I wonder how this project is developed? Any news?
I don't see any updates from months. This is a very original idea and I found that this ICO raised 350.000$ and ard cap was only 300K. This is nothing comparing to millions gathered by other Ico's. I just can't find any update or news even from last month. This project was highly ranked on ICO comparison pages. Some of them give the maximal rating. That is why I'm so curious what is the outcome finally.
If anybody knows anything let me know, please.

Finally good news from Atlant team. This still not launch but there is a progress and amount of work put in development is overwhelming. This platform documentation looks promising together with exchange preview. I have to say that exchange looks pretty good. Now let's hope for fast alpha launch. There are few stages to fully working platform alpha, beta and maybe other. So this will be not next week but we are closing to this moment every day. I hope this stop Atlant token from tanking. it would be enough if the token price stays on this level until launch. |

Be carefull joining amazix bounty, they cheating participant, change the rules without notice, disqualified without any reason, many of their project not paying bounty participant, looks like they eating bounty money
If you spread this accusation then show some proves. I participated in Amazix bounty and never had a problem with payout or management. I had issues and always bounty manager was helpful and supportive. I even contacted Amazix team and issue was resolved at my favor. So stop with this FUD because you are angry on Amazix because they catch you on cheating. |

If you ask me why I'm so enthusiastic about Investa?
I will answer because they have a great product and a lot of experience. I had of course concerns when researched this project and raised many questions. Every time Investa team replied very fast with detailed answers. We discussed all problems and every time I was happy with their explanations. Asked about the team and that they are not known at all, reducing the size of the soft cap, credit cards, atm's, regulations, bounty, ICO page, concurrency, etc. All questions, answers and discussion you can find in this thread. Just read a few pages back. These pieces of information are useful for anybody who wants to invest in this ICO.
There are so many ICO's that this is just hard to choose the best one. But you have to do your best to find this one which gives you big returns. For me this is Investa and I'm really filling well with this investment. I advise everybody to check this project closely. There is not much advertising and bounty already ended, long before ICO end. So there is not much buzz around Investa and that is why I try to spread the word here on BTT to let you know about this opportunity.

I know last days of ICO are always slow. Big investors bought with 25% discount a few days ago. Those last days are more like last minute actions. There is no time to convince people, aggressive advertising and a lot of buzz needed.
I would like to know this too if this is correct amount collected so far, which is displayed on Investa ICO page now. Actually is the same amount of money for some time. There is no new investments at all? This is just hard to believe. If anybody can provide an answer, would be great. This thread is becoming a joke lol whether its true that their CTO is in jail because of whatever reason and the team is a scam just as some claim then I guess that CTO deserves to be there rubbing his bar. To me, I'd like to see this crypto version of AirBNB to be realized. I hold some of these tokens which is why I want this to have at least a gradual success.
I think we all agree that the idea behind this project to tokenize real estate market and to be the first AirBnB on the blockchain speaks to me even now. Are they able to do this? This is the real question. From what I know this is open source and everything is easily available on Github. Bitcointalk is so big and there so many investors and bounty hunters from this community. We need one who will look into this code and tell us what this is and how far they are with development. Is this garbage or worth something? I think there should be somebody willing and able to do. I don't want to talk any more about price predictions because I don't think we will see any positive movements soon. Short spikes and deeper deeps this looks to me as a killer bearish pattern confirmed from months. What to talk about? You can't win with facts. let's wait for platform launch. team still paying to bounty hunters. if they keep their words with bounty question.. That would be a good achievement and it will definitely help the price of ATL token to increase. Without the platform, everything we hear is just a mere speculation and in overall the market is not good so it's hard for ATL to rise. There is still a problem with regulations in different countries. I just can't figure it out how such a property can be legally tokenized online. Who will be the owner if I buy 51% of tokens available? I have hundreds of other questions and can't find the answer in Atlant white paper. If they only will rent properties then this will be a lot easier but buying and selling involve a lot of paperwork which can't be done online. I hope not but this could be too soon for such a project. I don't think any country is prepared for this and needed regulations don't exist yet. Everybody is excited and talking about the platform launch but I don't think this is the key to Atlant success. You are absolutely right in your questions. But usually the legislation of the countries does not keep up with the technologies. So it was with the advent of the first cars. Tokenization of real estate and assets is an indispensable process. Nadejus, Atlant will be a real example of tokenization. Anybody who bought a property in his life knows how much documents and work this is. Hard to imagine that with few clicks you will be able to sell or rent your property. This isn't possible and this will be not few clicks. I keep reading Atlant white paper and every time I read, I have a lot of questions and concerns. Atlant says that they will make money because they cut off the middleman and this will bring significant 25% cost reduction. On the next page, they are introducing an army of people which will be needed for this paperwork. Not only this but managing services, arbiters, senior arbiters, lawyers, companies for digital signing and gathering all these documents. Not only those people don't exist yet and are not hired but they all have to deal with something new, which they first have to learn. This takes time of course and a lot of money. Everybody is focusing on the platform launch and forgets that there are many more components and few of them much more important for this project. All pieces are needed together for Atlant to work and be useful. I just can't imagine that we will see first property tokenized and sold sooner as in 2 years from now. If you think realistic how much work has to be done to be able to launch Atlant platform then this is the only outcome. Real Estate is put into SPV first. Technically not the property is tokenized, but the company owning the property. That's how the business model becomes viable even for 2018. I understand that later they will let smaller properties to be listed but I don't understand why not let everything t be tokenized on the Atlant platform. Why not start only with rental first to launch the application and stop Atlant token price from epic fall? Finally why they lied to us with their first roadmap and that app will be launched 3 months ago? This is obvious that they knew from the start that this will be impossible to deliver the application at scheduled in roadmap time. I keep repeating this and will say again. Have you studied the competitive analysis section of the document? We already have 60+ classic AVs to compete against and 30+ next-gens to compete against. Are we afraid of one more competitor? This is why there are almost no any ICO-based competitors for us. The blockchain is needed because of the distribution model that ROMAD uses. NGAV technology + distribution model is the key to success. And the blockchain is the key to the distribution model. For more details refer to the "The blockchain technology usage" section of the wp v.2.4. I have but I have to admit that this is very technical and you need a degree in computer science to fully understand this white paper. Lately, Envion has problems because of lawsuits and bounty payments are on hold. Already there is 10 pages more each day in bounty thread and people join groups and talk how to act further together against Envion.
I don't see bounty hunters screaming here "Tokenpay scammers" or unite to fight for payout. Only Jamal tries to make some noise but he has so much red paint in account together with a countless scam and bad bounty management accusations, that I'm not convinced at all to trust him.
Jamal bought large chunk if not all Tokenpay coins from bounty hunters before bounty distribution. Am I right?

Exactly, there was announcement 07.06 that next week distribution date will be published. Today is 14.06 and there is no update from the team or bounty manager. Bounty thread - nothing, Telegram - silence. What is Hdac? When distribution? This week is not over yet. They have said that the exact distribution date would be announced this week(11.06-17.06), so we should wait three more days. Maybe you are right. I saw the date when the announcement was posted and that was 07.06 so I assumed that today 14.06 we should get information about the bounty distribution. Of course, there is no problem to wait. As for now, I don't have complaints about how Hdac communicates with us, despite bounty distribution delays. |

This is good that they are doing presentations on big blockchain events around the world. Transparency and marketing is the key to successful ICO in this bad market conditions. This is the worst time from 3 years to start an ICO. Sonner only white papers were funded with millions. Today people are much more careful with their investments after so many scams.
