Helo guys,
First i would like to say sorry for my English, I'm not using it everyday
I'm on FH almost 2 years, and i'm only logged in to check ballance. Since 15th of march this year i change my job and mostly i'm working with computer on, and it's the reason FH site is on whole the time. I started to use autofaucets (5 at once) to make level up, strated to write on chat to get rained. Yesterday my account "frozen". Message from FH:

You have a Fraud Score of 10.45144774
You have been caught doing fraudulent activities 1116 times.
You have less than 20 coin addresses linked to your account of which 24 were used to make 22445 faucet claims.
You have been found doing multiple address claims on 1 faucets using 5 coin addresses. All associated addresses have been banned/blacklisted.

Yes, I have many BTC addreses save there, but last one was save there more than year ago (at the beggining my adventure with crypto, i had many wallets and saved all addresses on FH). I never refer myself on any faucet.

In this year (2 months ago) I have problem with microwallet (coinpot), someone hack my account and spend all earnings on tokens (I think admins). It will be double shock for me if i lost my earnings on FH (not much, but it is 2 years of fun and time).
What can I do to not lose my earnings? If there is a problem with autofaucets, than i won't use them anymore.
I wrote to support, and no answer. Is it possible to unfroze account, or when it frozen - it froze for good?
Please let me know what to do

Look, autofaucets and "normal" faucets are the same thing. Auto faucets use more resources on faucethub, since they spam the database with a lot of calls.

You wont lose any coins, if you aren't a malicious user. Sometimes, faucet owners don't adjust their settings accordingly, and don't add the option we have in our faucet owner manager page to "auto faucet", so that's where the issue begins. It's the way the system works, and it will continue operating in the future.

Faucethub, mexicantarget, or anyone can help you if your account gets frozen, because of a faucet owner who can't setup a faucet properly, but wants to make money with it.

Make sure the "auto faucet" sites you use are listed under the "MINING / AUTO" faucet list. There is 0% risk on using those sites. You wont get frozen, nor lose any coins.

Regarding coinpot, maybe you should contact the admin regarding your loss and see if you can provide any proof of your account getting hacked.

The only problem i encountered on FH in almost 3 years since was launched, was the SolveMedia captcha login , few months ago, but it was solvemedia' bug, also present on some faucets too , after few days they have fixed their captcha bug. Luckily there are more captcha login options on FH.
Autofaucets are good for helping to level up, even if autofaucets are paying less than normal (manual) faucets on lets say 30 minutes of claiming.

@mexicantarget, what is the progress of selling EXP upcoming feature on FH ? or do you have abandoned the project ?
if this feature will be added to FH in the next updates , the autofaucets could become more popular, get more users .
Now autofaucets doesn't have to many users not only because of lower claim values but also because now leveling up on FH is kinda useless (not everyone needs better rates on gambling games bonus) since Mining has been removed.

I think adding the sell EXP points for crypto planned/upcoming feature on FH will help the autofaucets to get more users and also more people might become active on FH (possible more paid ADs in chat) . Even newbies of low level in chat which are waiting for rain might get encouraged to claim more often if they could sell EXP.

I need to make sure there's a system in place that cannot be cheated by users, moderators and admins.
The only way to do that is by having a coin, or a token. But I wanted to avoid this, since I'd be adding more workload, and now I'm honestly not able to put more than 10 hours per week into FH, due to family.

I dont understand about which possible fraud mexicantarget and you are talking about. If its to much to be explained then forget about it, im not interested and not wanting to waste your time explaining to me.
Could be a fraud to claim on someone's else address but i dont see the logic behind it : why someone would waste his time to see bugged/infected shortlinks for somebody else ? Maybe a relative ?
My relatives are women and they dont know what is a bitcoin ,lol , they dont know even how to surf on internet , nether how to use a computer  
Few days ago i met an old friend and when i told him that i see ads to collect small amounts of satoshi (bitcoin) ,he told me that he don't trust bitcoin because he heard that the bitcoin is a fraud scheme on internet.  

On autofaucets the claims are way to low, much lower , than a normal (manual) faucet and even if the EXP selling system will be added , i bet people wont invade autofaucets because are not paying enough so they won't overload the Faucethub with payments calls if someone believes that.

Damn, I haven't visited Faucethub recently, so I missed these news. It's very sad to see it. Faucethub did great things in these few years in business and it turned into best faucet microwallet service. And I only can say thank you mexicantarget for it. But these news shows sad current situation of faucets, it's not as good as it was few years ago. It's just interesting will new alternative microwallet service will appear or closure of Faucethub means end of faucet era.
