61  Other / Meta / Re: Mods/Admin, help please on: February 05, 2014, 08:58:42 AM
i am sorry for my behavior last night here and im sure it doest paint a nice picture but what else can i do besides shutting up and taking it? i have removed all but my initial negative rep stating that he is making false accusations because he has not removed his negative rep which is a blatant lie/defamation of character and downright slanderous and i refuse to simply bend over and take it purely because i am new and he is not.. i gave him benefit of the doubt the first time he left me bad rep and then removed it, this time he has not removed it so he deserves everything he gets.

as for mods not being able to do anything.. i dont believe that for a second.. maybe they cant remove it themselves but they sure as hell can instruct him to remove it. also looking through other rep he has got it appears he is claiming people are scammers to make himself look good on the forum as there has been loads of others getting the same treatment before me. now if that is not a troll then i dont know what is..

i was only being immature because thats the way he has behaved and i saw no other immediate way to convince him to put right what he has done wrong. what else was i suposed to do if mods will do nothing? just accept a bad rep that will mean no one will trade with me from some internet troll that doesnt know me from adam and makes false accusations against me? i think i may seriously look up the legalities of this as i know in real life someone could be taken up for defamation of character or making slanderous accusations with no evidence to back it up. i have no problem filing legal action or reporting him to whoever i can if mods will not assist me here.

i registered purely out of a newly discovered interest in bitcoins, why should i be forced to have to put up with or accept accusations which are not true? quite simply i do not so until he stops being an asshole and removes his bad rep on me i will not let this go.. you DO NOT accuse people of things when they have not done anything wrong or when you have no evidence to back up your claims.

@jimmyjames, i PMed him the first time he did it. before he did it the second time he blocked PM's from me so i cant just PM him hence bringing the issue into the public eye here until he learns he can not make blind accusations. just because he is hiding behind a keyboard does not mean i must therefor accept whatever he wished to do that has a direct impact on me and any potential business of mine as a member here.

EDIT: also if i cannot take legal action against him then i shall take action against the site/forum for standing idly by and allowing this to happen and then doing nothing about it when i bring it to your attention as i will lose potential revenue because of his defamtory accusations. i will cease and decist any action i am looking into or start to take once the situation has been rectified, until such times i am now looking into legal action against him and/or  te site/forum operators.

yea welcome.. hooray.. pfft.. at this rate ill be leaving about as quickly as i arrived. Vod left me some bullshit negative trust because hes an asshole and believes every newbie is a scammer. im gonna bury the fucker in bad rep until he deletes it seeing as he seems to want to play games. pity he decided to play with the newbie that likes to play back.

thanks anyway though  Grin
63  Other / Meta / Re: Mods/Admin, help please on: February 05, 2014, 01:43:45 AM
i know but if i have not scammed someone then he should not be able to negative rep me saying that i have, am or will.

could you please tell him to delete that. i left him a neg also but as i did the first time i will remove mine as well as my signature once he has removed his stupid childish rep. or if it is unmoderated and he wants to play games im sure i could start piling the negatives up on him one after another, after another, after another, after another and so on. honestly the principle of things sticks with me so id have no issue wasting like 4 hours burying him in negative rep just for being an asshole. Vod, i hope your reading this.. you fucked with the wrong dude, delete it or the gloves are off.
64  Economy / Lending / Re: Loan Idea on: February 05, 2014, 01:31:45 AM
you want to talk about the trust system being flawed? look at mine.. this is a prime example. though im not going to take it laying down so ill just keep my nice signature until that asshole decides to remove his negative rep he so graciously left for me.
65  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: just another noob.. on: February 05, 2014, 12:56:10 AM
Huh?? you lost me lol
66  Other / Meta / Mods/Admin, help please (will pursue legal routes if not dealt with) on: February 05, 2014, 12:54:35 AM
Vod has negative repped me not once but twice. the first time i did the same to him and he deleted his bad rep on me so i did the same. hes now done it a second time so i have done the same again. i have better things to be doing with my time than bickering with some immature member for no apparent reason other than hes obviously taken a disliking to me because i am new and i dont take kindly to being accused of being a potential scammer purely because i am new. any actual evidence in my very short time being here thus far has been good as i bought 0.12BTC off of Foysal and paid him with paypal to which hes done whatever with the money as i have not scammed him. feel free to contact him and verify that..

furthermore Vod has followed me into 2 threads making defamatory comments and telling people to beware and whatnot which allthough does not directly accuse me of being a scammer sure as hell paints a pretty picture of it though.

here is my first instance of interacting with him where he basically accuses me of being a scammer:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=446932.msg4941036#msg4941036

and here is what he has negative repped me for, not once but twice! seriously? wtf? (this is the first thread he followed me into)
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=358172.msg4940053#msg4940053

not happy with the arguement in that thread he then follows me (for a second time) to a for sale thread of mine where he paints me as a potential scammer yet again:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=449416.0

seriously.. sort it out. im not interested in bickering with him i just want to be left alone and let any transactions i do on here speak for me rather than some random guy with a bee in his bonnet for newbies.  Roll Eyes
67  Economy / Lending / Re: Islamic Bank of Bitcoin - LOANS on: February 05, 2014, 12:42:26 AM
and you wouldnt be annoyed in the slightest if people are constantly accusing you of being a potential scammer purely because your new? he even negative repped me for no reason, granted he did remove the bad rep but that may only be because i returned the favour which put his rep in the red. hell hes even followed me into 2 threads, this being one of them purely to make defamatory comments with no evidence whatsoever. the only factual evidence he does mention is about the 0.12BTC i bought from foysal (above) on saturday to which i have had good rep from and given good rep to as i sent payment first. he says i could still reverse the transaction but tell me this.. if i was going to reverse the transaction why havent i done it by now? the only reason i initially registered here was for foysal to PM me his paypal email and to PM me the cex redeem code for 0.12BTC after getting payment, i can take a screenshot of these PM's showing that they were on the same day i registered if you like? if i was goin to scam him why wouldnt i have reversed the transaction as soon as BTC was sent and then just left the site? its not like im gaining anything by being here thus far apart from being branded a potential scammer just because im new.. any idea how long before paypal reversals are not able to be done anymore? i cant wait to prove him (and all others doubting my honesty) wrong...

little PM extract since hes blocked PM's from me..

I AM NOT A SCAMMER YOU FUCKING RETARD

If you think I'm a fucking retard, then you're not interested in what I have to say.

im not particularly, however, when you make unsubstantiated comments about me and my trustworthyness then you cross the line. by all means call me a scammer and shout it from the rooftops for all i care if i actually scam someone...

EDIT: look now hes gone and negative repped me again! and i have done absolutely nothing wrong nor have i scammed anyone! this is fucking rediculous. the first time i repaid the favour and he deleted his comment so i did too but twice now? im speaking to a mod/admin about this, this is bordering on harassment/defamation of character ffs.
68  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Misc. Domain Names For Sale (BTC only) on: February 05, 2014, 12:22:11 AM
seriously dude, fuck you... stop following me around and being a dick.just because im a newbie doesnt automatically mean im going to scam someone. i swear i have never seen a more paranoid bunch of people in my 29 years on this planet. its bordering on comical..

if any longer standing members or members with some good rep are interested in any domains i may be willing to send first and receive payment from you afterwards depending on the domain and/or how many. if interested in multiple domains maybe agree a price and send 1, pay 1, send 1 pay 1 unless you are willing to pay upfront.

EDIT: Vod has left me negative rep because he is an asshole.. if you are interested in any of the domain names please feel free to click my trust link under my name, read his stupid "scammer!" comment and check the reference for that comment where you can clearly see i have not scammed anyone and he just has either taken a disliking to me or perhaps he genuinely believes i will scam the person mentioned there who i paid for BTC with paypal a few days ago because there are so many scammers about? either way i dont know wtf he is playing at but i have not done anything wrong and am in contact with moderators to get this sorted out.

yea thats great and all but.. I AM NOT A SCAMMER YOU FUCKING RETARD  Angry

so what are you now following me around in threads just to accuse me of being a scammer when i havent done a damn thing wrong and the only limited evidence there is points to me being genuine? would you like a screenshot of my paypal transactions? virwox, cex, etc, etc?

EDIT: i just had an idea for collateral.. how about one or some of my domain names? https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=449416.0
73  Economy / Lending / Re: Offering loans up to 0.5 BTC on: February 04, 2014, 11:33:26 PM
then why offer loans to newbies?

200usd is like 130gbp, im seriously going to be trying to scam for 130gbp when i work 37 hours a week, run a small business mapping/chipping old BMW's, have approximately 40 odd domain names for sale on sedo and sell random stuff (mostly car parts) on ebay.. im not that desperate for a measley 200usd/130gbp. im sure if you googled my username (cue the scammers copy usernames from other forums brigade) im sure you would find i am on many ECU tuning sites, some BMW related sites and i could direct you to my ebay user ID which has the same name just with car model after it which also all matches up with my paypal email..

at some point people need to remove the tinfoil hats and realise when someone is not a scammer.. what really boils my shite is that people are essentially accusing me of being a scammer by default purely because i am new. im not a scammer and im a stickler for the principal on things hence getting a bit annoyed, particularly, when finding someone supposedly willing to loan to newbies and thinking, great, my problems are solved and then having the door slammed in my face because i cant put down collateral equalling the amount i want a loan of? if i had enough to put down an equal amount of collateral i wouldnt be looking for a loan.. that totally defeats the purpose of getting a loan in the first place.

is there perhaps anyone a bit more flush with BTC that could afford a 200usd/130gbp loss in a worst case scenario and loan me the 0.25BTC i need just to prove the point that i am not a scammer? i mean seriously.. i offered to give screenshots of anything he wants to prove what im doing with the BTC and why i need a loan.. i wouldnt waste this much of my time for 130gbp ffs.

EDIT: i had a brainfart.. i can offer a domain or domain names as collateral. why didnt i think of this before Embarrassed https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=449416.0
74  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: WARNING: PAYPAL STARTED MASSIVE ACCOUNT BAN ON ANYTHING BITCOIN RELATED on: February 04, 2014, 10:43:36 PM
hmm.. interesting to know.. i have sold some GHS on cex recently. no words of warning yet and there are plenty of others doing the same.

good job i should have my bank account setup for adding payees soon so i can buy my BTC that way as have been using virwox up until i hit the deposit limit for the month.
75  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Where to buy BTC with paypal? or maybe debit card (somewhere safe like virwox?) on: February 04, 2014, 10:36:03 PM
is c-cex not fairly new? i want somewhere long-ish standing/official like virwox. i may be a newbie but momma didnt raise no fool..

i will only need to buy BTC via paypal maybe 1-3 times most likely as i should hopfully have something set up somewhere to buy BTC via bank transfer in the next week or 2.

i MAY be able to buy BTC with my debit card somewhere well known/trusted/secure.. i say may as im not sure if my bank would pay out while my account is overdrawn or not, id have to try it and see.
76  Economy / Lending / Re: Loan Idea on: February 04, 2014, 10:30:31 PM
fundamental flaw is you could potentially do the "i forgot my password" routine and reset it via email and be away with the 1BTC plus your own.
77  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: cex.io VS bit-mining.io on: February 04, 2014, 10:26:29 PM
yea if you play the game right cex.io can be fairly lucrative at the minute.. if i didnt dip into my profits to help pay down an overdraft on my bank account id have around 1BTC or the equivalent GHS. not bad for like a week in the game.

79  Economy / Lending / Re: Islamic Bank of Bitcoin - LOANS on: February 04, 2014, 10:17:25 PM
any chance of a 0.25BTC loan? i have been using virwox to buy BTC with my paypal account (paypal in, convert to linden dollars then convert to BTC) but i have reached my 30 day deposit limit. i have the money to buy 0.25BTC but cant do anything with it for atleast 2 days until my virwox account reaches next level and deposit limit increases.

i have about 1.4LTC which i could put down as collateral or could send enough to buy 0.25BTC via paypal as collateral which you could give me back on repayment of the loan (in about 2 days time). i can give screenshots of virwox transaction history and showing that i have hit my deposit limit as well as give screenshots from my cex.io account showing the same amounts of BTC (less fees) that left virwox being deposited into cex as well as withdrawals of GHS in redeem code form from cex. im needing the 0.25BTC to buy more GHS at cex as im doing a little rinse and repeat operation selling GHS on ebay (hence the paypal money).

i only have one person so far who can vouch for me, his username here is foysal and he sold me 0.12BTC, i paid with paypal and didnt try to scam him. i could also track down the 65gbp i sent him in paypal and take a screenshot of that plus one of the 0.12BTC being deposited into my cex account.
80  Economy / Lending / Re: Offering loans up to 0.5 BTC on: February 04, 2014, 10:04:02 PM
you did not reply.. i said i can give collateral. if i transfer my current BTC balance to LTC i can give collateral of about 1.4LTC

not every newbie is a scammer ffs  Angry

what a waste of a PM.. i can give collateral, i can post screenshots of my paypal balance, my virwox account at its limit, my transaction history on cex.io and whatever the f--k else you want. i have had more than 0.25BTC pass through my hands both ways already why the f--k would i want to scam someone for a measley 0.25BTC. why offer a service and offer it to newbies if you then dont provide it when a newbie asks for a loan? i swear you guys in bitcointalk are batting 1000 in terms of making me not want to help out a single one of you once im established here and have some BTC about me.. well apart from foysal, hes a f--kin legend for helping me out not once but twice.

1.4 LTC are about ~30$ = 0.03 BTC - this is far away from 0.25 BTC.

Just gave you my requirements, you don't fullfill them, so it's more then risky for me. Sorry.

fair enough but you could have said that.. i had someone else offer me a loan also but when i said i could give collateral of 1.4LTC i was basically offered the equivalent amount in BTC. i dont know if you operate the same way but if so can you please tell me what the point in you giving or someone else receiving a loan for say 0.25BTC for example but having to put down collateral totalling the equivalent of 0.25BTC.. if the person had that much then they wouldnt be looking for a loan?

would you loan me 0.25BTC if i give you 1.4LTC or however much LTC i can muster (would be around that) and i can give you the difference up to 0.25BTC worth in GBP via paypal which you can give me back on loan repayment. yes i could potentially do a chargeback and leave you sitting with only 1.4LTC or so but seriously.. PM foysal and ask him if i can be trusted. hell ill even let you keep the 1.4LTC afterwards because ill make that and then some trading the GHS id be buying... i need BTC fast because GHS prices on cex.io are in the toilet (go ahead, go to their site/trade page and look at btc/ghs price over last 1-2 weeks) which is why i have been trying to get more BTC ever since i maxxed my virwox deposit limit. i have already missed the initial crash last night but luckily prices went up and have been on the decline since so are fairly low now again. i can give you screenshots of whatever u want, etc to prove or help show that i am straight up and not out to scam anyone. i have made damn near 1BTC already though have not been re-investing as im overdrawn with my bank until i get paid on the 15th. been funnelling profits into bank to reduce and hopefully clear the OD so when wages are in i can set up a payee and buy BTC from one of the more popular/trusted markets via bank transfer because as you and i both know, paypal sucks for this.

@ jakedeez, lol
