Today I got an email from
envion.support@wenger-plattner.ch that my claim will be accepted when I will send additional documents because during the online claim process I have only signed documents electronically and this has to be signed personally. I got two weeks to fulfill the requirements. So, I think all bounty hunters who started the online claim are at least accepted in the claiming process.
We were afraid about the documents and how to fill them up correctly but even if something is wrong then this should be no problem because one will get an email asking to correct all errors if they found any during the control. Additionally in the email will be provided what is wrong, what to upload again and how.
Fingers crossed and I keep waiting.

I see that the portal is still open so if there are any bounty hunters left which haven't claimed their bounty tokens I suggest to do it ASAP if it is still possible of course.
This email reply for me on bounty claim :
Dear Mr....,
The data and / or documents you provided on the claim registration portal in the bankruptcy proceedings of envion AG are not correct and / or incomplete.
You have not uploaded a valid identity document in the mask "Passport". Please upload a valid document. Driver's licence are not accepted. Also the document uploaded in the mask "Sign claims form" is incomplete. Please upload all three pages of the document.
You have also not provided sufficient proof of purchase. Please upload screenshots of your dashboard/the transactions you want to proof as the uploaded document is not sufficient proof. We need immutable documents. Otherwise, you must complete and upload the form "No purchase documents" in the mask "Your token purchase" for each transaction for which you do not have purchase documents. Please complete the uploaded documents accordingly.
Should you not comply with the aforementioned request to correct or supplement your data and / or documents within the next two weeks, we expressly reserve the right to reject your claims in accordance with Art. 59 par. 1 of the Ordinance on the Management of Bankruptcy Offices (KOV; SR 281.32).
