Set-up guide for cgminer?
Please Huh
582  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: TECHNOBIT support tread + customer feedback/240 GHS - 199 EUR - July shipment on: July 10, 2014, 08:40:43 PM
Thanks again ZBC3 for the useful info. Ok,
..........

Can multiple tp links be on the same switch? Can say a 24 port switch run 2 tp links and 20 boards?

Could a 48 port run 4 tplinks and 40 boards? If I am headed in the right direction, sounds like to me I need a 36 port and a 24 port hub.

 Thanks so much in advance!
Short answer is no.
There is no easy way for tplink to distigush what 10 boards to use
So it will turn out that multiple tplinks are talking to same board = A BIG MESS dude.
Besides hub needs 10 uplinks for usb hosts and so on and on forget it

In general i like smal deployments

Best option is single tplink + USb hub 4+ports  a PSU appropriate for two boards 1000W+ at least. so my setup shares a common ground. Tplink is powered from USB HUB and HUB is powered from PSU +5v
So if something goes wrong with power or whatever else due to mistake, short etc you are loosing only two boards MAX.
If all are connected to same USB HUB the chance too lose them all is big.

Another option is let us say for 10 boards - TPLINK 10 port hub NxPSU - In that case just make sure that you plug the psu's for that setup in single PLUG and PSU power cables are connected in a !!!SAME WAY!!! in the extender. And choose the extender with thick wires for about 5KW
As you see from marto pictures it works. But marto knows how to do it using many PSU's Wink
It is a messy. If you are not sure how to do it ask electritian to help you out
50 HEXM is a serious shit be careful with power

583  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: TECHNOBIT support tread + customer feedback/240 GHS - 199 EUR - July shipment on: July 10, 2014, 07:35:00 PM
Loshia,

Thanks to you and Zich for initially selling me on the TPlink. It runs smoothly, makes it easy to overclock, and is guaranteed to pick up where it left off if more power goes out.

Ok you are right, no downtime on TPlink. I should have been specific. The Pi on the other hand has lots of downtime.

Now the only downtime I get is when the power goes out or my internet goes down.

Nice to hear that dude Wink
A word about PI. I know that all of you love it. I tried it also but it has two issues
Major one is that USb intereupts are shared with ethernet which kills minig or ethernet or both
minor one after two or three power offs/ons my SD is dead Cry and needs dd if of shit Grin
So i droped it after just a day or two
584  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: TECHNOBIT support tread + customer feedback/240 GHS - 199 EUR - July shipment on: July 10, 2014, 05:37:56 PM
can you run with out the tp-link please.
Hey,
Windows is pian in the ass dude.
Buy one tplink and flash it. All you need to do is just a couple of clicks to mine Wink
It works REALY great and is 5 wats only Cheesy

I will take the advice and get a tp-link but will try windows first and fall back to the tp-link if it's a pain like you say.
It is....
Just be prepared. You know time is money Wink
585  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: How to upgrade TPLINK TL-MR3020 firmware to technobit openwrt on: July 10, 2014, 03:58:41 PM
Thank you so much Zich for the link in the other thread. I am more confused now then before. If I am reading this right, I need this device and then a 48 port switch to connect the 50 boards to as well? Or do I need more than 1 tp link to do that many boards?
You need 5 tplinks and 5 10 port USB hubs
That is what I would do.
What power supplies  are  you going to use?

That's for sure. TPlink is great with very little downtime and low power usage.

downtime Huh
Really?
Could you be mores specific?
All my tplinks are up for months without restarts..
10X
588  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: TECHNOBIT support tread + customer feedback/240 GHS - 199 EUR - July shipment on: July 09, 2014, 07:46:12 PM
Nice! grabbed a sale Hex8A1

Does it run with the TP-link thing?
"........

Of course it does Wink
Just grab a USB  hub in case to enjoy months of uptime Cheesy
589  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Minion ASIC - free samples and up to US$20000 discount on: July 07, 2014, 11:50:28 AM
No shit martoooo Grin
2.8T in single 3020 tp-link Shocked
that should be quite disappointing for pi fans Cry
PS:
By the way reject rate is insane. Congrats good work as always Tongue
590  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Minion ASIC - free samples and up to US$20000 discount on: July 06, 2014, 05:20:28 PM
That's great for 4 chips!  Now bring on the 8 chip board!
Or 2 x 4 chips equals one eight chip board Wink
591  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Guide] Dogie's Comprehensive SpondooliesTech SP10 Setup [HD] on: July 06, 2014, 12:25:09 PM
Hey. Thanks for the guides, great work.

Wondering if it is possible to remotely access SP-10 dashboard easily? If not, do you know of a solution to set this up for SP-10 and other miners that is secure? Thank you.

The generic solution is a $150 windows laptop with teamviewer, or a Pi with an external facing address. I'd go with the laptop anyway.
What about oven on beaglebone?
Free for sure Wink
And ovpn on my tablet also so everywhere I go I am able to connect remotely to my home home no matter of ip's
And a ovpn server in between is a must. I guess a cheapest VPS shall do it fine
Besides PC with running team viewer requires power Wink
592  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: IMET’s response to AMT (Advanced Mining Technology Inc) negative allegations on: July 01, 2014, 09:00:35 PM
Is this the real imet or some shady scam account. One can never be sure in these. They sound reasonable and the other guy does not. Dont know the whole process. In the business one can not just point ones debt to other so even if there was some mishap happening, even then imet wouldnt be responsible for other than amt. methinks this way?
Yes of course I agree. You know that me and some other folks here are responsible for amt failure right Grin
Zipkin is just responsible to collect money and to deliver crap or nothing with constant bulshit and lies
593  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: TECHNOBIT support tread + customer feedback on: July 01, 2014, 08:56:55 PM
Hello,

what is the price for a full 400 complete miner with chips?
When it is to sell? And fast delivery? Time is Money Wink

The 1W per GHs is very high.... we need new Chips... *g*

Or you need to under clock  Wink
594  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: IMET’s response to AMT (Advanced Mining Technology Inc) negative allegations on: June 30, 2014, 02:38:27 PM
I am posting this here since it was deleted by AMT on the New Official AMT Thread and was in response to continued public deformation of IMET.

Cease and desist on these acts of public deformation of IMET.  The truth will come out in the proper forum based on your lawsuit post.

Your previous remarks, posts and comments regarding AMT, our dealings, and just about everything you discussed was a direct breach of contract based on the NDA you signed at the start of our dealings.

Threatening the "mysterious answer" of how to fix the boards for an additional payment you felt was due for a 90% failed production run, was a sleazy thing to do.

Your production is what caused our boards to fail, plain and simple.  We have the original boards and all of them suffer from one specific flaw which after more than one PCB diagnostician analyzed them each came to same conclusion - which is IMET failed to do something vital during their production process. The lack of which caused almost all the modules to fail immediately or shortly there after. Those which lasted through testing did not survive more than a few weeks to a month.

IMET If you care so much about your reputation you'll refund us so that we can refund our clients. Or we'll continue and sue you for a lot more than the refunded amount. You'll also spend about that much during these proceedings especially if we join you in the class action. Think about it.

ON A PUBLIC FORUM

AS SOON AS IMET ISSUES US A REFUND FOR THE HUNDREDS OF MODULES WE HAVE THAT DO NOT WORK WE WILL REFUND ALL CLIENTS WISHING TO RECEIVE REFUNDS.

WE HAVE PAID IMET OVER 200,000 DOLLARS - THAT'S A LOT OF REFUNDS.

STOP FUCKING WITH US.

WE'RE DONE TAKING EVERYONE'S SHIT AND WILL START ACTING ACCORDINGLY DUE TO THE LAWS OF THESE GREAT UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

Poserko (AKA Zipkin)
Did your customers have paid to IMET?
You are the one who took their money. So it is your problem if IMET are going to refund you or not
You are the one who own money to folks here NOT IMET!!!!
So do not make any connection to IMET and YOUR DEBTS!

595  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: TECHNOBIT support tread + customer feedback on: June 23, 2014, 05:55:47 PM
I buy 1 24gh ASIC and got me hooked on  Grin so i got 2 x 240 GHs HEX8A1 Coincraft A1 miner  and one router(with router is soo easy Cheesy) i have been mining for 20 and something days now Cheesy did i mention the support was so fast and helped me with TeamViewer for my first 24GH asic that was a total b*tch (TNX to marto74)!!! VERY GOOD!!!!!
Nice Wink
Acidfox and the rest of you go for tplink Wink
For all owners of hexs ltc miner
Tplink is ok
If your mining host is LE it might not work due to some endianess issues. Cgminer is not tested on LE platforms
Pi is not good for mining it is my personal opinion. Please do not use it.
Tplink always works... Cheesy
596  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: To all WASP members and participants on: June 20, 2014, 08:36:21 AM
Gents,
Please let us get back on topic.
I am asking once agin what is Bick relation with AMT And who is paying him for his behavior here.
And I am asking what is Bick involvement with WASP Having in mind that he is not spokesmen. I will rename the thread immediately if someone gives me a clue.
Thanks
597  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: TECHNOBIT support tread + customer feedback on: June 16, 2014, 10:10:14 AM
Hey I like biKLEDsky aka BIG LED BOY part very much Wink
However he seemed to be fired from his spokesmen position Grin
led boy how do you fill after such a clever decision  taken from wasp members Grin
All of a sudden you became just an ordinary membership fee payer  Grin

598  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: To all WASP members and participants on: June 15, 2014, 04:07:56 PM
Thank you Ben,
My goal was not to offend any of wpc members including you.
Please take my apology if you fell offended from me.
But I am not happy of your reply Ben.
I did not get the answers I was after.
Any way let us get on topic.
Is there someone else from WASP OR WPC members who can add something on topic?
Thank you very much
599  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Minion ASIC - free samples and up to US$20000 discount on: June 13, 2014, 12:55:15 PM
led boy,
Do you believe you have 55 members?
And no one from them dares to comment what is your connection with amt and Josh Zipkin on this thread?
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=647962.msg7257365#msg7257365
About Technobit fucks us over again it very easy to moderate the thread about other company?
Hahaha
Epic
As I said welcome in amt fucks us over again and post there. this thread is not moderated.
The nice part is that Christmas is coming led boy Wink go back to your LEDs Bick
 Grin
As you see Bick people do appreciate Technobit work EVEN black arrow himself saluted marto.

Where is your work led boy with 55 slaves paying you the member ship fee. Grin
Congrats marto nice work as always Cheesy

You can call Bick whatever you like, but don't get personal with the other members of the WPC.
We are not slaves, we joined and paid the membership fee voluntarily.

Thanks Ben
I like the fact that you PAID VOLUNTARILY  which is just the opposite Bick statements that "we do not collect money from community" . besides the word paid involves money as I understand it?
So back to you Ben do you fill to be a part of this community or you feel to be a part from WASP ONLY?
Thank you in advance Ben

I see bic's all ready checked the videos out 19 & 12 times. You need LED's on the heatsinks.

That's the 4 chip version, so the 8 chip version will have 8 heatsinks on it, or will you have to use a different cooling method for 8?

When you going to get a cool signature like Bickernelsky? I see he's got a cool signature on his user profile now. I was thinking this one would be good too "Want to get rid of a prick like Bick then click here."

Nice Grin
+100000
But my sig is already taken Cry
and ZBC3 Behave!
The led boy will rate you immediately and you are lost dude Wink
LED BOY where are you we can't hear you Grin
I miss your wisdom LED BOY Grin
And remeber behave it is moderated thread not so easy to be spammed event from the LEDDY GODS Grin
