This was deleted and people sometimes get banned for posting this kind of thing because it is obviously off-topic. Discussion of moderation clearly doesn't belong in a topic called "[349 GH] Eligius pool: ~0Fee SMPPS, no reg, RollNtime, hop OK, BTC+NMC merged!". You need to create a new topic about your concerns so that you don't ruin the existing topic.

If it is deleted from there, complain about it in a new thread here in Meta.

No one gets banned just for complaining about moderation. Sometimes people get banned for repeatedly complaining about moderation in a thread that has nothing to do with moderation, as this is blatantly off-topic. SupaDupaJenkins was banned for posting walls of spam.

If DiabloD3 or any other mod is doing something wrong, start a thread here in Meta and cite specific examples. I can undo anything that a non-admin moderator does. If your Meta post is deleted, PM me. Only admins can ban people.


This sounds off-topic. Attacking the person behind an argument is off-topic when the thread is not really about that person.

This kind of thing might be on-topic in a general topic about Eligius, though.

It's not strongly related to mining, so it might not be safe to put it in the mining section. (I don't read that section at all, and I don't know what criteria DiabloD3 uses to determine whether something belongs in the section.)

I'll install any theme. Maybe you can find one or write one that can be easily parsed. Other code extensions you write I will be less willing to apply, as I'll have to verify the correctness of the authentication and input escaping.

You can bump no more than once per day, and not more than three times in a row.

Mods also may take action if bumping becomes annoying in other cases.

The ban on proxies is one of the oldest bans on this forum. It's ban #10.

It's to prevent people from evading IP bans. IP bans are effective at making ban evasion more difficult.

Using bridges doesn't help you evade the proxy ban. Bridges are only used as entry nodes. All exit nodes are publicly known. It would be technically possible to download the list of every exit node and completely block Tor, though I have not bothered to do this yet.

Already many major proxies are banned. Obviously they all can't all be banned, but eventually it will be really hard to register using a proxy.

The Yubikey output can't be reused, but malware can withdraw everything once you've logged in.

Edit: Actually, another Yubikey press is required for withdrawal, so you'd have to be withdrawing for the malware to steal your money.

No one else has used the range that was banned. It's unlikely that anyone else will be banned.

The IPs are now all banned from registration, of course.

He is an alt of other proven scammers.
