561  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Rumours saying Neo is now legal in China on: October 01, 2017, 11:00:40 AM
Cryptocurrencies in CHina are not really illegal, my friend. Its just ICO crowdfunding and operations of exchanges there are stopped by the government of China. Cryptocurrency ban on China is not really confirmed as other were saying. Of course Neo is one of them. Even cryptocurrency exchanges there are prohibited by government. Citizens there can still be able to trade their crypto by peer to peer trade. They can deal to any persons there who are willing to sell their crypto. Localbitcoin i think is available there. So im sure localbitcoin is a blockbuster there.

Anyway, just a breaking news. China just stated that virtual currencies there will be regulated. https://news.bitcoin.com/virtual-currencies-expected-to-regulated-in-china-on-october-1st/
That's a good sign that they are still interested on cryptocurrencies despite of crackdowns against cryptocurrencies there. Also it's a good thing they will regulate it. It's the best thing to do to make cryptocurrecies legal there. They must comply.
562  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Traders; what do you look for on: October 01, 2017, 10:42:53 AM
Profits of course. Let's admit it. We only buy them to sell in a higher price. That's the way it is.
I only look for interesting ICOs. But nothing catch my attention. Maybe because other countries like CHina and South Korea ICO ban. ICOs and pre ICOs of course a sure profit. But im looking for long term and not just a pump and dump coin when it hits the market. Most of the ICOs these days are just collecting funds form investors, and then token will be distributed, and it when it hits an exchange. That's it. It's a shitcoin in the end. That's why im hesitant and choosy when it comes to ICOs.

Anyway, im looking for an altcoin which is unique and ofcourse decentralized. I invested to IOTA before and it was a successful investment for me. It's their uniqueness catches my attention that's why i invested to this project.
563  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: will my rank increase if i participate campain on: October 01, 2017, 10:30:23 AM
That depends on how active you are posting. You will rank up base on your posts and activities. You need to increase your activity in able to rank up. Every two weeks your activity will be updated and it will add 14 activities. So signature campaigns has nothing to do with your rank. Just keep posting quality post because it's their criteria at accepting participants. You need to post constructive and helpful posts. Also don't rush things up. Your a newbie here and you have a lot of time to post quality posts. Don't just post without any sense and it will be better if you roam every sections in this forum to understand how the forum works.

564  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Stocks or crypto ? which has great future? on: October 01, 2017, 10:19:59 AM
I don't know. Maybe if stocks because it can assure you profit and good for long term. Investing on cryptocurrencies is a good investment too. But i think it is more risky because the future of cryptocurrencies are uncertain. We recently see how China makes crackdowns from them against cryptocurrencies. Also cryptocurrencies are not that stable. It can be easily collapse cause it's still not solid like stocks or other forms of investments. But the more risky, the bigger the reward we get. So if you're not brave enough. Don't try it. My suggestion is, invest on field you are comfortable. Or maybe go 50/50. Half for crypto and half for stocks.
565  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: October - China back in the game ? on: October 01, 2017, 12:00:23 AM
These are all part of their games. First delisting other cryptocurrencies. Second, banning all ICOs. Third, banning all exchanges. Then this. I really don't buy their bullshits. They can't just ban all cryptocurrency activities there. This well played by big players creating FUDs to get a handful of bitcoins in their pockets. Now they think people don't buy their bullshits anymore. So they are gonna open all exchanges and unban those banned. Now we are going back to the moon again after those several crackdowns we've seen from them.
566  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is it safe to use new and upcoming coins? on: September 30, 2017, 11:39:30 PM
That depends on what ICO are you going to join. Is it good? If you are sure the ICOs have a future. Then invest. But be careful. ICOs these days are just collecting funds from inventors, release the tokens and entered an exchange. In the end, it's just another shitcoin or pump and dump coin in the market. So make sure a good investment that will compete with other coins in the market and not just pump and dump coin. Take a visit to ANN threads at the altcoin section. And find a perfrect ICO worth of your money.

I prefer IOTA, ETH and BTC. This are sure profit. I didn't invested at any ICO yet because it's hard to find a good ICO. Some of them are just hyped by those shillers and i don't trust that. But you can try tezos. But i don't think it's still on ICO phase. Also China and south KoRea just banned ICOs. I don't think ICOs will be successful because these two countries are the biggest flowing of capital. So we see a lot of ICOs will fail and strong ICO will survive.
567  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I stll don't know what to do with my Bitcoins... on: September 30, 2017, 02:10:14 PM
Well, i consider bitcoin as a long term invest which can give you a lot of money in the future. It's true that there's only few shops are accepting bitcoin because it's volatile. Shops are hesitant to accept it coz the price is up and down. But it is what it is. There's nothing much we can do about that. But you can still convert bitcoin into cash. So you can buy things that bitcoin can't. So it's not an issue to me since i can convert bitcoin into an immediate cash. But it'll be better if you keep your bitcoins for your future.
568  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: [Help] Transaction fee low on: September 29, 2017, 12:59:08 PM
You can accelerate the transaction here https://pool.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/

I used the service one time. Just enter the txid then enter the CAPTCHA. If still no luck on that. You have to sign up there to get 1 customer-only accelerator service. If still no success. I think you should find another tx accelerator. But they are going to charge you. They are charging you base on the size as far as i know. A bit expensive but atleast it can make the transaction fast.

Anyway, way what exchange are you using? Sad to say you don't have enough priviledge to change the fees to make the transactions fast.

569  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Japanese exchanges have begun to receive formal licences from their regulator on: September 29, 2017, 12:47:37 PM
A very good move for bitcoin friendly country like Japan. They are very optimistic on adopting this kind of technology. Issuing license on exchanges means that exchanges are evaluated to ensure the safety of traders and monitor it's transactions. And i think that is the right thing since exchanges can be tools for criminal activities like money laundering. Now exchanges there should comply in able for them to get license to operate. China must do the same thing instead of banning all exchanges there. Japan really amaze me.
570  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Coins good for trading? on: September 29, 2017, 06:13:52 AM
Visit coinmarketcap. This sites provides informations which can give ideas what coins are good to trade these days. I suggest trade coins which on the top list since they are popular and potential coins that can give you profits. Trading is very hard to do. If you don't have enough knowledge about trading cryptos. Better study your lessons first before jumping into this field because you might loss huge amount if don't know how to analyze. Also don't just rely on what other people are saying here. Make research first. Sometimes it's good to look for latest news. It also gives you idea which coins to invest with your money.
571  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin payment method or Credit card which is more secure for a website ? on: September 29, 2017, 06:03:27 AM
Depends on what side you want take. For customers. I think Bitcoin as a mode of payment is the best since it's fast(depends on fee). Also it's secure because the customer is anonimous and unable to trace the user and don't have to issue any ID to identify you. For sellers, the best mode of payment to them is thru traditional payment. Credit cards, cash or remittance is what they prefer because it's secure for both sides. It's for them to accept bitcoin since it's very volatile in nature. That's why we rarely see shops that accept bitcoin.
572  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin value dropping? on: September 29, 2017, 05:24:06 AM
I think the correction is over. So we are going to rise again soon. I see the price drops a bit and i think it's nothing to do with China. Bitcoin ban in China is not new to us. That's why i think they have nothing to do with this small dump. Maybe there are just whales who just dump their bitcoins. The drop is not that huge though. Compare from recent crash which cause bitcoin to drop at $2900. So i think theres nothing to worry. Actually it's a perfect opportunity to buy since it drop a couple of hundred dollars.
573  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Genesis Mining Bitcoin Case Study Week Five on: September 28, 2017, 04:35:11 AM
Why many people still attracted to this kind of investment? It's just a waste of time. Although they are profitable. I don't think it's worth of your money. You are lucky if you get you roll of investment within a year. Definitely, you'll lose your patience because this will take a long time. Theres also a time that they change the contract. They are manipulating the contract and i don't think that's acceptable for any investors who just gets a promise of lifetime contract.

Instead of cloudmining, there's a lot of way to make your bitcoin grow. You can do trading or invest on ICOs which are way more profitable than cloudmining. I lose my faith to cloud mining since the hashocean bullshit scam.
574  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China playing a game :D on: September 28, 2017, 04:16:52 AM
Bitcoin price will going to the moon. because China only play they game, now they banned cryptocurrency, next time they created a good regulation of cryptocurrency... So prepare for that time... Cheesy Cheesy

Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are not really banned there. It's just ICOs and cryptocurrency exchange are stopped by the government because they can't regulate the flow of capital. Some are just over reacting and spreading lies to manipulate the price. Actually they can still trade there peer to peer. So cryptocurrencies there are not actually banned. And theres no way they will ban Bitcoin there. Japan is now making a big move to Bitcoin. I don't think China will allow that. Of course they will compete. Theres a rumor that the ban on exchanges is just temporary.
575  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Favourite coin so far on: September 27, 2017, 12:38:58 PM
At the moment, i am just holding my BTC. I would like to invest it to ICOs. But i don't think it's the right time to invest since China bans all ICOs. Meaning, ICOs won't be able to collect funds from China which the biggest flow of capital came from them. By that, some ICOs will not succeed. That's what's makes me hesitant to put my money on any ICOs right now. Altcoin market is bearish right now. So I'd rather keep my btc. Hoping I'll get some profits. I think it will go $4000+ after a week.
576  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bittrex or Poloniex. which one do you like to trade? on: September 27, 2017, 12:26:19 PM
I've been trading on both exchanges and traded a lot of times. Most of my trades came from Poloniex because they've got the good coins. But i experience a lot of problems on that exchange. These are the following:

1. Attacks on their network are too often cause the site unavailable or busy because of the attacks.
2. It's now a centralized exchange.
3. 2FA bypass security flaw. Some were saying even if you are 2FA enabled. You can still withdraw your funds.

Bittrex is good uprising exchange. I've been trading there for months but not a lot. But so far, I've never encountered any problems at that exchange. I would definitely chose Bittrex over Poloniex. Because it is operating very well. Bittrex just not added other good coins.
577  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Amount of BTC for trading on: September 27, 2017, 12:12:47 PM
For beginners i suggest put only a small amount since you don't have enough knowledge on trading. Trading is a risky game. You have to know everything on that field to minimize that risk and be able convert it to profits. Just add some Btc to your capital if you think you can handle the risk. Me at my first trade. I only use small amount(.01 BTC to be exact) just to experience how to trade. Luckily, my trade was successful and it doubled my capital. Then i loss everything and i stopped because i just lose my capital coz i was greedy. So i save some BTC to trade again. This is the lesson I've learned from my past trades. Don't let your emotion drive you.
578  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which trading bots do you use? on: September 27, 2017, 09:30:59 AM
Trading bots are risky. If they are not risky, many people will hire bots to trade. That's why many people prefers manual trading. If bots are proven to be profitable. I should be a millionaire by now. They are expensive also. They are not worth of your money. Bots cannot give you a sure profit. Cryptocurrencies are very volatile in nature. It's not easy to predict. If you manually trade, you can understand the market movements and how it works. Of course it's not easy at first. But when you understand it, it will be easier for you to find what coins will possibly pump.
579  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Japan’s Regulators Are Putting Bitcoin Exchanges Under Heavy Surveillance on: September 27, 2017, 09:14:54 AM
They should coz cryptocurrency community is just getting bigger and bigger. Maybe there are bad people and use cryptocurrency for their business. As other were saying. Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies can be use by terrorist to buy weapons to spread terror since they are decentralised. That's why they should intensify the monitoring for every exchange. This not new since other countries are already doing the same thing. China ban i think the cause of this because many chinese traders will migrate to foreign exchanges.
580  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So the China Bitcoin ban is because NORTH KOREA on: September 27, 2017, 04:56:51 AM
NYPOST.COM, this is a legit news site? If it is, then they should fire this reporter who is just making an accusations which don't have any solid proofs to support his accusations. Of course theres a freedom of speech and he is just saying what he feels, but in his statements seems he surpass the limits. That's very unprofessional. He is accusing China is secretly funding North Korea with bitcoins. That's a serious accusation right there. Anyway, no one will believe this since there's still no confirmations. But serious, fire this reporter.
