5701  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Car and Driver licensing on: October 31, 2019, 12:02:53 AM
You guys still have a nice law over there in the US. If you were in Europe you'd be surprised how shitty it is in here.
In most EU countries you can't

Drive a car when someone with a license is sitting next to you.

I live in EU and in my country you can drive when someone  with a license and 2+ years experience is sitting next to you. But you have to pass theory exam first. Remaining things that you wrote is true. And if you just got your driver license, insurance will be f*cking expensive for you. Though, I'm not familiar with these things in USA, how it's different from EU there?
OP, your post doesn't makes much sense. Yeah, car is your proper, but public roads aren't. You can't do whatever you want there and you have to follow laws.
5702  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The pain of playing unders in Football on: October 30, 2019, 11:45:00 PM
Oh, man, sorry for your loses. Cup matches are risky to bet in general, not only when we talk about unders.
Same like people above, I also rarely bet on unders and main reasons why is already said by you. I bet on it sometimes, but my win % doesn't looks good at all. While I bet on overs frequently and I can't complain much about my results.
Wish you better luck in further bets. It will be interesting to follow your progress.
5703  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Doing Research on Projects before joining Their Bounty Campaign on: October 30, 2019, 11:35:31 PM
I'm not following what's going on in Bounties section and ICO world lately, so I want to ask, is it still possible to find decent bounty in 2019? From what I saw, most projects there are pure scams, others likely will pay just some worthless tokens.
My suggestion - before joining bounty you should make big reasearch about project, like before investing into it. But unfortunately it don't gives any guarantees that you will get paid.
5704  Other / Meta / Re: Feature Request: Follow users on bitcointalk.org on: October 30, 2019, 11:24:54 PM
<  >
I think if I read the OP correctly it's going to be an optional feature, you can decide to follow many users, few users or no user at all, it's not like you'll get notifications for users you are not following, that's when it's going to be annoying.

Yeah, it would be optional thing. But my point that I doubt that this feature would be very useful. Let's say that you start following LoyceV, suchmoon and The Pharmacist for example - no doubt thag they are great posters. Let's say that they make 7-10 posts/day, it means that you would get almost 30 notifications just in one day - it's a lot. And most likely that not all of their posts will be interesting for you.
5705  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Focus game: EFL Cup, Chelsea VS Manchester United on: October 30, 2019, 10:26:18 AM
It's going to be interesting. If it would be EPL game, I would back Chelsea. But it's League Cup and I usually avoid betting on such games. Big clubs aren't paying much attention to these matches and usually aren't playing with their main squads. Not sure how it will be tonight. Another match which will be rven more interesting is Arsenal - Liverpool.
5706  Other / Meta / Re: Feature Request: Follow users on bitcointalk.org on: October 29, 2019, 11:53:59 PM
I picked third option, because I'm not sure that such option would be really needed. It's not a social network where you can follow someone. And probably there is very few people whose rvery post of them is must read. Even theymos - would you really like to get notification when theymos posts new ad auction? There are lot of people here who post great content, but I'm not sure that I would really like to be notified every time when someone posts something, it would be just too annoying.
5707  Other / Meta / Re: Russian branch moderators block accounts and sell! on: October 29, 2019, 11:32:34 PM
So, you're saying that xandry bans accounts and later sells it? LOL. AFAIK, he can't even ban accounts. Only admins and global moderators can do it. He is only moderator of Russian local board. So this your accusation doesn't make sense at all.
5708  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: [LIST] Free EU bank accounts that you can be opened directly online on: October 29, 2019, 11:08:58 PM
Can someone tell me if there is an online bank that sends plastic cards to all countries in the world? Since last year I saw many sites make promises that so far have not kept, I still can not find any site that sends card to my country Mozambique
You barely will find bank which will work without any restricted countries and would send their cards to all countries. They have to follow lot of laws and regulations, so they can simply open account and send card for everyone who wants it. I'm not sure about Mozambique status, you have to check some services listed in OP, maybe you will find something that will work in your country. Unfortunately, most of these online banks are for EU citizens only.
5709  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: October 29, 2019, 10:24:44 AM
^  Just tell me when.  Smiley

Anyway does anybody know where I can find the data for the fastest laps for each race on each track for the last 6 years or so?

Yeah, it's only matter of time...
Speaking about your question, probably easiest way to find it would be Wiki. You just need to open article about particular season and there you will that information. For example, look here:
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/2016_Formula_One_World_Championship
5710  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to collect forked coins without getting robbed on: October 29, 2019, 10:20:02 AM
$300 000 is currently worth around 31+BTC, and 31 BCD is worth $15.80. That person has shown an enviable level of unintelligence, stupidity, and ignorance. What to say when someone is risk $300k for $15+?
I agree. It just doesn't makes sense to risk so much to get $15. There is probably only one fork which is worth to claim - it's BCH. Other forks is just worthless coins in general and claiming them isn't worth hassle.
Moving your Bitcoin to new wallet before claiming fork is must do thing. Then your Bitcoins will be safe. Another important thing - not use random wallets to claim if you don't want to lose forked coins. Use wallets which are listed on official website of coin.
5711  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win a Lamborghini Huracan LP 580-2!! on: October 28, 2019, 11:12:49 PM
Can you possibly add a little message or email to the winner of the Lambo and ask him or her to put an anonymous entry in this thread or the other thread for the winners to announce his or her winning of the Lambo?

I think people would want to see that there are a actual winner of the Lambo and possibly get a good story from this. I see the guys from Millionairemakers on Reddit are doing this and it is heart warming to read how a prize like this, changed someones life.  Wink

Please guys and gals, if one of you win this, just create a "newbie" throwaway account and tell us your story.  Wink
Good idea. But I already see how haters would react to such posts. They would say that this account belongs to Freebitco.in and Lambolottery was fake Cheesy.
Up until now FreeBitco helps many newbies in cryptocurrency, I remembered when i was started to like bitcoin wayback 2014, freebitco is one of my favorite faucet site.
Oh, you're long time Bitcoiner Smiley. I also started my crypto journey on Freebitco.in, it was back in 2015. I agree that Freebitco.in is very important website in history of crypto and it attracted so many people to crypto.
5712  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: October 28, 2019, 10:35:51 AM
Mercedes got another win due to better strategy.
They show that the deserve the constructor title and Toto Wolff is so clever leading the team.
Yeah, Mercedes strategy was better than Ferrari again, despite that Lewis was complaining about it. Unfortunately after pit stops were made, race become boring and there was not much action in front. And win in Mexico wasn't enough for Lewis to become World Champion, he had to outscord Bottas by 14 points.
Not good race for Verstappen - after accident with Lewis he was last, though he was able to recover many positions and finnished 6th.
5713  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: In 2019 over 40m cryptocurrency wallets have been created on: October 27, 2019, 11:26:53 PM
As I understand, this article talks only about wallets created on Blockchain.com, right? And total number of wallets is pretty much meaningless stats. 40 millions is big number, but it doesn't say anything. I have no idea how many Bitcoin addresses I have generated in 2019, but it's not small number. Some people prefer to generate new address for each transaction. And we are speaking just about single service - it doesn't give general view about increasing number of crypto users, it only shows that Blockchain.com grow up significantly since 2016.
5714  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Fake Security Vulnerability: Ledger Nano X and Ledger Nano S? on: October 27, 2019, 10:57:27 PM
I wonder how you and/or anyone received that email? I'm a subscriber of ledger and never received such kind of email. Most probably your/their email was used on some cloud minings, bounty campaigns, ico, etc. and was sold to these scammers, that's why people keep receiving emails from scammers.
I also didn't received this email. You and me subscribe emails from Ledger, so it probably means that they received email of OP and some other people from somewhere else. Internet is full of offers to buy databases of emails from ICO's, bounties or hacked websites. Also, it's possible that OP posted his email somewhere in public.
5715  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2019/20 on: October 27, 2019, 10:44:17 PM
With the delays in El Clasico, the victory of Granada-Real Betis is very useful. Because Granada can replace the temporary position of Barcelona at the top of the standings. But this is only temporary, at least they return again.
Well, maybe they will repeat story of Leicester? Cheesy Ok, Barca and Real didn't played this round, but it's still amazing to see Granada at the top of table. This team just last season in Segunda and now they have amazing start of season in La Liga.
Another team which are playing surprisingly well it's Real Sociedad, they are 3rd so far. Today they reached another win, they best Celta 0:1.
There is little surprise today, Osasuna win against Valencia. On the other hand, Osasuna always playing at home are playing very solid and even Real and Barca dropped points so many times here, this season isn't exception.
5716  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Motosport General discussion tread --- Formula1, MotoGP, WTCC, ETCC, DTM..... on: October 27, 2019, 06:09:21 PM
Oh, in the end, they give a penalty for him...
Well in my country in these cases we say "he acted like a chicken".

He had the pole what was his reason to ignore flags? Good penalty.
The weather, however, can be rain.

The race is in a few hours.
It's pity for Max, but it was totally his fault. Rules are rules and everyone have to follow it. Penalty was deserved.
And yeah, there is very big chance of rain during race, so we can expect interesting race.
5717  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Overview of Bitcointalk Signature-Ad Campaigns [Last update: 19-Oct-2019] on: October 27, 2019, 09:57:39 AM
@ralle14, there is one open slot in Playbetr campaign:
One new spot has opened up, apply now!
You can move it to active campaigns. BTW, it's very strange to see very few people applying. It's probably Cryptotalk's effect...
5718  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How do you like your sig campaign payments. USD vs. BTC on: October 26, 2019, 11:15:54 PM
Honestly, I don't know, it depends on specific campaign. Now I'm getting $50 in BTC weekly. It's good when Bitcoin is going down, because it means that I will get some more BTC.
I remember being in old Yobit campaign and their rates were slways same - 0.0003 BTC per post and price of Bitcoin didn't affected their rates. It was same when Bitcoin was bellow $1000 and when it was close to $20 000. When they started it was low paying campaign but eventually it become to one of the highest paying campaigns. But in other campaigns which have fixed payments in BTC I noticed that when Bitcoin goes up significantly, they reduce payment rates. So, I think that in such cases it would be better to receive payments current USD value of BTC like in my current campaign.
5719  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] Mistertango - Bitcoin friendly European Bank Account + free MasterCard on: October 26, 2019, 10:53:18 PM
Looks like the central bank of Lithuania has suspended Mtango activity, citing AML. Or in other words we don't like the competition so we will shut you down by using regulation laws.

Too bad, Mtango is one of the best services to convert crypto to fiat and vice versa.

This is why people need Bitcoin and crypto, so we can have control of our hard earned money and not be at mercy of the corrupt.

Long Bitcoin and crypto, short the bankers.
And here is article with more details:
https://agenparl.eu/mistertango-uab-fined-e245-thousand-for-non-compliance-with-aml-requirements/
€245k fine is big for Mistertango, considering that they ended last year with a loss. In past it was good service, but I haven't used it since their debit card stopped working.
Speaking about this case, I'm not sure that's an attempt to remove competitor or Mistertango just made mistakes and were fined for it.
5720  Economy / Services / Re: YouTube Unban Service | Get your account unbanned [$67] on: October 26, 2019, 10:34:27 PM
Sorry, but I'm a bit sceptical about such services, especially when there is no proofs that it works. As I understand, people would have to pay in front. What if you won't be able to unban account? Will you make refund? And is it possible to re-enable monetization for such unbanned account?
