this sig campaign was mine for a long time (3-4 months). It is great for those who do not post much and it has no real restrictions you can have other sigs etc. Of course because of this the price is lower than others but overlall its a good sig that pays out regularly.

any spot to check which pays best?
No ideally in the long run they should all pay about the same (assuming you are using one of the top 3 pools). What comes down to choosing the pool is fees, support, and reliability. ghash is 0% fees but can be a little glitchy at times. btcguild is pretty big and has great reliability but has fees. I could go on with other pools as well. BEst advice I can give is try a few and see which you like the best. It all comes down to personal preference.

hashnest does have a higher maintenance fee but the GHS is cheaper then GAW to start with and it will take a long time to make up the extra you payed for the GHS on GAW with the lower fee's if it stay's in business. Also there are a lot of unhappy customs at GAW and the company is a bit dogy. Check out the threads on here about GAW and hashlets and the way they do business. I would say GAW is anything but dogy. The only thing non-transparent is the mysterious zen pool and its higher payouts. Other than that there are not too many concerns. Also almost everyone who bought hashlets have no regrets. I personally am invested in both GAW and hashnest and both have their pros and cons. GAW does not have an official marketplace to sell the cloud mining back but hashnest does.

Unless you have authorisation from GAW, this could cost you your account. They've just changed the rules on sales of hashlets!
I can confirm this is true. its posted all over hashtalk. Be careful. most likely the official marketplace is incoming might be bettrr to wait til then then risk losing the account

GAW Genesis Hashlets will not ROI unless they do something special. THe difficulty is increasing too fast. Even just a 15% increase in difficulty will never ROI. GAW is known for running good promotions though and if you can resell the hashlet when the marketplace opens then possibly you might ROI. Also if they run a few extra promos like double your hash. But strictly a dollar gh will not ROI

Many people are too pessimistic. Sure if this was a new company I would be a lot more worried. Sure GAW is not being transparent with zenpool but they have a great track record. A lot of the competitors are now following (look at BITMAIN) so it means this new idea is pretty good and is making profits for the hosting company. It does not mean this is a scam. ROI is a different story though
Bitmain makes their own asics and everyone knows it since they sell them. Gaw doesn't make their own asics. Kind of a big difference. But you are right, cloud mining seems to be gaining a lot of traction at the moment. This might not be true for too much longer. true bitmain makes their own asics but the point i am trying to say is the hashlet model is sustainable since bitmain is doing the same who we know is 100% legit. if they can follow suit it means its profitable for a company to do it so no reason why gaw would be scamming since they are making a profit from it. it also would not surprise me if gaw has a contract with either bitmain or another asic company since they launched the genesis sha hashlet and will allow prime hashlets to mine sha as well.

Hi,
I was getting a high amount of errors/rejects so I have setup the stratum proxy to see if this would help me.
I was wondering if I could run the stratum proxy on the same computer that controls the miner? I have it installed on a separate machine at the moment but having the two running at the same time to mine could be a problem.
Also, would a raspberry pii be capable to run the proxy? I only have one 28 Mh/s Zoomhash Thunder X3 ASIC mining.
Cheers,
Snoz.
what program you using? bfg or cgminer? i noticed a lot of errors 1-3% with cgminer on windows and occasional crashes. i started using cgminer for linux and it runs smooth. minimal errors if any .1% or so. also never crashes running solid for weeks.

anyone want a $450 gamestop giftcard ?
Do you allow escrow and what is the price? I was looking for offers on the gamestop card and yes a escrow can be worked out if needed. card can be used in store or onliine. I would like to use escrow just because it is a big amount. I can offer you 70% of its value so 315. I can already get them at 80% from other sellers so you definitely need to beat that.

IF they only charged 6% maint heck even 18% they would sell out so fast i dont think people would have a chance to reach apart from a few big players. They would then be able to get more equipment for more power. If i was them i would also consider opening a datacenter here in the USA like Washington state i think companies there pay like $0.05 per KWH. They have amongst the cheapest power since it is renewable green energy i think its hydo power.
Keep in mind I am sure only a portion of it is for electric (30-40% of the fees or so?) and a huge chunk is for maintenance, cooling, rent, overhead, etc. If you look at pictures of BITMAIN's warehouses they have about 4 of them and they are huge. I am sure they are not paying too high of an electric rate. Besides I am sure they are pocketing at least a small portion of the maintenance fee since the site has no transactions fees or anything. Otherwise it would not make sense for them to cloud mine when they can just sell equipment since they are frequently sold out of batches.

6% would be amazing but all companies take about 35% or more so far in terms of cloud mining so the price is about on par. But I agree they should change it since it can be misleading. Although I doubt it is intentional since they are not natively English
