can make their own lives because of their stupid actions.
