561  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: This Week In Crypto on: March 03, 2020, 04:07:50 AM
And the claim that Ripple will collapse because of the court case was thrown out of the window by the judge, so the lawsuit will continue to go on.

But even though this is the case. I think ripple wouldnt easily crumble and go down. I know how many are monopolising the xrp coin and most of these people are huge names and companies. I guess we need to watch out for a market maneuver if the people put hype on this issue. Ripple starting to move every scene. Even their escrow wallet that has unlocked tokens and now locked again. Very fast action, to avoid fud.

OP why the details on the description almost same with the image? It seems like there's no difference with the context. Usually image have some decription differently from it. I found the post redundant. Is this based from a source? You should cite it or else this will be flagged as plagiarism.

Topics are nice actually we should have a nice convo about the mentioned details. I like ripple would collapsed but this is next to imposisble for now.
563  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] CARTESI | A Linux Infrastructure for Scalable DApps on: March 03, 2020, 03:23:55 AM
Yeah Cartesi's price is estimated to be at $ 0.1 and hopefully more expensive and making it more expensive and making IEO sales in large exchanges such as Binance and etc.

Has any admin or team members confirms this from 0.1? I think their not yet announcing any price or token metrics. Since their running on erc20 platform of eth, I am thinking they will go for an IEO, since most IEOs held are still under erc20 though the platform is all about linux tech. I am waiting also for the details of this project and hopefully they can be listed on decent platform. 1m tokens for bounty is quite good compensation if its start with $0.1. Also the progreaa of their dApp is very fast as Ive seen their release of it last month.
564  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it good to talk about the next alt coin? on: March 03, 2020, 03:17:39 AM
I think as many mentioned Hex should not be on that list as this project is scam and many investors have been tricked and fooled by this new altcoin. They have active bounty campaign but the project seems to manipulate everything. I once joined their telegram group and ask for something technical and I was indeed kick out of the group for this. I should stay away from that if I were you.

I'm sorry but is that the same HEX project that has been a lot of accusations as running a Ponzi scheme?
Yes this is the one only that have been stealing from its investors thru ponzi. People should avoid this one.
565  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Algorand Unlocks 50 Million ALGO Tokens on: March 02, 2020, 01:59:56 AM
Algorand Unlocks 50 Million ALGO from total supply! what do you think regard this news?

is this unlock will caused the dump happend on ALGO coin?

We cant know yet. But there is a tendency to dump like what happened on xrp as they unlock those tokens from their escrow wallet. I like ALGO, and news like this could also be a positive which depends on the community feedback. Dumping is a general term but the downtrend of the market could also affect the price not just by this news.
566  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: PirateCoin Official Announcement 💀💀💀 on: March 02, 2020, 01:46:54 AM

You prefer to shill right? Cant you read the post above you. There is an open scam accusation already and most likely the project is scam for using fake members and team. People using fake account cant be trusted and must avoid. If you want to invest then go for it but dont regret after your money got stolen.
567  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New projects are now showing up on: March 02, 2020, 01:38:39 AM
we should not invest our precious btc or eth in new projects unless we have performed complete due diligence and are satisfied and confident about the project and that too from all angles.
This will likely known if the token or coin have already surpass some stage where they are already on a market. Cause most scam projects are just stopping on the part after they have collected funds. I suggest if you will invest on newfound projects then that one should be listed on an IEO for a crowdfunding source to be much sure that at least they can have liquidity later on. Some campaigns are also coming out and listed on IEO but the exchanges they got into arent that much popular like Binance so the tendency for that project to go down is likely to happen too.
568  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shit bounties are getting attention and hype! BE AWARE! on: March 02, 2020, 01:25:01 AM
I think some of these bounty are still in progress and based on your reasoning somehow I can feel the hoax on their project as Ive seen their site. Hitmex is off the chart for now, since they have some exchange that are working. Maybe we can say that this is some like other exchanges. But I am quite fascinate how many supporters they have as Ive seen signature eveywhere in the forum. Regarding the other two, most likely a new project which is a hype so we shouldnt let our guard down and watched them.
569  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Other Coins Halves too on: March 01, 2020, 06:00:15 AM
Yes, this year many altcoins will have halving too, but only Bitcoin halving does matter in the crypto market. As you can see no one is aware of all these halving events except for Bitcoin. Good thing is, this year the top three coins Bitcoin, Ethereum and Litecoin will have some great updates and that can lead a bull run within the next year.

That's the thing here, most altcoins are following bitcoin footsteps but clearly, even their own halving arent that popular to make it as a shill and we can see that since only few people are talking about it. Like what OP's mentioned there are lots of other altcoins and bitcoin forks that halves too.

Altcoins halving are never subject to any changes in the price. Halving refers to the scarcity level to be increased. In case of the altcoin you shared are not going to create that scarcity and as a result no price changes will come in unless they have a significant adoption.

This is right. The advantage of bitcoin over altcoins in terms of halving are their scarce increases as most people get interested while altcoin adoption isn't that immense to compare with. Maybe eth can match but still not that strong.
570  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Has Blockchain Technology revolution is successful or not? on: March 01, 2020, 05:41:37 AM
We can see the current blockchain technology plays a role in the cryptocurrency world and I think the revolution is going very well, and the service is very helpful to the community of course the adoption is very fast in comparison to others and also A lot of privacy coin that has developed with the presence of blockchain technology, then we hope that the future of this technology will be more developed.

Privacy coins are also blockchain tech but their objective is to retain the decentralized aspect of blockchain. Having said that, we can see how the cryptocurrency progress as many users become more affiliated and interested investing with it. Many countries started to draft some regulations for the cryptocurrency regulations and probably will do good advancement on its legalization anf application blend in on our society.
571  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: To ALL the cryptocurrency and blockchain project OWNERS! on: February 29, 2020, 01:02:50 PM
Where do you choose to advertise your project on?

I think the best one to advertise it is on social media and articles such as steemit and medium. Forum is also nice but it will be depend on the target audience of the project. If the platform is more related to use case such as restaurant or services. I think social site such as Twitter is promising but if its about tech or scalability of certain blockchain, then this forum is the best one to do it.
572  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Buying low selling high ain't always successful on: February 29, 2020, 06:35:33 AM
It's part of the game but the formula will not change it's the inverstor's fault why it won't work, market is unpredictable you never know after you bought on what direction it would go next but one thing I'm sure of is the market will eventually recover and all the top coins will have another all time high.
I hope this come too. I have some altcoins at my disposal which doesnt have value and when the bull run season arrive I do hope that I can see again another all time high price for some altcoins. Trading is really pain in the ass and not everybody have patient with it, more importantly when the market becomes an up and down pattern like whats happening today.
573  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Please help! Is this scam or not? on: February 29, 2020, 04:35:19 AM
Hi All, a friend send me a message with info about a new token name NLC (Night Light Coin) with domain nlccoin.com
But the condition to receive the token airdrop is have to transfer ETH to this address: 0x36afEe66EA8d6a99A9c6c7e676D512eA4A19bC83
I'm not sure if this project is real or from any scammer to cheat everyone. Please give me some advice
Thank you

Isnt it selfdrop? I'm thinking that is more likely that was for. Check the website if its secured and try to find their social check if its just created or has been using other copy paste details. Mostly scam projects were just using and copying legit files and using as their own.

Airdrop is quite different from selfdrop since you need to pay small amount of eth in order to received coins which depend on the rates so definitely this isnt an airdrop.
574  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shill me your alts. I hold big bag of BitBall BTB. What about you and why? on: February 29, 2020, 04:03:11 AM
I hodl Hbar because Hbar has just partnership with Google, making the future Hbar will be very good because not all Altcoin can partership with Google.

Ive seen a huge gains on Hbar since its very high dump last month. I am planning to buy the tokens as I can see more potential with them. Mentioning their parnetship with Google is already an awesome news.

I don't get it why you wouldn't consider the top 10 alt-coins?
But since you are just asking some alt-coins then here is my recommendations.
ESH(ethershift) I think they are a good one since they share their profit to the holders( Don't know if it's true).
TRX(Tron) I think that they could go up again soon and they manage to get up this past few days.
Esh is also nice one but the community and development is pretty low. Im thinking that tron is an actual social media token cause of their active CEO on twitter, but still good in terms of dApps application.
575  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is oversold on: February 29, 2020, 01:43:37 AM
Meanwhile, bitcoin’s recent price volatility is continuously increasing due to global economic slowdown caused by the Coronavirus and the refusal of Wilshire Phoenix’s Bitcoin ETF.
I agree the price hampered with the rejection if the ETF but dont on the part of Coronavurus spreading. This isnt a stock market affected by certain reason such as airlines, hotel, and most business that have soemthing to do with international affiliation. Chinese business were probably affected but for the digital currency, I doubt this can affect much.
576  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't just hold your altcoins for a long time! on: February 29, 2020, 01:08:03 AM
Oh, you lost all your money because you missed the swap event. I guess we should always keep update on their telegram if we invest a newly coin in the market so that we know what is the next move of their project.
That's one thing to be sad about. If your busy schedule has been the reason of missing it is really painful to bear.

Holding of altcoins is job for professionals
because you need and must stay updated in facts and figure, monitor totally, because there could token swap any time or blockchain relocation
I dont get the logic here, why it needs to be professional? Though altcoin is simple especially if they are using ethereum blockchain. Swapping of tokens are good but it doeant mean normal or average people are not allowed to be holders. Time is the reason why some swap or event missed since not everybody have free time all the time and some have work.
577  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Celebrities advertise scam ICO again on: February 28, 2020, 05:47:43 AM
do you think celebrities know that they advertise scam projects or they just don’t understand what they are doing? I think this is a big problem for the market

Probably not cause if they, I dont think they will agreed to do some advertising. Market for crypto is wide and this strategy to use actors and actress beyond the scene is a wise choice but of course this gonna be a real deal payment. What happened is obviously a promotion by Seagal even he didnt know what to promote as long the price is right.
578  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to secure your asset in forkdelta? on: February 28, 2020, 02:51:12 AM
Storing funds on any exchange is wrong move either centralized or decentralized exchanges, and even forkdelta is way worse than binance Dex which is the only Dex I trust, still I prefer centralized exchanges like binance and Okex instead
Dex arent much that comparable to centralized so this will be bit unfair. Not much attention was given to dex that's why many prefer centralized. Even me, I could say that most dex are not useful and no volume at all. Tendency is to used those major cex exchange. We cant blame traders and users for this until dex can be improved more. The problem here is none of those who says love decentralization uses it hence keeping their trades on cex.
579  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Unfinished Projects on: February 28, 2020, 02:22:58 AM
I think why they do fundraising when their project is halfway is because they need funds to carry out their plans.
Obviously these unfinished projects always concern funds. A blockchain project that has a very sophisticated platform should have a maintenance and coders and developers fee arent that cheap unless they are the one who knows how to run it. What Ive just noticed that some projects CEO are just businessman and hiring a lot od blockchain enthusiast that's why funds are needed continously.
580  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stock market CRASHING. How will this reflect on Bitcoin on: February 28, 2020, 01:48:27 AM
In my opinion, I see this as an opportunity created by a few whales or investors as such to allow more entry to the market before following on the much speculated upward trend.

Perhaps now is the time to buy  Smiley
Indeed. Some are happy that the price of btc go down since they can have a very low entry point. I heard that this will be the last dive prior to bull effect but Im not yet sure about that. Stock market down everywhere but compared to btc market it will be too long for them to recover unlike the crypto market which is highly fast in terms of movement. Buying some at 8k flat if its going there.

There is no relation between stock market crash and Cryptocurrency market downfall. They both are completely different markets. Bitcoin is following the same patter of 2016. You can expect it to again pump by end of this month.

Provided their difference. How come you say the pattern of 2016 is the path bitcoin going right now? One day, before this month end and seems it will not pump again for now.
