5701  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Directbet Stole 9.04 BTC on: July 10, 2016, 04:10:54 AM
@RobinH,

I did not intend my explanation to be interpreted as anything other than speculation.  It's not proven, and I don't believe it can be proven.  I added another "I THINK" to the post just now.  Hopefully nobody else will misunderstand me.  I was just trying to give a tl;dr since neither DB or ranger seemed to want to.

DirectBet is exploitable, they need to fix it or we should expect them to go broke from double spends or simply losing the public trust because of how they dealt with double spends.

DirectBet, if one person can successfully double spend and freeroll you, you can't stop them.  You run an anonymous sports book.  Stop trying and start fixing.

5702  Other / Meta / Re: I do not endorse any website in my signature.<--Hey Lauda, That's Bullshit on: July 10, 2016, 03:48:43 AM
I have absolutely no history with Lauda aside from a few pms, all within the last 48 hours.

I just want to bring attention to the damage that is happening from people thinking they are not responsible for the site they are getting paid to promote and think since Lauda is a staff member, they serve as a good example to prove my point and also deserve to be made an example out of.

I don't think any site should be able to run a signature campaign on this forum unless they are prepared to respond to any reasonable question.  Ignoring players should never be considered acceptable.

Here are all 3 pms I've sent to Lauda.  I won't post the 2 responses, but to summarize: Lauda does not know about these issues.  THey aren't a priority and it will be  quite some time before they are able to investigate on their own.

I have not received a response to the final pm, and they continue to promote Betcoin and post in other forums.

Hi,

I noticed you've joined Betcoins signature campaign and hope you will reconsider considering the influence you would have over potential future Bitcoin users.

Am I right to assume you either haven't looked very closely or  don't understand the many accusations that have been made over the past year+ against them?   I'm not questioning your intelligence ( I've read some of your posts, I know you're one of the smart ones ), if you aren't familiar with or interested in gambling/poker, I wouldn't blame you for not digging through long threads which are mostly nonsense anyway.

Betcoin is doing damage to the future of Bitcoins Casino and Poker industry by  establishing a negative image to potential players and setting pathetic standards of what current players should consider acceptable.

Their strategy is clearly focused on building their reputation artificially with bribes and signature campaigns rather than earning it.  They use their campaign members (most of which are never seen playing at Betcoin) to bully or discredit actual players who bring up legitimate issues.

They also create the illusion that Betcoin has made themselves publicly available while ignoring the serious issues, they instead thank users (who they are paying) for any kind words or softball questions.

I really hope you will take this seriously and respond with your honest opinion,  I'm more than happy to explain anything you don't understand.  I've gone out of my way to provide evidence to support all of my accusations, here are just a few of many, I don't know where to begin really, just let me know of any questions.

Hi,

It's disappointing to get this kind of response from a staff member.  You're accepting money in exchange for promoting Betcoin in your signature, clearly you have an ethical obligation to the community to make every effort to avoid driving traffic to any business that fails to meet whatever ethical standards you consider reasonable.  "I don't have time" is just such a bad example to set.

Your decision to promote Betcoin will influence the opinion of potential Betcoin customers, other signature campaign members and also Betcoins competition.  Whether you like it or not, you're sending a message that on some level, Betcoins behavior is acceptable.  Your "I do not endorse any website in my signature." disclaimer is not a substitute.

Here's a few bits that should take no longer than a few minutes to digest. Hopefully it will convince you that to at least remove the Betcoin signature, until you have taken the time to inform yourself and draw your own conclusion. (I'm happy to help if you have questions)

In the last 48 hours, Betcoin has been blacklisted or had warnings issued on several of the most established Casino Affiliate Sites.

Here's a screenshot of three of them: https://i.gyazo.com/e2a153be33ff644bc3631a4fb8d9a6c8.png

Left: https://www.casinolistings.com/casinos/rogue-warnings-blacklist
Top Right: http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/showthread.php?t=74146
Bottom Right: http://www.latestcasinobonuses.com/casinos/betcoin.html

In this post I shared evidence that Betcoin changed their terms without changing the "last updated" in attempt to void a 505+BTC prize after it happened with the hopes that nobody would notice.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1517648.msg15424335#msg15424335

They eventually changed the "last updated" several days after being exposed.

Stunna, one of the more respected members here, responded:

Looks like Betcoin.ag finally changed the "Last updated" on their ToS.
Everything we all hate about fiat money casinos in a bitcoin one.
All around scammy behavior,
how many accounts do they have on this forum?

Some of dooglus' statements from months ago:

This is the first time I've worried about betcoin being a scam.
One thing all scam site threads have in common is that negative criticism, no matter how valid, is rejected as "FUD" or "trolling".
Is that the best you can do? How about actually addressing the concerns people have raised rather than claiming that there is a "discussion" going on, while discounting the views of anyone who disagrees with you?
What is the point of having a thread like this if every time someone asks a difficult question you spam the same 3 posts on top of it to hide the difficult question?
Please either answer the questions or explicitly admit that you don't want to answer them. Repeatedly spamming the same out-of-date information about tournaments that already finished is annoying, ugly, and rude.

And finally, an anonymous person who seems to have been your campaign manager had a conversation with me in a google document.  Whoever it was clearly considered the fact you were joining a great success:

It's irresponsible to advertise a business without any due diligence.

Please, stop promoting Betcoin in your signature until you are confident enough to take a stance.

here's a thread I've attempted to use to keep track of all the scummy things betcoin has done

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1322261.0

some of it might be hard to understand for anyone without a backround in poker or gambling ( I'm happy to explain anything not clear in that thread)

I'm hesitant to call them a scam site though because I don't want to debate the definition of the word "scam"

5704  Other / Meta / Re: I do not endorse any website in my signature.<--Hey Lauda, That's Bullshit on: July 09, 2016, 02:55:22 PM
laudas mentality is clearly a popular one on this forum and results in sites manufacturing trust without anyone being held responsible.

If a site has a signature campaign on this forum we have the power to hold them responsible.  Sites that act scummy and ignore legit issues should have their Sig campaign shut down by trusted users who are willing to neg rep all who continue promoting after warning.

instead we have staff joining Sig campaign who are clueless and refuse to get a clue.
5705  Other / Meta / I do not endorse any website in my signature.<--Yes You Do! on: July 09, 2016, 02:00:24 PM
You're getting paid to promote an exceptionally scummy site.

Maybe you are able to fool yourself into thinking it's ok as long as A) you put disclaimer in profile  and B) you haven't looked into the accusations against the site but plan on doing so whenever you don't have more important things to do.

it's all bullshit. when you put the ad in your Sig you drive traffic and increase the reputation of the site. that's why they pay you. duh.

You're setting a bad example as a staff member, sending the message "we don't have to accept responsibility for the decision we make to promote a site (or not promote a site)"

Just because you haven't taken the time to research the situation for yourself doesn't make it ok.

I tried handling this privately but I find your "I won't be able to research this site for a while, but will keep promoting them anyway" attitude unacceptable.

My last pm to you over 24 hours ago got no response so here we are:

It's irresponsible to advertise a business without any due diligence.

Please, stop promoting Betcoin in your signature until you are confident enough to take a stance.
5706  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Betcoin.ag Non-Payment of Jackpot on: July 09, 2016, 06:19:12 AM
I am pleased to say that this matter has been resolved to my satisfaction by all parties involved. Responsibility has been taken by Betcoin.ag for lack of clarification from their customer support, Betsoft has acknowledged that the wording on the pay table may have been cause for misunderstanding with respect to jackpot eligibility. Both parties have been very helpful and cooperative in resolving this and made the necessary adjustments.

Nice!  Does that mean Betsoft is off the hook?....or, did you sign a ND in those regards?  Anyhow, congratulations on getting something....we can't let the bad guys ruin it for everyone!  Great campaign to expose them.  I hope it was a fair settlement!

Are you really that retarded cjmoles?

I feel sorry for Jason. He's been placed in the position where he either gets whatever small amount they paid him off with or nothing. The casino is unregulated and unaccountable and Betsoft's games are crooked, so what is he going to do?

The casino's statement above almost makes me vomit in my mouth. I've added Betcoin.ag to our blacklist today. They will remain there until such time as Jason is paid his full million mBTC win (i.e. most likely forever).

Also, as far as Bovada goes, they just released another statement (well email) explaining how they would deal with the missing progressive jackpot funds:

As promised, we have news for you regarding our recent changes to our casino game lineup and the resulting impact to our progressive jackpot offering. We know how popular some of these progressive jackpot games are for our players and so to help make up for those games, over the coming weeks we'll be adding extra amounts in total of $1.25M to a number of our own jackpot games.
Today, the three games below will have these amounts added to their current progressive jackpots:
    For desktop players:
•   Food Fight: $185,000
•   Super Diamond Mine: $125,000
    For mobile and download:
•   Jackpot Piñatas: $187,500
On Monday July 11, we will begin to distribute another $750,000 across select games by increasing the starting jackpot amounts from $1000 to $5000 per jackpot, and matching jackpot contributions by an additional 1% per wager. This will continue until the $750,000 figure has been met.
The games offering these elevated jackpots are:
•   Bulletproof Babes
•   Sevens and Stripes
•   Caesar's Empire
•   Aztec's Treasure
•   Cleopatra's Gold
•   Dirty Martini
We thank you for your continued support, please stay tuned for exciting new game releases in the coming months as we continue our search to provide you with games of the highest possible quality and entertainment.

In case anyone is curious, Betcoin is currently advertising a total of BTC4,215.7 worth of progressives. (Almost $2.8million usd)

However, when you go into the games and add up each individual denomination jackpot, you get BTC2,978.5  (Just under $2million usd)

Betcoin confirmed they were paying out as of Jan 2014 when player noticed "progressive: no".:

I notice when I click progressives on the top of screen I'm taken to some slot options.  Then if I hover over the slots it says "progressive: no".  are they progressive payout or not?

We wanted to update everyone with the great news after a tremendous amount of hard work by the Betcoin.ag Staff.

Jasonort Case Resolution

From the very second our great player jasonort came to us with his casino related issue, Betcoin.ag took immediate action working with the software provider to understand, explain and then complete a proper resolution of the matter. We were asked and chose to remain silent on the matter to the public because statements would only cause speculation which would not be conducive to what we believed would be a proper outcome.

[...]

As a result of the speculation however our reputation has taken a hit in this forum but we know that we did the right thing here and will always continue to do so. Throughout this entire circumstance jasonort continued to play at Betcoin.ag and so did many new and old Betcoin.ag players. We are very thankful for that.

What is this, a self-congratulatory pat on the back for Betcoin by Betcoin for engineering a confidential settlement to destroy any attempt at transparency while creating even more speculation and a shadier reputation in the forums? Bravo! You should be ashamed of yourselves.

"We are pleased to announce that we have paid jasonort enough money to not reveal anything regarding progressive jackpot irregularities at Betcoin! So, come to our fireside chat where he is contractually obliged to reveal nothing about the specific resolution!"

So, are you guys going to keep Betsoft slots on the site and continue to pay off players in confidential settlements if they somehow manage to beat the rig? If so, can I get a link to the confidential settlement pay table? Or are you going to take an honest, proactive approach like your competitor, Bovada, and get rid of Betsoft slots?

Many have been saying the same thing Marlais.

5709  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Directbet Stole 9.04 BTC on: July 08, 2016, 09:11:50 PM
Quick summary of what I think happened and what I think should happen.  (I'm not involved personally)

I THINK Rangernation placed 15BTC which was doublespent.  (The bet lost, but he didn't lost the 15BTC)

Couple days later he placed a 9BTC bet. Directbet said tyvm, I'll keep that, cancels the bet due to "low fee" and left a message on the bet slip referencing the previous 15BTC bet,,

Rangernation creates account here, asks for refund, directbet says "email support" Rangernation says "why should I?"

Directbet ignores some more, Rangernation acts as if he doesn't understand anything except his money is gone.

Directbet accuses Ranger of being Hungerman, Rangernation appears more confused, DirectBet ignores some more.

I think the chances of Rangernation being guilty are very high.  If I were forced to pick a number right this second, I'd say greater than 96% chance he's guilty.

Also, I believe DirectBet runs their site with far more integrity than most Bitcoin gambling establishments.

However, the only way DirectBet can ethically keep this wager is if they can prove that there is a 0% chance Rangernation is innocent.  I think most likely it will be impossible for them to prove this and they have only themselves to blame for being in this situation again.

If DirectBet does not return the wager, or prove the chances of Rangernation being innocent is 0%, they should receive neg rep until they att least change something that will prevent this from happening again.  Otherwise, it will keep happening.

DirectBet should be willing to allow themselves to be scammed many more than 20 times if it means not robbing one player.

Ways to fix problem:

  • Tell all players there's a chance they will be accused of double spend and their funds confiscated before they make every bet.
  • Figure out a good dispute mediation system that can't be influenced and make all players aware there's a chance they will be accused of double spend, and if they do someone besides DB will decide.  ( randomly selected small jury from pool of trusted users could work)
  • Quit accepting action on unconfirmed bets.
And they respond 0 times all the while posting their spam .000005 btc promos.

rangernation is an hacker who defrauded us, and not for the first time.

We already replied to him one week ago with our decision yet he is misleading you by stating that we never replied.

Since this was not the first time, and since we already gave him a second chance, we are not going to discuss this with him any further.

https://www.directbet.eu

^^^^Don't do that if you want to maintain public rep, you can't ignore ANYONE.

@twitchy, I was just saying ive posted here numerous times waiting for directbet to see the bump to return. They literally haven't responded to a single email, pm, or forum post. Crazy.

I dont think you know how it works or what happened. Lol.

I have posted here numerous times and they just post spam .000001 btc promos.

I sent btc, and their page said bet rejected and coin would be returned after 1 confirmation. So the bet wasn't Live. Or thats how I interpretted their site.   Now hundreds of confimrations later they didnt return or message.

I have no idea what their deal is, but ignoring players and holding their coin for long periods of time is not the key to success

They are accusing you of freerolling them in this bet: https://www.directbet.eu/BetStatus.cshtml?BetID=1JtH9TefRKwB9W71qeD2fAGGCp27PtWnnn
By double spending the wager and cancelling it once you realized it would likely lose.
(notice the transaction id doesn't exist.  that usually indicates it was pruned from the network bc the balance was spent in a different tx)

They stole your 9BTC wager because they think you stole 15BTC from them.

DB,

This is not the way to handle the situation.

Stop acting like Betcoin.
5710  Economy / Gambling / Re: SPORTSBET.IO - Win a share of 3000 mBTC every day during EURO 2016! on: July 08, 2016, 07:43:52 PM
There are clearly two seperate users (at least), Mar****** and mar******

Instead of everyone interperting what Google+ means by "after checking this user won nearly every day"

Code:
Name        # of Wins  Total Won
Mar******* 5 1300
mar******* 5 500
How do you know that there are users behind the user names mar******* and Mar*******?

Is it possible that 80% of the user names stated on their website could be fake user names to imply they give a lot of money away, have a lot of customers and motivate other potential customers to deposit their Bitcoins there (without any control whatsoever)?

I don't, you're right.

I guess I should of said 'These are clearly two separate user-names"

Although, I can't prove that either.

Perhaps they aren't consistently case-sensitive.

By the way, how do you know anyone posting in this thread is a real user?

How could they ever prove that they don't have fake users winning prizes in drawings?

I sure can't think of any realistic way to do this.

I am looking forward to some mucho poker players participating itt though...esp chicagojoey
An independant third party auditor could check their finances, the user accounts and their technical raffle system (I doubt they have any), but for obvious reasons Mr Timothy John Heath don't have any interest in doing this.

Yes, they could be audited.

And perhaps the auditor could prove they were doing something unethical.

But it would be impossible to prove the site did not cheat.  If it were possible to prove, we would have ourselves a provably fair raffle.

Personally, I think the only thing they are likely guilty of is allowing players to abuse their promotions.  They have immediate motivation to stop someone from entering each raffle 20 times, if anything they want to avoid any complaints about non-payment.

The players following the rules would be the only ones suffering.

Instead of focusing on Mar and mar, you should be hunting for alts and checking them against the data imo

Kinda like this:

Just so you know, maku, Slark and Snorek are all the same person.

This post proves it: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1206112.msg14003878#msg14003878

Amazing promo, nice to know that odds doesn't matter. So I can either do extremely risky bets and got a refund or do really low predictable bets and earn small profits.
I will try to figure it out and I will post my bet later.
I still hope that Belgium will dominate this match as I placed my bet on them. But I still think that odds on this match are strange as hell, over 6 for Hungary win? Insane
I hope these weird odds it will be reflected in this game and Belgium will win, if not I am done with Euro betting.
First of all, thanks for great refund promo Sportsbet.io - I shared news about this promo with friends.
And as they are not regulars of bitcointalk I expect they might create new forum's account just to participate in this promo.

I placed my single bet on Belgium v Wales yesterday and it was confirmed like 12 hours after the match was over.
Bets are not confirmed automatically, right after the game is over?

Also after 5 tries I never win anything in the promo raffle, maybe tomorrow will be my lucky day...

The owner seems to be responsible for scamming a bunch of players a few years ago on another site, mucho poker.

Why do you say he was involved in the Mucho poker incident ? In the ccase of Muchos poker, wasn't it banned for a reason not specified ? I don't recollect them scamming players in particular.

Just gathering info second hand on this one, not personally involved, so it's possible I'm wrong, but check out last few pages in this thread http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/28/internet-poker/muchos-poker-1189530/index11.html

Seems from 2012-2014 they were slow paying a few hundred at a time, likely in ponzi mode, and eventually just stopped.  Most balances were 4-8k range.  Posts got farther and farther apart, seems like the players just gave up.

JoeIngram1/ChicagoJoey was one of the players, maybe he'll bring some attention to it after wsop.

Guys, please stop promoting Betcoin in your signatures.  They are an embarrassment.  Promoting them will only result in turning potential Bitcoin enthusiasts into skeptics.

You don't have to take my word on anything.  Research the facts yourselves.  Here's what some of the most established affiliate sites have been saying. (I have absolutely no relationship with these guys)

It appears that jasonort has been forced into a settlement by Betsoft and BetCoin.ag, who probably offered him a chunk of the money he was rightfully owed in exchange for kind words about both groups, while also signing a confidentiality agreement. This is the mark of two shady organizations that simply cannot be trusted, and goes to show that BetCoin.ag is a rogue operation that will be blacklisted.

In response to the previous comment,sportsbet.io should be ranked as F.Check out their official thread, running a fake promo lottery with terrible odds and false promotions to attract attention. To add, they're run by the same agencies running most of the mentioned above D rated websites.People are simply enjoying the few satoshi's paid by the agency to attract more attention....................

Things do seem fishy. They opened June 1st, claim to have 6.734 customers and to have given away $40,000 in raffles.

Do you have anymore information as far as previous agencies?

There is no clear evidence that proves the raffle is rigged.  Maybe it's rigged, maybe it's not - this guy and a few others didn't win, and noticed some people winning several times.

My analysis: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1458034.msg15438858#msg15438858

The owner seems to be responsible for scamming a bunch of players a few years ago on another site, mucho poker.

They were poker players though, I don't think they even took sports bets , so if peeps is consistent , this wont' affect their potential rating on his list since he doesn't understand that kinda thing...http://game-protect.com/sportsbet-bitcasino-io/

You've warned DirectBet a few times about their vulnerability and that haven't made any changes yet.

It makes it even more frustrating to see Betcoin consistently ranked high despite mountains of evidence proving how unethical they are.

And no, just because their biggest scandals have involved stealing from/fucking those who play poker or casino games and this thread is for sports bettors is no excuse to look the other way.

It's like a parent hiring a criminal who has been convicted of kidnapping little girls to babysit their son.  He hasn't kidnapped any little boys though, right?

I've read many of your posts on poker and casinos. You've given great insight. I don't understand enough about casinos and poker rooms to come to any conclusions.

This thread only pertains to sportsbooks and it was stated at the beginning.

Everything we all hate about fiat money casinos in a bitcoin one.
All around scammy behavior, how many accounts do they have on this forum?
Well, let's count. There's those of course:
BetcoinSports
Betcoin.AG

Then there's aswell:
BetcoinPoker
Betcoin Sports
BetcoinPartners

Maybe those are theirs, maybe not:
BetcoinCasino
Betcoin Gaming

And that's just the ones being named BetcoinXYZ.

Looks like Betcoin.ag finally changed the "Last updated" on their ToS.
And it only needed a negative feedback for them to do that.
You'd think countless posts by Twitchy pointing it out would be sufficient. Turns out, they aren't.

Don't forget these: (I ran them out of town a few months ago)

5715  Economy / Gambling / Re: DirectBet – LIVE Sportsbook & Racebook. Now Accepting Ether ! on: July 07, 2016, 06:10:45 PM
There was no bet, as it was rejected by directbet.eu. The result is inconsequential. Because directbet.eu wouldn't have made a payout even if it won.

Actually, the result is consequential.  Since the bet lost, he has no reason to request a refund.  Because the bet lost.  Had the bet won, he would (likely) be correct in demanding the bet+profit.

Here's an example.  You and I make a friendly $20 wager on a game.  I'm pretty sure that if you lose you aren't going to pay me, so I steal $20 from your wallet just in case.  If you lose the bet, you can't ask for your money back because you were planning on scumming me.  Honor among thieves and all that.

Although obviously everyone agrees that DB needs to stop allowing these zero confirm bets.  It's only going to be bad for them, never good.

From the very second our great player jasonort came to us with his casino related issue, Betcoin.ag took immediate action working with the software provider to understand, explain and then complete a proper resolution of the matter
-Bullshit Snipp-

Here's proof Betcoin and Betsoft both separately tried to change their terms after jason hit the jackpot without anyone noticing ( new terms would result in jackpot void).  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1517648.msg15424335#msg15424335

Here's proof that Betcoin did not try to help jason "from the very second"
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=386266.msg15328859#msg15328859
Now I do understand that the rules are set by BetSoft.  I understand that the jackpot should have been paid by BetSoft.  What I do not understand is Betcoin not having my back on this.  I do have a serious problem with Betcoin's handling of this matter.
-snip-
Betcoin has been less than cooperative in helping me to address this matter with BetSoft.  I have asked many times and been ignored for the name and contact info of someone at BetSoft that I can get in touch with to address this issue if they refuse to fight it for me.
-snip-
I need their help in order to take this matter directly to BetSoft, and they have abandoned me.

Happy to announce that BetSoft Slots had been finally integrated to FUN-CASINO. Now you can enjoy playing world famous high-quality slots right here
You couldn't have picked a worse time to add BetSoft slots then right now. Recently, a betcoin.ag player played a betsoft game with a progressive jackpot, and won. He was only paid 0.5BTC, which is small compared to the actual advertised amount. Betsoft have refused to pay it, and added a new rule after he won. You can read more about it here. What is your stance on the Betsoft refusing payouts thing? You should remove their slots, since although you make profit, players won't be happy if they win and don't get paid. They have also changed their terms and conditions, without stating that they did. It was proven here. I don't think having shady games like that at your casino, but I guess I doesn't make that much of a difference because you guys are already shady.

Hi,
as an Affiliate just would like to know from you why I've received only the 10% commissions from the revenue generated in June, despite your affiliate T&C says that the base revenue should be 40%, as stated here: https://www.fun-casino.com/affiliates.

Feel free to contact me in private or to give me an email where I can reach you.

Regards

They have done exactly the same thing with a no deposit promotion they had not too long ago. So yeah I would suggest you to stay away from this. Below you can see the reference.

RIGGED SITE

my friends already hit jackpot with bonus on there and win 2.33++BTC
withdraw not working and discarded amount lol

I think if you do not want to take risks when making a sale with a bonus for playing,do not make stupid sites like this

RIP ....

Withdrawal can't be made due to several reasons described here. So there are no doubts that your friends abused any of these rules and their cashout had been canceled.

We are fair to all players who are fair with us, so please don't be so rude.

Have a good one! Wink

misused like what do you mean ?
i see my friends play with normal , only one account and hit with jackpot lol
but never make deposit on there, yups it is one good reason because this is a new site , and may not be everyone discover new sites will make a deposit directly without trying or seeing

thats the point why you make promotion with bonus balance for play on your site right ? for people trying first your site .
and whathappend if someone make profit with your bonus ? Do you not think before?

if you could give evidence here as giving the screenshot or

One more time, all our users who obtained their No deposit bonus and followed our rules, were paid their 0.12 btc already. It's not in casino intersts to deny withdrawals of fair players.

I have a lot of evidence, that you have changed the rules of it when I tried to withdraw 2.3BTC. well if properly max withdrawals 0.12BTC. but why do you still refuse my withdrawal?

I have a lot of evidence, just waiting, I will make a thread about your cheating.

If you've forgotten you was paid 0.12 BTC after what all your further requests for cashout were declined

You still choose to ignore that you have changed the TOS AFTER they tried to withdraw... With the TOS at that time their withdrawal was valid yet you chose to cancel it. Can you comment on that?

Terms can be edited according to the current situation. In this case it was evident that users abused this promo action, so initially casino stated the max amount to withdrawal (what is fair enough taking into account that users didn't make any deposits at all) and later the promo was stopped at all. Still, all players taking part in it were paid the promised sum (excluding bonus hunters, etc) and some still have active bonuse which can be played untill May, 15.

The users that requested the withdrawal have NOT abused the promotion in any way.. You just canceled their payments THEN changed the TOS (to limit the amount they can withdraw). At the time they requested the withdraw they had done NOTHING abusive and it was NOTHING against the TOS. So again, why was those requests denied?

Hello, the stated above user had been withdrawn his max 0.12 btc available for that promo. Yes, the rules were changed because of players abuse of this promo (using multiply accounts to receive as many bonuses as possible, etc) and finally was stopped.

When this player registered, was there any max .12 btc rule?

You can't change the rules mid-promotion and enforce them on players who have already signed up and played.

It's your job to establish the rules before the promotion.  Players will always take full advantage of any promo you offer by the way.

You are absolutely right here, the max available sum to cashout was missed and added later, we don't deny our fault here. Now it's stated in all new promos from the very beginning and also described in T&C

Then you need to pay all the players who participated before the change was made...

The situation does demonstrate why Directbet tried so hard to get hungerstyle's true identity.

If hungerstyle hadn't submitted an altered ID, Directbet could now ask rangernation for proof of identity and if they are correct  prove he is hungerstyle.
[Granted if they are correct, rangernation (hungerstyle) could also attempt to offer fake id, but it would or might help to make their case if they had real ID of hungerstyle].

It's literally impossible for DirectBet to obtain the identity of an anonymous user and know with 100% certainty it's person who placed the bet.

I hate the fact that this guy is obv guilty but he should be paid anyway.

DirectBet has 3 options:

Pay all double spend scammers and never seize funds of innocent players.

Seize scammers funds and possibly innocent users funds on occasion.

Fix their exploitable sportsbook.
