Ok now u've got me, How do i go about that? Cause i have no idea... & in light of that where or who will the coins be returned to??
585  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: [P2Pool AU Node]Norgz Pool BTC 0% fee Matt's Relay on: December 15, 2014, 08:20:25 AM
I do own the address but its a vicurex address...

Any thoughts other than asking them??

I've just order a S4 as well...
586  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Massive decrease in payouts the past 24 hours..?? on: December 15, 2014, 04:29:08 AM
If u follow my example the network speed is back upto 346,024,061.9341.

Up by 100,000,000.0000

Its something to do with the address i was using is there anyway to recover those coins??

I changed my address & i haven't had a problem since
588  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Antminer S5 Speculation on: December 13, 2014, 02:43:41 PM
If u wanna a real speculation of the s5 it would be a 4th or 8th mining unit using smaller fabchips or if not running on water cooling!

Why couldn't the s4 be adapted to run water cooling thats been adapted from the S3 to the C1?

& use the same thing with the s2 to create the new C2 or S5 whatever u wanna call it?
589  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Massive decrease in payouts the past 24 hours..?? on: December 13, 2014, 02:31:48 PM
I'll tell u why & i wondered if anyone else had noticed.....

Please use my ref link if ur not already a member.... Costs u nothing & gets me a little

On the login page before u log on has the current Alt coin to BTC price

If u scroll down to the bottom underneath that is the current

Block, Difficulty & Network speed for 20 diff Aly Coins + The current for BTC...

During the week The speed of the network is around 450,000,000.0000

The speed on the weekend for BTC (In particular - Cause thats what i mine)  has been going down buy around 200,000,000.0000,

This a approx half the speed of the network, The speed  (& i would hate to speculate but this is the thread to do that right??)

Tells me that someone or a group of people (Maybe a certain company who seems to be creating about 80% of the current miners on the network) I'm not going to say who i think it is but im pretty sure i know & i'd be able to a statistical analysis on proving this...

Is pre-mining on the rigs they are currently making & they do this monday to friday - Work days people!
When they go home on fridays they turn them off.. Don't wanna start a fire if you've got no one around to look after your gear or good fire a service in there region wouldn't want to lose the potential money they would lose buy losing the the entire stock...

This is not a cloud hashing service & im 100% on that cause a cloud hashing service - Cause there servers would be on 24/7, If they were ripping them off they would just change the figures to steal from them by adding a hidden fee.

This cant be possible since the Network speed is going down so much to the point i notice it & along the course of time this has been getting bigger & bigger...  its too noticeable now for an average joe miner to ask the question

Anyone else noticing this?  By massive I mean zero payouts from my pool...  I have never seen that before although it is possible.

Normal home miners with an average of 1th to maybe 10 th should all be noticing the change on the weekend if u never switch off ur machines (I use BTC guild & a group p2pool with not many users on & notice it bigtime)

Home miners use there miners full time don't switch theres off at home, Cause weather u mine a PPS (Pay Per Share) or at PPLNS (I think thats what its called) cause on this system you don't start getting full rate till around 3 days after starting your machine. its stops pool jumpers i believe, Now theres no pool jumpers here & this is clear cause jumping pools the Network speed would not slow down.

This & i'd like to put money on it since BFL SUCKS ARSE there rigs are no longer running let alone being sold.

All you would need to do prove this would be have access to this data & i'm not sure if someone @ vicurex could provide there daily statistics for the last year for the normal average weekday speed between Monday & Friday & on the weekend what the difference is & watch it increase over the year Or (Decrease on the weekend as it maybe)

Then u would need the ip address (Or addresses) or the addresses who seem to be making a lot coin one one or a few ip addresses

Another way would be to look at addresses ( I'm only going to use this as an example they are not currently on P2P but it has been till it worked out p2p is PPLNS in nature.)

This is the block on P2Pool im using as an example:

334083   Sat Dec 13 2014 14:33:57 GMT+1100 (AUS Eastern Daylight Time)   00000000000000000ff34d227b1d32f91061be16cce8a039613c330b699152fb

On the last block that P2Pool got from address (1PGwNprChx745u6XdbcHttf7Y2MAaqXhsF) his take home was 4.85619383  that alone is 25% for the total P2P block fee for that round (Now you need to know was my hashing amount for that round was 1th approx

My BTC address : I'm sure someone can verify this using one of the blockchain sites was

: 1Cu7RRSFtWBxtU6Go9bG5Yn4gTwfqjCciU & my payout was (Which i still haven't received mine u??) is meant to be 0.00738605 BTC

Lets do some simple math

User one received 4.85619383 & i received 0.00738605 lets divide the 2 to to find out the answer :

Equals = 657.4818515986217TH people, Lets for argument sake i've over estimated & its approx 500th

How many miners would that be well 500 more than what ive got who would have the power to do this & its not a mining group or a home user for that matter. The only people who would have this size power would or could be governments or a companies making miners.

They are mining on a PPS on a pps system so it doesn't matter when they are finding blocks cause they are half the network. The speed has been decreasing but the difficulty hasn't, it still went up although only slightly.

Please correct me if u think im wrong & state your reasons why or alternatively ask me more questions on how & why i think this way. im open to criticism & or reason...

But this seem like it all falls into place..

Hey i havent been paid out on the last three blocks?? Can u tell me whats going on???
591  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: ANTMINER C1 Discussion and Support Thread on: December 11, 2014, 08:18:47 PM
Corrupt SD card..

I just had a problem after a reboot where the hardware version was coin up x.x.x.x instead of 3.3.3.0, I tried to reboot, nothing, tried power down & power up, nothing, tried a hard reset using the button near the ethernet port, nothing.... Decided to reflash the sd card & that brought it back to life...

Corruption of the sd cards here seems like a common problem & i seem to remember someone in this thread complained about how they hated that every time they reset there machine it would come up with the stock antminer settings in the miner config, Someone else then stated they thought the changing of the settings is somehow occasionally corrupting the sd card & said that you should put your settings in (Somehow, I'm not sure how & thats why im asking) the sd card before booting up, That way there would be no corrupting of the sd card after bootup.

Ok, if this is actually possible, Writing the config on the card before bootup, Can someone please explain the process for the rest of us so this problem can be taken out of the equation??

Cause i tell u, A miner not hashing has a very unhappy user with a big paper weight & the amount of time spent going thru the whole routine only to flash the sd card in the end wasted a good few hours... Not something i wanna do again in a hurry, Nor should i have too but just incase & for anyone else out there who has or is having a similar problem this could be very handy!

Maybe Bitmain themselves wanna chime in here or if not how about once u have tested the miners you clear the miner config & save it as blank rather than collecting the few extra hashes ur getting every time someone turns on a miner

Edit = I'm glad to say after the reflash of the sd card & putting in my settings all is running well hovering around the 1th mark @ between 40 & 50 degrees

Norgz - Diff settings for a C1 - 1th Bitmain unit for ur p2pool?
What should they b to max it out?
593  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: [Guide] Dogie's Comprehensive Bitmain Antminer S4 Setup [HD] on: December 10, 2014, 12:05:11 PM
I want to get one of these but with the fans spinning twice as fast and more noisy (people in my unit block already complain about the noise from the s3's)
Has something being sorted to bring the noise down or alternatively can we just get better quieter fans & install them ourselves to bring the noise down.
Someone also said something about fan profiles, can u explain what this is & how it works to reduce the noise without comprising on speed?
594  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: P2pool Mining Windows (Bitcoin Namecoin Ixcoin Iocoin Devcoin) Full Speed? Win 7 on: December 02, 2014, 04:43:51 PM
If this is so, How has it been paying Namecoins?? When p2pool has (As i believe only found 1 or 2 namecoins in total?)

Another question to top this one... Does p2pool merge mine full speed on linux or is it the same as windows. Bitcoin is the main coin (Full speed mined) & the others are all solo mined??

I have a follow up question but it depends on the answer i get back from this that will determine the way its asked...
595  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: P2pool Mining Windows (Bitcoin Namecoin Ixcoin Iocoin Devcoin) Full Speed? Win 7 on: December 02, 2014, 03:59:00 PM
I was trying to focus on the P2pool aspect more than the alt coin aspect....

I was trying to setup something like

http://mmpool.bitparking.com/

But within P2pool.........

If he can do it as a joint pool effort, Why can it not be done in a p2pool setup??
596  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: P2pool Mining Windows (Bitcoin Namecoin Ixcoin Iocoin Devcoin) Full Speed? Win 7 on: December 01, 2014, 04:07:19 PM
Also thinking of how to breathe life back into the older style asics many of us have so they don't go into landfill. Buying equipment like this which has no value after as little as six months on the market, this would b a good way to reperpose the gear rather than have it end up in the bin / landfill.

I was trying to b sha256 specific for this purpose among other things.
597  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: P2pool Mining Windows (Bitcoin Namecoin Ixcoin Iocoin Devcoin) Full Speed? Win 7 on: December 01, 2014, 04:01:18 PM
But let's say I could setup individual coin p2pools for each coin then obviously I wouldn't want to be the only one doing it. I would like to promote them alongside bitcoin p2pool so that as many users as possible would use them in the way I intend. That way each individual coin picks up pace & would eventually run pretty much the same way p2pool works now by having as many users using them in the same way for the benefit of all miners involved therefore getting away from the merged solo mining in place now and raising the odds better for the miner from solo mining to (example only 20%) p2pool more mining on the alt coins.

Something else to think for future use is making miners with 4 or 5 blades in them in which u could dedicate 1 blade to something like 1th for bitcoin & then make 4 blades running at 250gh each which could be used for mining individually for the extra alt coins without having to load balance them at all. Bitcoin gets full power as its worth the most then split the remaining 250gh x 4 to the other altcoins.

I'm trying to think of ways to either excite users to mine the extra altcoins as some have some real benefit that bitcoin doesn't & maybe breath life back into some of the dying one's
598  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: P2pool Mining Windows (Bitcoin Namecoin Ixcoin Iocoin Devcoin) Full Speed? Win 7 on: December 01, 2014, 02:24:49 PM
Ok I wanna try tackle this in a different way seems this either can't b done or no one wants to share the info.

Can I setup individual p2pools for each coin.

Example : p2pool running bitcoin by itself

P2pool running namecoin by itself

P2pool running iocoin by itself

P2pool running ixcoin by itself.

Lets start with 4 pools running sha256 coins only. I don't care if I have to setup each
P2pool on an individual PC my main goal is to have control of 4 coins running full p2pool
In its original state (as in bitcoin but just for different coins)

Then everyone could setup let's say anyminer that supports load balance to point to each
Individual coin pool there by making the pools run like a bitcoin p2pool except sharing
The miners output into 4 pools at the same time.

This too me seems like an alternative to full mine p2pool bitcoin then solo mine the other
3 coins thru merged mining. I'm thinking there must be a way of doing this & then u could
Dedicate 70% of ur mining power to bitcoin & 10% to each of the other 3 coins but having
Them all run like a normal bitcoin p2pool?

Anyone have any thoughts on this?

BTW if u change the ip address in anyway & the webgui wont show up use :

http://192.168.1.*/cgi-bin/minerConfiguration.cgi

Change the star (*) for the number of ur miners address
