the blockchain stress test might be effecting things. might just have to wait it out, i dont no when tho.

I hope it is. I have a fair amount of gh invested and would like to be paid for it. Usually bitmain is pretty good with it so I am sure it will be resolved within 24 hours or so. Keep in mind the timezone difference as well
62  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][BURST] Burst | Efficient HDD Mining | New 1.2.3 Fork block 92000 on: September 10, 2015, 04:18:14 AM
Things need to change for BURST. Clearly the way it is now is not working. Giving a percent to the DEVS is reasonable assuming the rewards are increased or at least plateau and not consistently decreasing like it is now. The new core team looks good but making bitladen the lead dev gives me a lot of mixed feelings. He has a vested interested in this coin (with all the hashpower) and I am sure he is more than qualified to be a DEV but his attitude is a major turnoff. If we start attracting new people who start posting opinions it does not look inviting to have the lead dev posting rude comments just because he disagrees with the poster. The decentralized file storage would be similar to STORJ? Is that the end game for it or am I misinterpreting it? Like I said earlier there needs to be more utilization of the coin that is not just from an investment standpoint. A lot of people like to gamble with bitcoin so having a gambling aspect with burst could be helpful (dice games, sports betting, casino ,etc).  Hopefully its possible.

Increasing the mining rewards is not a bad idea because I thought the constant downtrend on rewards really hurts the POC concept. It should be increased and more or less kept at that reward level for a long period (similar to bitcoin/litecoin and the halving aspect but maybe not as low as halving). Providing more utilization for Burst is a must. The assets are definitely a good start but thats more from an investor standpoint. You need more utilization from a common user as well. Looking at the CLAMS concept maybe a burst dice game like dooglus has? Give the players an option to play or invest in the bank roll.  It seems to have really helped CLAMS maintain a good value (although the POS aspect also helps fund that bankroll and keep its popularity as well). I think the burst/btc exchange would be nice as well but more direct utilization of burst is needed.

I don't mind a fee, I just hope it is reasonable.

It is definitely ok since most people had to figure it was coming sooner or later (I thought much sooner than now). I just hope the fee is equivalent to other exchanges and is like .25% and not a crazy figure like 2%

A headsup or advanced notification would be nice. (1 week +)

applying fees on market operations too?? maybe I missed something....  Shocked

It looks like they are getting ready to implement a trade fee I see the Fee: 0% right now  Angry

If you look at the dip in blocks found that happened a few days ago  I am sure they are in the process of converting even the S5 mining power into their new S7 mining power at S5 maintenance fee rates.

Sad this coin had such great potential. It wasnt just another scamcoin or copy coin. Problem is development by the devs was not carried out as it should have been. I give major props to the few that helped boost it up (crowetic, etc). Hopefully this coin can be salvaged I am still holding onto every coin I ever mined with my HDD but stopped actually mining with 75% of my HDD space a while ago.

72  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [AXIOM] AxiomMemHash, Schnorr Sigs Implemented, APOS 3.0, AXH 2.0 Proposed on: September 03, 2015, 11:57:55 AM
We just committed extreme CPU speed up of +85%!!! compared to latest Axiom CPU miner released by NiceHash.

We welcome all linux gurus to tell what has to be modified in build files to successfully build the project on linux.

So far, it can compile fine in VS2013 and Mingw64. Mingw64 creates bins with much higher speeds.

We already have win bins, but will release them a bit later once we test them that everything is working fine for different CPU architectures.

Special thanks to sandor111 for creating the optimizations! BTC for donations: 1AMsjqzXQpRunxUmtn3xzQ5cMdhV7fmet2

EDIT: Read here to get Win bins: https://www.nicehash.com/index.jsp?p=news&id=36

Great news. Just wish the devs would be supporting this coin as much as you guys have been.

Be careful, if someone "just download" a illegal file, your account can be closed by microsoft. Can you prevent it?

I can not. I state to all my customers before I send the VPS or receive payment do not use it for anything illegal (hacking/cracking/torrents). Game botting, hitleap, etc is fine. I can not prevent it but I do monitor the bandwidth on the VPS (can't see specifics but you can tell if its being used for torrents). I have a few different microsoft accounts but never rent my main one out. I hope people just do the right thing and so far people have. Each microsoft account can hold 2-3 VPS (depending on which you pick). I tend to group member rankings on this forum accordingly to prevent the closing of the account.

Marlborozz your VPS was sent about 5 min ago check your PM.

Still a few more VPS available for anyone else!
74  Economy / Digital goods / Re: WTS VPS (private) with various specs. on: August 30, 2015, 02:05:20 PM
guarantee how much days sir ?

Well I guarantee for the length of your payment. If there is any downtime I will compensate with a more or less equal extension on your due date. Like I said these are not hacked/cracked so do not worry about anything happening to them. THe username and password I will create and you are free to change it since it will be yours to use.
75  Economy / Digital goods / Re: WTS VPS (private) with various specs. on: August 30, 2015, 02:02:48 PM
Ill try to answer both your questions.

@kae1078 On azure servers the internet speed is about 15-20mbps download and upload. On my private dedicated server it is burstable to 1gbps and is usually at least 300mbps (both up and down). There is a quota on both. You can not use either for torrents or as a seedbox. On azure download is pretty lenient just dont start downloading terabytes of data in days. Upload I have to pay on azure so do not abuse it. Let me know about how much bandwidth you need. On my dedicated server there is a limit but its pretty high (I have about 10-15 TB to spare atm).

@jerryCurlzzz

The servers are not mine but the private dedicated one I am renting for projects which I have now completed so just trying to sell the remaining time on it. The azure servers are from my accounts but hosted by microsoft. The are all owned by me and not cracked/hacked. I accept paypal gift from reputable members (Senior+ members like yourself).

Let me know if there is anymore questions

76  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: HASHNEST Discussion and Support Thread on: August 30, 2015, 02:29:51 AM
I always get that, but my account is still safe,
But i do not want to continue (to log on this site).
I never get this warning from google and mozilla before. Yesterday i still can login normally without this warning.
I will wait for HashNest Support Team.
Be careful, you can get serious attack from "Untrusted Connection".
Https is secure connection, not untrusted connection.
You can try to open the other 'https' site such as blockchain, coinbase, etc. And it is not give you warning like this.

I got this warning everytime I logged into hashnest since they took over the previous company. Just confirm the exception and it won't appear anymore
77  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: HASHNEST Discussion and Support Thread on: August 29, 2015, 02:34:07 PM
It seems S2 on hashnest is done. All trading has stopped and now you can redeem for hardware although its not worth the shipping and handling cost. Some people were bound to take a hefty loss.
78  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: ANTMINER S7 is available at bitmaintech.com with 4.86TH/s, 0.25J/GH on: August 29, 2015, 02:28:14 PM
Amazing how quick technology advances. Explains the recent bumps in difficulty
79  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: NEW: Hashnest PACMiC V3 - 0.666 BTC/THS on: August 29, 2015, 02:18:51 AM
I decided to turn my auto-invest off, not going to take the risk.
I keep going back, and forth thinking the same thing.  After this difficulty adjustment I will switch auto-buy off.

Edit: But, then again price seems to be improving and v3 still selling (9549T left) so why not just let it ride?  See I'm still second guessing lol
It all comes down to how long you plan to stay in bitcoin and not cash out and if you need to use the bitcoin. IF you dont need it always invest it. The PACMIC contracts are pretty safe contracts. There are better ways to make more bitcoin but they are of course a lot riskier.
80  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Make $300 A DAY With ZERO Investment! Rave reviews inside! on: August 28, 2015, 08:58:54 PM
You are talking about posts and reviews from 4 years ago. Those mean nothing now since the method might not still work. If you want I will review it if your willing to provide me a free vouch copy. Be warned I will review it honestly and if its a public method I will say so.
