5681  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The dangers of buying bitcoin thru Paypal - real life example on: November 28, 2020, 08:38:38 AM
PayPal is not a trading platform for Bitcoin. He only facilitates us to make it easier to buy Bitcoin using a PayPal balance or credit card.
If we have already bought it we are not advised to hold it there, better withdraw it directly to a personal wallet.

How well said. Grin Grin Who does NOT recommend? Have you read the PayPal news? Or are you just in a hurry to fill the subscription quota with your publications? I recommend that you get a little interested and read about what is happening around you.
For your information, if you buy bitcoins through PayPal, there is nothing you can do about it. Impossible to withdraw to another wallet as you advise. The only thing you can do with your coins is to buy goods from online stores or leave Bitcoin on hold, which is also dangerous. Because PayPal is famous for its frequent blocking of accounts. Not to mention the fact that you provide all documents for maximum "anonymity".

Swiss federal Institute of Technology has with a new paper year back, offered a potential solution in the form of ByzCoin. This new protocol could be integrated into Bitcoin while retaining backward compatibility, and offer over 100 transactions per second with a 1MB block size, and huge throughout to rival major financial sites such as PayPal with a 4MB blocksize.

I always thought that after checking for plagiarism of all accounts in May 2019, such accounts will no longer be found. It turns out that the bot was making passes. Smiley

This dude writes the same thing a hundred times. Clearly stuffing posts, but it's very annoying.
Is there a punishment for such "graphomaniacs"?

Yes, we need more and more managers like bubbalexs and Hhampuzs.I believe that they are the best manager in this platform. They are also the most trusted manager for the bounty hunter. But now a days many new manager are coming but many manager scam their project that because of the new managers never care about the fate of the hunters, they only care about the payment from the team. Look at the detective who at first always managed good campaigns but now many campaigns he manages are obscure, have very low value and EZY doesn't pay hunters until now.As a reasult the hunters can't believe the scamer. But bubbalexs and Hhampuzs are the trusted manager for all hunters. So the new manager try best and never scam and following bubbalexs and Hhampuzs.

I believe that bubbalexs and Hhampuzs are the most trusted manager in this space. The two guy are the best manager in this platform. So,we need more and more bubbalexs and Hhampuzs in this space. I still believe that eth is the king of altcoins. ETH no doubt is the king of the altcoins, I believe in this belief of other's here.I am so impressed so far that most of the community still embraces what ETH really all about.I think the price of ETH will go up after launching of ETH 2.0 and its position in the Altcoin market will be more mature.I have no doubt about it.So eth is the king of altcoins.Best of luck eth.

Yes,I believe that eth is the king of altcoins. Yeah it is of a truth that ethereum has been dominating the altcoin section for a long time, but I could remember sometimes that Ripple has also tried to overtake ethereum, although this wasn't lasted more than few hours.I have no doubt about this.So the eth is still the king of altcoins.

Beware of any Coronavirus tracker, there is no such thing and I'm surprised some idiots are falling for it, scammers are using a fake Coronavirus tracker app to extort from its users their Bitcoin savings, the app is locking users screens and demanding payment if users want their phone unlocked

To gain trust from its users the app developers lied about being connected with the world health organization (WHO) and US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, they claimed it was approved by the WHO to be used in cases of emergency.

Do not fall for this

Mostly newbie commit mistake and are unguided this is why I am active in creating post in beginners and help section in raising for awareness and most of my merits are from that section.

Yes, everything is great. The OP wrote that he did not want to create alternative accounts in the event of a ban. After all, he did not write his request to cancel the ban from the newly registered account.

Registration 2019. That is, he has already created an alternative account for himself. And how many more of them we do not know. Grin Grin
5686  Economy / Economics / Re: Paypal bought up to 70% of all the newly mined bitcoin recently on: November 27, 2020, 09:43:10 AM

They probably have that intention to create their exchange as PayPal ever want to acquire crypto-firm.
PayPal is a good thing to support Bitcoin adoption although users can't withdraw their bitcoin at the moment, but who knows if they will have that feature someday if the company really create or buy a crypto exchange.

I doubt PayPal will ever allow you to withdraw your Bitcoins. If they are already starting to block accounts, inventing suspicious activity, then do not expect improvements in this system about customers.
PayPal is destroying the Bitcoin idea, trying to take control of everything. Those people who do not fully assess all the risks of storing their bitcoins in this system can rejoice. He will never be yours, he can always be taken away, blocked, and at the same time without thinking too much about any moral principles.

The United States is working hard to make Bitcoin regulated. Yes, I also read this news.
https://twitter.com/brian_armstrong/status/1331745196887867393

But apart from negative consequences for the US crypto industry, Armstrong says, this will lead nowhere. Not everyone is willing to share personal data, and people will be forced to make foreign decisions.

5688  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you scared? on: November 27, 2020, 08:35:57 AM
Start with the fact that many are not educated in this area, do not understand Bitcoin. Hence, the rejection of bitcoin arises.
Anyone who starts to master bitcoin starts trying to use it becomes a different person. He soberly understands that bitcoin is volatile. And also besides this, with the increase in knowledge, he begins to understand that bitcoin is very valuable. The OP question can be understood in different ways. To be afraid to use bitcoin, hoping that it will grow in the future, or simply to be afraid to have it, out of fear of loss.
Again, we must give the most correct advice to ourselves, raising our knowledge about bitcoin every day.
5689  Economy / Speculation / Re: The ultimate Black Friday Sale on: November 27, 2020, 08:19:19 AM
Yes, today is a prime example of Black Friday. For everyone who did not have time to buy, there is still the opportunity to buy bitcoin. I believe Kiyosaki's predictions that he will rise to record levels in the next three years. He also advises buying bitcoin these days, since we are waiting for, according to him, "great times" and it is necessary not to miss these times, and become a participant in the big rally. Smiley

Moderators, please ban this account too. The person does not understand normal communication. He was asked not to post because he breaks the rules. What can you expect from a person who no longer respects anyone? I think that he will turn into an ordinary troll who steals articles from the Internet, and stupidly adds, or even forgets to add a link to the source.

5692  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Be careful this coming Black Friday on: November 26, 2020, 10:51:35 AM
Many people are very fond of sales and specifically, look forward to Black Friday. To protect yourself from all sorts of troubles, you need to be prepared for this day.
The first thing to do is to allocate a separate card for purchases. Since we provide card data. And also allocate a limit on expenses for it. Don't trust all sorts of advertising links that promise incredible discounts. It is better to find a link to the official online store in advance and add it to your bookmarks. Also, check the registration date of the site where you decided to purchase something. The scammers are very "hardworking" They can prepare the site right for the day of worldwide discounts.

Simply put, on this day, only the one who "saves" on purchases, but does not lose his head from discounts, wins.
Otherwise, the proverb will work, which says: "A miser pays twice. "
5693  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Blocking accounts by PayPal for crypto activity on: November 26, 2020, 10:02:10 AM

I have no idea what this person is talking about, perhaps he need some verify? I had instant transferring tens of thousands from Coinbase to Paypal in a week and I used to have tens of thousands in a week in Ebay transactions, now Ebay just moved out of Paypal to Ebay Pay.
No problem here. He/she just simply need to talk to Paypal or verify his/her account, or just have too many fake accounts and Paypal found out about it?
Do whatever you like with Paypal as long you verify, simple as that and don't use many fake accounts.

Sometimes it's helpful to read posts and links where everything is described in black and white. Then an understanding of what people write about will come. Just writing a message for the sake of the message shows the folly of the person who writes it.
5694  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Blocking accounts by PayPal for crypto activity on: November 26, 2020, 07:58:36 AM
Well, the bad news about the blocking of accounts by PayPal began.
Someone here recently was so happy about the introduction of bitcoin into this system. I think PayPal will not do anything to its detriment but on the contrary.
News about the blocking of an account that PayPal suspects have generated too much crypto activity in a week.

https://coinmarketcap.com/headlines/news/this-user-had-his-paypal-account-banned-for-trading-cryptocurrency/

The account was blocked, and, as always, they demanded to provide documents and everything else. I think this is a very common practice of this system. I once suffered from their suspicion. Now the user who has been verified will not trust PayPal a second time. I think our joyful expectations about this system were premature.  Angry

My account recently got limited and asked for like 10 explanations of "sales" which all were cryptocurrency dip buys and high sells (as is normal) all within a period of one week.

The system flagged my account thinking I was selling items worth $10000 in one week when I hadn't done so in the last 6 years I've held a PayPal account. (US account btw).

So I knew the developers didn't account for this shit when they released PayPal Crypto so I submitted the stuff for review with my photo ID and wrote "PayPal Crypto" for each crypto transaction BECAUSE WHAT ELSE could I say?

I called their phone and he said he's expedited the review. I went to sleep, the next day (today) my account is permanently limited due to ....

"After a review, we've decided to permanently limit your account due to potential risk. You’ll not be able to conduct any further business using PayPal."

180 days hold on my $462 in my balance.

No appeals. No explanation. No consideration that their reviewer may be an ignorant 60 year old with no knowledge of PayPal's own crypto service. Whenever I've called their support about PayPal Crypto in the past they had no idea what I was talking about (even after weeks after release).

Now I haven't called yet because phone support is offline, but I'm writing this thread because many others will be in the same spot as I am.

How do we start our journey to get them to understand what the fuck they did. I genuinely 100% know I did nothing wrong and its a misunderstanding because they think I made 50+ buy/sell transactions in a span of 1 week of items, when its just crypto.

I know how bad PayPal is in resolving these things and I've used them regularly for everything.

5695  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: We need more bubbalexs and Hhampuzs in this space on: November 26, 2020, 07:16:56 AM
Yes, these two guys are great managers, but let's demand honesty and decency not only from managers.
To have a good follower campaign, a manager needs to have honest people who know how to create great posts. Only then will the advertiser do the same. Getting good advertising from the forum, he will be happy to pay those who work for him.
But unfortunately, today there are farm accounts on the forum, which write empty, meaningless messages, and require a good attitude from bounty managers to them.
Start with yourself first. Be honest, I think everyone who unsubscribed in this thread will understand what I am writing about. Smiley Cool

Excellent. It seems that beginners can be advised to learn the test to always know and not forget about the rules. Are there talents that can put this into music? In this case, repetition and frequent listening will completely discourage the desire to do something to the detriment of the forum. Smiley
5697  Other / Meta / Re: Is it possible to unblock an account? on: November 25, 2020, 03:31:24 PM
I can imagine the chagrin of a blocked bounty hunter who managed to earn merit today, and the next action was to block.

It's a shame, isn't it? It's so easy to get merit, while for two years there hasn't even been an attempt to read the forum rules.
Your recent question was asked too late.

Hello friends!
Do you know how to earn Merit?

5700  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Another fake atomic app on google play store on: November 25, 2020, 09:38:34 AM
And Google team claimed that Google store is scam free?

Can you point us to your source that says Google made this claim? Not sure if they'd make such a bold claim knowing how exceptionally false it is even at whatever angle you look at it.
I think it's true, there was a time when too many fake apps are available on playstore and they are been flushed out one by one, there was a statement made at the time that google play store is now safe 🤔, that's a very long time ago, not sure I can dig anything up about this again, anyways its getting more risky to install apps through stores now, better start downloading from official websites

The two of you are affirming something that never happened. Google is gaining negative "popularity" every day. All we can do to keep ourselves safe is to stop using Google Play entirely.
It is another matter when, on the contrary, many experts warn that Google Play is becoming a dangerous source of viruses.

Quote
Earlier in November, Spanish cybersecurity researchers from NortonLifeLock and the IMDEA Software Institute named the most dangerous source of mobile viruses. According to experts, most often malicious files get to Android smartphones through the Google Play app store. In total, experts studied 34 million mobile programs, from 10 to 24 percent of the applications were found to be malicious or unwanted.
