Unless theymos changed his stance on this matter, repeated ratings can be treated as spam and removed. Not sure about Mallex's rating, it's just one rating, clearly it's trolling and honestly just spam/drivel, but I don't know if it's something theymos bother to look at.
Banned users' ratings shouldn't be removed in case their ban ends (tempban), or they may have been permanbanned, and unbanned later for some reason.
Yea, but this guy in question was NUKED not banned so at least under that name he's gone. Mallex
I would worry more about this one ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FvSWS3Zr.png&t=663&c=CJmrJwjYM2M2LQ) you must have pissed him off real bad anyhow, I think this topic has been discussed before, Theymos doesn't seem to want to touch those stuff, I wouldn't worry about all the untrusted feedback, that's what you get when you launch a war against scumbags, the part quoted below is pretty accurate. HAHA! I lost over 100lbs a few years ago so def not overweight and I have no "real job" since I retired over 6 years ago! I could probably be his grandfather. I'm def not Chinese but do like Chinese food! I'm a damned good cook. My spare ribs are to die for! ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) I'm not "worried" and don't mind any of the others, just that one bothers me for a number of personal reasons.

I would just Ask theymos for remove it as it was spammed from Buzzlieve1992 ! Or send him an PM .
There was some User in the past who spammed all full with some kind of spam feedback , he gots banned 14 days i guess and the feedback was removed !
Cant find the thread about him now !
It wasn't Buzzlieve1992 that bothered me or concerns me, it was MALLEX who was nuked the same day. Buzzlieve1992 is just an annoying asshole, Mallex is a sicko and evidently a child. He had about 30 so obvious alts in like 2 weeks all of which were nuked. Buzzlieve1992 has pretty much disappeared as has virtually all the "leavers" of that red in my (un)trusted trust. Unfortunately you have to wear it as a Badge of honour for your service to the community - great prize lol.
I agree you should be able to remove it, not moderated shouldn't mean no rules or guidelines that feedback should fall within. Hell even if it was just brought down to one line as opposed to the repetitive lines would be an improvement. One thing that would be nice is that if you put the user on ignore their feedback were also made not visible, really only helps take it out of sight out of mind and is only a band-aid.
Don't mind the red at all, just that one by Mallex. Yea, one line would even be acceptable! The way it is now, that kind of trust can't even be posted anymore.

Is there an official path to getting a neg removed from a nuked scumbag, I mean scammer? I really don't mind the "retribution reds" from scammers who I have red-tagged (I do have lots of them) as they are quite obvious by simply reading their trust or previous posts but there is one from a nuked user that really really bugs me. I requested it from a mod but never got a response. In case a MOD with that power is reading this it's user: Mallex https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2465071 who I never tagged (but did tag a number of his alts including the one right above that one). To make this post more general, I would like to see any posted trust good or bad from nuked users removed as a general policy. No, just let it go. Take a look at my trust wall of bs from nuked or long-gone users.... ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) Gotcha ... that one just bothered me. Figured maybe .... ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif)

General warning: Beware of newbies selling high value gift cards because quite often it is a scam or purchased with a stolen credit card. Make sure you use a trusted escrow provider from this forum before sending any money in any form. DO not get talked into using outside escrow providers. Here is a listed of trusted escrow providers: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2439910.0[/url

Edit: Looking back at the original list I see you did eliminate most of the banned ones. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) No sweetheart I did not ![Kiss](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/kiss.gif) , ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) someone else flagged those scumbags , actually a flag is still needed even if the user is banned, as far as am concern ,banning a member does not lead to deletion of their posts - so all those " text me on telegram to buy 100$ amaozon gift card for 10$" topics and posts are still there (at least this is what I think, maybe i am wrong, hope someone can confirm this ) and it's unlikely that they have no access to that telegram/email or any off-forum communication channel. so please don't spare any effort in tagging / flagging banned scumbags. Thanks luv ... got 'em all! xxx ooo

Must be something with my browser because I am not getting it. Have to try another browser. Thanks. EDIT: ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) Just reset my browser settings and now I see it. ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif)

There will be a dotted line if the post was edited. You can hover over it to see the date thereof.
Note: a post will not be shown to be edited if it was edited within 10(?) minutes of posting
Where is this dotted line? I just edited a very old (2 yrs) post of my own and don't see it. Could it be forum specific?

Disregard ... must be an issue or setting with my browser. ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) Topic closed. I see this on virtually every forum I visit. If a post is edited after a specific time period be it minutes, hours or days it is marked as such on the bottom or top of the edited post. Where this could come in handy is tracking a scammer who changes his OP or other post to remove info after being gone for an extended time. Some forums tag it immediately as edited and some give you 10-15 minutes of unmarked editing. At the very most it should be around 24hrs IMO. Edit

An ALT of this guy: http://archive.fo/Cditz with some scam accusations. Same ICQ. He deleted the ICQ in other thread but there are a couple quotes with his ICQ in the linked thread posts #14 & 15. Also both users coincidentally "recently woke up from a long period of inactivity." Also has a lot of "questionable trust" on his own account trust including an unanswered scam accusation. I am guessing this is a "bought" (or hacked) account in any case beware,

Yikes, working on tagging flagging them but don't waste too much of YOUR time because quite a number from that list have been NUKED and banned. Been away for a few days so I'm just catching up. ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) Edit: Looking back at the original list I see you did eliminate most of the banned ones. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

This is extremely stupid lol, I was browsing the site, NEW obviously by the look of my account, then just got scammed $15.. They need to ban, and remove their damn links, what useless moderators does this website have? wtf...
Who was the seller ? YoutubeTV, I mean MadmanAmazon according to his neg. When a newbie goes to that thread they see this which should be little hint and make you do your due diligence: ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.postimg.cc%2FHsMJdjKg%2Fx.jpg&t=663&c=vG3nKRDyXyQahA) Sorry, sounds strange.

So how should we doing it with som kind of the " Fake Ann creators " that posting links to there Malware Software in there text ?
In addition to the mentioned type-1/newbie-warning flag you can still report these topics, luring unsuspecting people to run malware is still a bannable offense. And a nuked user has all of their posts removed automatically anyway. Speaking of trust flags and nuked users, is there a way to get their absurd 200 lines long, abusive (like "I hope your mother burns in hell") fake "untrusted trust" removed? Maybe a nuked user should have all left trust removed since they technically no longer exist anyway especially if they are these serial-scammer alts who only had 1 or 2 posts to begin with. I know "untrusted trust" isn't harmful but it's just annoying.

I will be leaving trust flags ( info) to users who don't have reputation here and post locked or self-moderated threads on the marketplace, especially if posting auto-buy links. It's almost certain those threads are created with the sole purpose of scamming. I recommend others to use this thread as reference when flagging users for the same reason. Good idea. Too bad this thread isn't self-moderated so you can get rid of the off-topic stuff.

Just curious. Why was there no CA sales tax added to your return/credit? BB charges tax everywhere. Seems strange. Tax is always refunded or credited.

A new user logging on is going to need a 4yr college degree to figure out what all the =+#-1=2 mean. I REALLY think this has been overthought and overly complicated especially for someone just logging in to buy a fake gift card from a scammer who they found on Google. ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) IMO only (no personal offense intended to anyone) I think this is a mistake. The ONLY people who will benefit from this are the scammers. LOL says someone who obviously does not have a college degree.
They don't need to know that that score means because it means NOTHING. Only a flag would be important to them for buying their gift card. Then they will get a red warning to help them. The only people who will benefit are THE ENTIRE BOARD that are not scammers. Well done sandy. If they need to study another 4 years to read some feedback they are like unable to operate a gift card. Yea, it was so long ago (1969) that I lost it all because of the drugs and free sex during "the summer of love." I guess that does qualify as not having one. My better half agrees after all these years. Never thought I'd make it to my 50th reunion (or 50th anniv) but I did but my brain is still pretty fried. ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) As Vinnie Barbarino /John Travolta said: "I'm sooooooo confused." https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xfGzyKRJSuA
