Now the sell wall at 550 is 2551BTC, that's 1.4 million dollars, come on...

Its BTC1,616 exactly on Bitstamp

2K+ on finex @ 552

Someone is trying really hard to stop the price from climbing, I mean a 1400BTC sell wall, why would you sell at $550 when there's a rally going on?

It's a good exit strategy. Not sure how long this rally will last. He's not trying to catch the peak

He doesn't want to sell at $550, he wants to buy all the coins other people put below his wall.

I'm not even watching the chart. Did he actually sell his 1400 coins? Or he just put the wall up, let me check

edit; I'm feeling dumb now. yes of course

Really?  We could easily pop to $650/$700 and it would be nothing compared to Nov/Dec.  I wouldn't consider this some huge rally (from the bottom).  We were at double this 5 months ago.

For some reason Huobi is struggling to keep up with Stamp. What do I know, maybe you're right. Time will tell

What happened to doge? 592? Is that a glitch? Cheesy

Yes, glitch
67  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: May 23, 2014, 02:05:39 AM
Too much optimism. This is a bad sign

No retracement?

Oh --- off. You were crying down yesterday; now its up and back down to where it was and you're saying "BAD SIGN Cry" as if you arent totally biased.

No. Here:

This is it. I'm shorting. The peak follows a logarithmic trend with the other peaks

Trying to catch a peak seems just as dangerous as trying to catch a falling knife, especially when the price has risen 1% in the last minute

Nevermind

lmao, the RSI is as high as the 2000CNY pump in the early days

much artificial

This is it. I'm shorting.

May be you should reconsider  Cheesy

I'll draw a log curve soon, but look at the long-term trend, the peak at 3000 just "fits" in.

RSI is extremely high, as high as early-March 1000CNY pump (which means it's mostly artificial)

Correction will follow. This was like pumping through butter for the Chinese pumpers

Rumors. And bullshit

You're just pissed you don't have any more negative China "rumors and bullshit" to post.

Why should I post more FUD? (facts u dislike?)

I've already said everything there need to be said. Now we wait

btw, I get real-time news update from China from about 25 sources, so that's why I said bullshit

Because you said that you loved posting those topics, which makes you a dick IMO.  That's great that you get some BS Chinese news feeds.  Whats even better is that you can't even read Chinese and rely on Google translate when a number of native Chinese speakers have warned that doing so is quite dumb.

Edit:  And using "facts u dislike" for FUD is almost as stupid as "hodl", neither of which earns the user respect in my book.

One thing I love about the internet: it reveals one's real personality without filters.

I probably make myself look like a dick in real life, but sheesh, you look like a pretentious little cunt.

How do I earn your respect sir? What would I get in return? The dropt seal of approval?

Keep hating, I'll keep hustling.

Appears related to this, per btc-e trollbox:

MarketQ          PBOC to create a special banking unit for the funding of bitcoin exchanges
MarketQ          China Exchange moving oversees
MarketQ          Chinese offshore Yuan available for trading... if you were wondering why its rising, Chinese offshore Yuan available for trading, thats why.

Rumors. And bullshit
76  Economy / Speculation / Re: 20/05/2014 Price movement from $445-463 on: May 20, 2014, 04:06:36 AM
Someone suggested that Coinotron had a 51% mining share of LTC.
Other people suggested bullish news from China.

LTC pools are still finding blocks, no bullish news from China. No one knows.

My guess is a small whale'ish correction to fit the small uptrend from May 11th, as no news really back up the pump
77  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: May 20, 2014, 03:29:13 AM
By the way Bitcoinwisdom is lagging by 5 minutes. Huobi has already reached 2842 CNY about 5 minutes ago. It's now falling down to 2820
78  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: May 20, 2014, 03:26:15 AM
It's pumping through butter. No resistance. Too funny
79  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: May 20, 2014, 02:45:14 AM
After further research, nothing is backing up this pump. I think it's a small artificial "correction" to keep up with the slow uptrend
80  Economy / Speculation / Re: Billionaire Richard Branson Invests in Bitcoin Payment Processor BitPay on: May 20, 2014, 02:37:42 AM
Did you know that Li Ka-shing ("Superman") is also investing millions in BitPay, despite the current situation in China?
