64  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Worthy to know history of some bitcoin attacks on: March 06, 2018, 04:19:24 AM
I found this information while surfing the internet and wanna share.
bitcoin has come a long way and has withstood some notable hacks. Currently, the attacks on bitcoin are more political. some of the previous attacks that are worthy of note are:

Allinvain
It’s not a bitcoin service, but honorary mention has to go to Allinvain, a member of the BitcoinTalk forums who, in June 2011, became the first person to suffer a major loss owing to a bitcoin hack.

Mt Gox
The first MtGox hack came a little after Allinvain’s. The company, which at the time had a near-monopoly on the trade between bitcoins and real money, suffered a catastrophic hack just one week later.

An attacker with a Hong Kong IP address compromised an account on the site, and then made a massive sale of bitcoins, causing the price of the currency to drop from $32.00 per coin to mere pennies. Ironically, the hackers themselves didn’t even manage to profit from it; their attempts to withdraw the looted money hit up against Mt Gox’s withdrawal limit of $1000 a day.

Bitcoin Savings and Trust
Following the collapse of the first bitcoin bubble, hacking activity died down for a bit. With bitcoins worth single-digit dollars, there was less motivation to steal them. But in the summer of 2012, one of the biggest – in bitcoin terms – scams ever began to fall apart.
These are a few of them. you can read more here: https://www.theguardian.com/technology/2014/mar/18/history-of-bitcoin-hacks-alternative-currency

PS:
I would be glad to know more from old members of the forum. History is good for posterity.
Yes im glad to knowing the history of bitcoin for what is the rote of this wonderful oppurtunity and we knowing the attacks of that century jobing this oppurtunity and its nice to know the bitcoin attacks.

69  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Reasons Why We Should Love Bitcoin on: March 02, 2018, 02:36:26 AM
In the place I live most people I invite to know bitcoin always refuse to recognize bitcoin... What happened to this people?

This is the reason why we have to love bitcoin :
- Bitcoin Makes Trade Easier
Modern economics is rooted in the belief that competition in the global economy is a free What this means is that when nations interact through peaceful relations and trade all participants will get benefit. This belief is at the root of all arguments for free trade and globalization; the more opportunities there are for people on Earth to trade with each other. As the first globally available avenue for sending value around the world instantly, the Bitcoin payment network should be an immensely powerful tool for fostering the continued globalization of trade and, by extension, greater prosperity for all of humanity. people should recognize this opportunity.
- Bitcoin is not controlled by any Government or agency
The Blockchain database using bitcoin is not controlled by one party, but rather the very open to the public so that it is impossible for someone to fabricate transactions on Blockchain. The entire transaction was recorded live, transparent, and spread to millions of servers. Those who want to alter or falsify the data transaction Bitcoin, must compromise millions of these servers at the same time.
- secure
You might think that the bitcoin system open source enables a computer genius can break system bitcoin and published a number of bitcoin for himself. In fact this system has been reviewed by various circles as flawless. Every past transaction data stored in all peer across the network, and must be a sequence. Each transaction will be verified by a number of peer recently was declared valid. Bitcoin system is safe, unsafe is users and money exchangers. Just as the internet banking password, hackers could easily steal some money from you if your computer is infected by a virus.

In the end though, there is people will probably continue to disregard what is going on with Bitcoin. And that’s ok. It just means there’s more for the rest of us to love.

And for you guys, why continue to love bitcoin?

Well there are many reasons that continue to love bitcoin because it is a very high quality and wonderful oppurtunity to anf from us, so that continue to love bitcoin because there are many ways to help, and it is a easy to success and have a great lovelots for this oppurtunity and giving thank you

74  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: How to sell Bitcoin on your Cell Phone from a Paper Wallet on: February 28, 2018, 03:51:20 AM
If anyone out there is curious about this process (which I recently just went through) to sell Bitcoin on your cell phone from a paper wallet -than this thread is for you. I’ll lay it out step by step -

1) You need to check and see if you have any forked coins (shitcoins) here: http://Forkexplorer.com  AND http://www.findmycoins.ninja/

-If you plan to redeem those coins you can read about how to do so here:

Bitcoin Cash- https://bitcoinmagazine.com/articles/beginners-guide-claiming-your-bitcoin-cash-and-selling-it/

Bitcoin Gold- https://99bitcoins.com/how-to-claim-bitcoin-gold-btg-guide/

Bitcoin diamond/SuperBitcoin etc- https://steemit.com/cryptocurrency/@olsm/how-to-claim-bitcoin-diamond-bcd-super-bitcoin-sbtc-and-bitcoin-gold-btg

2) Now once you are ready to transfer your Bitcoin to an exchange to sell

-Download Mycelium app

3) Once downloaded open app and click on “Coldstorage”
-scan private key QR code
-Make sure you click “SWEEP ALL FUNDS”- THIS IS VITAL !!!
-type in the wallet’s public address in which you wish to transfer bitcoin in order to sell
-Confirm it hits your new address and you’re ready to sell

4) Void paper wallet-No reason to use again & remember Satoshi said to never use a private key twice!
Well if your phone having a highest storage you can download apps for sellinh and buying bifcoins but its just you wait a time than other gadgets like laptop its just a faster than cellphone and its easy to touching keyboard

78  Economy / Exchanges / Re: How would you build an exchange? on: February 27, 2018, 11:07:46 PM
If you were going to build a new cryptocurrency exchange, how would you do it?

Would you use existing open source software such as Peatio, would you create a custom made platform, or would you try to use one of the existing decentralized exchange platforms?

Consider from a business perspective as well as a developer's perspective...  Smiley
Well i believe there are many reasons to exchange, to see the best thing or advice to achieve your goals in life, so you can build exchange if that your decission to yourself that you can see a best advice to achieve your goals.
79  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you deal with loss? on: February 27, 2018, 11:03:08 PM
So in trading how do you deal with loss? For example you've invested in an alt and now it has fallen quite hard and you're on the brink of losing all your bitcoin you invested in it.
How do you actually deal with it? Do you wait and keep on waiting in hope that it will bounce back up and return your investment or you sell and get whatever left of your investment?

Well there is nothing to comback in the past, the only one thing to accept it.when it happens very upsetand i blame myself and my stupidity, but i consider to acceptthe loses as an inevitable part of this wonderful oppurtunity
80  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Selling ideas on: February 27, 2018, 10:56:11 PM
Okay guys now i got the whole view . Thanks all for reply.

I need to build a credit . ( I am not asking for money and there is no way for me to scam anybody since i am the one who will be paid i might get scammed Smiley ) but i totally understand building credit is important .

I need to search inbetween my friends or my friends line in someone i trust and have the skills to help me . ( i will try to build a good friends line here in this form because currently no one in my friends know even what  crypto currency is about Cheesy.

I will work hard to achieve what you guys advised me .

Yes, very true. A good way to meet people who know how to code, etc., would maybe to attend tech related conventions (If there are any near you) to meet new people and learn new things. Or, you can teach yourself how to code and maybe start small, build a capital, then once you have a big enough capital, start your main idea.
Well selling ideas is not buying because you have your own ideas and mind to think those important things its better to sharing a ideas than selling, yes you can get a money but is not a sale you do everything to knowing a things so ideas is not selling its just a sharing, in bitcoin your ideas was not selling its up on your own mind that answering the questionaires like in the school, and other job.
