I can google for some nice programmers with brilliant reputation, put them on my list and start ICO. How you gonna deal with it?  

Telling you, most of ICO (even not scammed one) are running that way.

When its "not too many participants" about 99% of bounties has a stipulation they'll reduce all payments to a half or even less so it doesn't work that way you said

And how would they check it? I doubt they have an access to government databases, or you mean they're going to send our IDs for checking to FBI?

You're right but for the really good projects that won't change anything - people know about it and will invest in it even without any Twitter or FB advertisement

You got it right, most of projects can be told from the beginning they won't reach the cap. But monitoring the team is mostly useless, they can put anybody at this list

Not really so, big project doesn't need that, mostly uninteresting projects needs airdrop to catch people attention because they can't do that any other way

Its the cheapest way of advertising and rising rapidly the number of your subscribers on social platforms. Also ref links leads to extra advertisement

You're keeping a whales like a gods, they are important but not so much. They can't regulate the whole market, only organize some activity around exact coin

That's the main problem of bounty community -- most of bounty hunters are same to spammers, that is killing the reputation of crypto community

In my opinion its less scam than that was in the past. The market grows up and nowadays you can't just create some weird ICO with stolen whitepapers and scam everybody, the people now became wiser

Of course its a market. The same way we can doubt that the stocks aren't the market, they're same to cryptocurrency in most of the ways

Only the amount you're ready to loose. Its always a risk of loosing a part of your investments or even all of them so never put more, otherwise you may find yourself stuck in debts

When will you stop panicking every time you see the prices goes down? Its damn volatility, its normal for that market. Of course there is a future for digital currency but I doubt that future will come in cryptocurrency, its just a step, I believe that cryptocurrency gonna mutate, develop into something more complicated

There used to be a bounties at Instagram some time ago but Instagram and Facebook been owned by same one company so you can easily guess why there are no more Instagram bounties  

I wish paying taxes cus that would mean that cryptocurrency been legalized. But we still have it at the grey sector of economy at the most countries of the world

That's the main point I hate in cryptocurrency: people that uses it for trades only. Its even worst than a scam projects

Thats why its a lot of ICO on the market nowadays, growing faster than a grass. However I hope some of them are made for something more than scamming
