You did great job, your video is very informative. But as other said, it's too long. I know it's difficult to cover everything in 5 mins, but it's reality of current generation - many people now simply can't keep their attention on subject for long time, especially when they see some static views of forum without much action - it may look boring for them. If I would make such video, probably I would describe basics in few words and then would give directions to other my separate videos where I everything in more detail. For example things like rules, trust system, merits and other stuff can be explained in short separate videos. Anyway, I'm wondering how newbies can find this video. So far there is only less than 60 views. Maybe it can be uploaded to one of sticky topics?

I don't follow Turkish Super League, so my knowledge about this league is limited. I only can talk about teams that play in UEFA competition. Main contenders are same - Galatasaray, Trabznospor, Basaksehir. I'm not sure about Fenerbahche, they have bog financial problems, previous season was bad for them, but their squad is decent. And in general, it's not best time for Turkish football, many clubs have problems with money and they can't afford to buy famous player like 5 years ago for example.

If you hold just two coins - Bitcoin and Monero, then it's not worth for you to buy Nano X because it costs 2 times more than Nano S and you don't need all features of Nano X, like keep up to 100 coin apps at the same time. Ledger being not open source isn't an issue - in all these years in crypto industry they proven to be trustworthy. So, you're safe as long as you buy wallet from official website. And yeah, it's possible to connect Ledger to smartphone through OTG cable, meanwhile you can connect Nano X to your phone via Bluetooth. I don't know much about Coldcard, but I see that's not cheap wallet. So, I don't see any reasons to overpay for you when cheaper wallet Nano S satisfy all your needs. And if you're not in rush to get hardware wallet, I suggest you to wait some time - usually Ledger offer great discounts on Black Friday.

I don't know whats going on with Fenerbahce, nando de colo plays like he suppose to and looks like he hasn't lost any steps yet they are still not doing that well.
I can understand that they have been losing players to NBA for years now (starting with bogdanovic and ekpe udoh of course and many ever since than) and they have to basically build a new team every single year which hurts the chemistry a bit, however they had been playing with sloukas and gigi datome and vesely for years now, melih comes from bench and helps out a lot (been one of the highest scorers of the tournament with the national team as well) so they have a good core, having nando de colo playing so well in that system as well should have meant 3-0 instead of 1-2, maybe they will get better with time but this doesn't look like the 5 in a row final four Fenerbahce to me.
I don't think that you need to worry about Fenerbahche much. Start of season isn't easy for them, but one loss (against Real) van be justified because it's very solid team. It's common thing when big teams are struggling in early part of season, especially if there was big changes in their squad. Give them some time, I'm certain that we will see Fener in F4. @efialtis, yeah, PAO results is disappointing so far. But I'm not surprised about OLY, before season I didn't expected that they can fight for spot in TOP 8. But they're planning to make some changes in their squad.

BoXXoB, izanagi narukami, MadZ, OgNasty, this manager no longer manages BTC paid campaigns, I have never seen this new thread, now it's more to Yahoo62278 managers.
I also like the manager Hhampuz who did the TEMTUM bounty campaign with a real project.
Yeah, they and few other persons in this list don't manage any campaigns currently, but it doesn't mean that they can't be hired to manage signature campaign anymore. Some of these people like OgNasty or hilariousandco don't promote their management services because it's not their main business here, some other people aren't very active on Bitcointalk currently. So, now most campaigns are manged by Yahoo and Hhampuz.

Did you have any source or news for this decision? I mean the decision about the agreement from both teams to play on 18th Dec. I just want to know where the stadium will be used as the venue for this El Classico match.
It was posted both on Barcelona and Real Madrid websites, but this date isn't confirmed by La Liga.
So, it's 80th minute of game and Mallorca are still leading 1:0. And Real now left with just 10 players - Odriozola got second yellow card. Easy win of Barca, draw of Atletico and loss of Real Madrid - it's perfect scenario of weekend .
|
|
|
Do you have any idea on when they will decide when and where the Classico will be replayed?
I'm guessing the will play at Barcellona when the water will be calm but they talked also to change the location of the match.
It's not clear when they will decide it. Both teams agreed to play on 18th December, but league isn't happy about this date, because El Clasico will mix with Copa del Rey matches. So, they offered to play it on 4th December what would be best date for league. In this situation I feel sorry for fans who already bought match tickets, flight tickets, reserved hotels - they are hostages of this shitty situation.

So, third round of Euroleague ended, and there is only two teams without defeats left - it's CSKA Moscow and Barcelona. Meanwhile Real Madrid got first loss surprisingly - they lost Zalgiris Kauna and it was first win this season for Zalgiris. Fenerbahche finally got first win - they beat Baskonia in close game. And here is most amazing game winner shot that you will see this year - Klemen Prepelic from 3/4 court: https://youtu.be/-uTyWm6PKYE(It's not Euroleague, but Eurocup, 2nd tier European competition.

I see Freebitco.in are also being used to track pedophiles --> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5193805.msg52795752#msg52795752 <Your site is in that diagram> I think it is a good thing, but I doubt if personal information are divulged to the authorities without proper subpoena documents... right? The possibility also exist that these people tried to hide their tracks by purposefully pushing bitcoins through a service, where people's identities are hidden. <No KYC/AML requirements> What are Freebitco.in's view on assisting authorities, when crimes are committed via their site? <Money laundering / terrorism financing etc.> Yeah, I saw their name there and wanted to ask same thing. We all know that Freebitco.in is no KYC website, but still, they have some data of their users, like IP address what is valuable thing in such investigations. So, if feds would request Freebitco.in to give information about their users, would you do that?
|
|
|
Very interesting, feds did great job! But these people who got cauch are really dumb (fortunately). Because spending Bitcoins on Dark Web directly from exchanges and centralised wallets isn't very smart idea. They probably thought that using Bitcoins is enought to stay anonymous. But they didn't thought about KYC and that exchanges knows everything about them and that feds can ask them to give information about user. But obviously not all people were identified. As seen in image, some people used mixers or websites or decentralised wallets.

|
|
It's first when I hear name of this wallet and I'm certain that most people here will say same thing. I'm not sure is it legit question, or you're just shilling for this website, but nevermind. I simply can't suggest to use some random unknown website to hold your crypto assets. It's just not worth to risk with your money. And later we hear people are complaining that they were scammed by some unknown website. Why not to use some popular services with good reputation?

We are waiting for full release of new forum software for so long that I don't even expect that it will be implemented here anytime soon. And I don't wait for it, because I'm fine with current version of forum. As @actmyname said, most of us don't need something fancy. And probably moving forum to new software won't be easy thing - theymos will need to everything very accurately that moving would happen smoothly without big issues. And I don't know how much exactly was spent to create Epochtalk, but probably it will be most expensive forum in the world.

OP, there is one thing that you need to knoe before starting. None of crypto ad networks aren't paying as high as Adsense does. You can check full list of ad networks here which is updated frequently: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5055068.0But if you have low traffic, best networks won't accept you. So, you can start with A-Ads or Bitcoadz. @examplens, if he have low traffic and if he would put pop-up ads on his blog, probably he would lose even his last visitors.
|
|
|
OP, you have some good ideas, but the main problem is that Yobit simply don't care. Yahoo probably communicate with Yobit staff and I'm sure that he already suggested how to improve campaign - adding merit requirements, adding manual approval of participants or reducing number of max posts per day. If Yobit would care a little bit about quality of their campaign, some change would been made long time ago. Really?
Cryptotalk will be an alternative to bitcointalk?
If there is no rewards for posting on cryptotalk then there will be no more visitors so they have to keep paying all the days if they want to maintain this traffic.
Exactly, when Yobit will stop paying for posts in Cryptotalk, this website immediately will turn into ghost forum.

Can you tell us how much author can make from one article? I tried to search for more details on your website, but only found option to publish article for as a guest.
You can read up on this link https://cryptomagazine.org/become-an-author/ It do explains how a publisher would able to earn some money by selling some ad spot which isnt a bad option though specially for those who are still on practicing with writing but for pro ones?? They wouldnt care about this stuff. Thanks for link. Giving ad spots in their article is interesting concept, I haven't saw exactly same thing anywhere else before. I don't know how big traffic is on Cryptomagazine, but if it's big enough, it's possible to earn significant money. But as you said, it probably won't be very interesting for professional writers

I think that mainly people who came here with wrong reasons are mainly trying to chase for merits. They desperately trying to get it because they need to rank up to earn money here. I often see people making very generic guides without putting any effort and they expect that someone will flow them with merits. I can't say that I don't care about merits at all, but I really don't think much about it. And in general, I got impression that some people over exaggerate forum stuff, like merits, trust system and etc. It's like they don't have life outside forum. But maybe I'm wrong...

Maybe its the same people or user that was running the bitcointalk.to webpage? Wasnt there somewhere a post or a thread that the bitcointalk.to site isnt anymore online! I cant find it at the Moment because im on mobile! Thanks for the Information by the way
Yep, you're right. Bitcointalk.to has been offline in recent months. Now I tried to search for it and when I visited their website I saw that this domain is for sale. I doubt that owner of these websites is same, because it just doesn't makes sense. They had perfect domain Bitcointalk.to and now appears with some random name Bitinfo.cc which are not even similar to Bitcointalk name.

Anyways, so there's a big controversy in spanish football right now that involves the next 'El Clasico' between Real Madrid and Barcelona. Apparently, La Liga, the spanish football federation, and even the Spanish government, do not want El Clasico to be played in Barcelona, let alone on October 26th, all of this because of the current sociopolitical crisis in the city (check the news, shit is going down over there). Long story short: we might end up without El Clasico this month, some are saying the game will be played on December [1]
1. https://www.marca.com/en/football/barcelona/2019/10/16/5da76603ca47411f158b4597.htmlI read somewhere that's possible that first El Clasico can be moved to Madrid. I hope such radical decisions won't be needed... Just think about about fans who bought expensive tickets, especially these who will arrive from other countries, it would unfair... The Premier League is the only league that that actually shares the revenue equally among the clubs. This is some of the reasons why their league aren't really that competitive with just two or three teams always dominating.
Yeah, you're right. Such revenue share model in EPL means that even league bottom clubs have huge budgets and they can spend a lot to buy players. While small clubs in La Liga and other leagues often have financial problems. If I'm not mistaken, La Liga changed revenue share model few years ago - now money is shared according to clubs results. It's more fair than it was previously when Real and Barca took main part of pot.

Can you be more specific with your question? Ok, minerfee is clear, but about which service fee you are exactly talking about? User above explained well about miner fee very well, so I will not repeat it again. If you're talking about service fee on centralized wallets - biggest part of fee goes to cover miner fee and remaining fee goes to service - this is how they earn money. If if you're talking about trading fees - almost all exchanges have fixed trading fees, for example 0.1%. This is how exchanges earn profit. How you can calculate fees - well before sending fees on every wallet or making trade on exchanges feescare shown, so it's not difficult to calculate.
