Aren`t you overestimating his power? And doesn`t he write stuff which is directed against ANY anon coin? So yes, neither Darkcoin, Cloak, Monero, or any of the other so called anonymous coins will ever gain mainstream adoption. The future for cryptocurrency transactions is Bitcoin. The coin that overtakes Bitcoin will be a coin that is faster, smaller, so easy to use any idiot will be able to, etc... It won't be an anonymous coin. An anon coin probably wont surpass bitcoin. So? I can't believe there are idiots really selling at this stage of Cloak development. Don't know if they are weak or just think they will drop price in order to buy back in cheaper. To me it's not worth the risk. I'm holding my Cloak with an iron fist!
Having mined them for basically free in the first week, $1 each is pretty good. Selling at least 10-25% of your holdings at each big step is smart if you hold enough. |

sorry if this been allready been answered but this tread is so long I dont know where to begin  I have some DRK but I'm wondering if I should buy a lot more since the price is low at the moment. Can someone tell me why darkcoin is needed when darkwallet comes out? I'm not fully informed about both so thats where the problem is, but if you can share your opinion it would help. Look at this screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/FA7TIA6.png . You can see it's routing all of the traffic through gateway.unsystem.net. So here's our advantages vs dark wallet: 1.) We're decentralized. The clients automatically discover all masternodes and will use those 2.) Everyone will use DarkSend by default. The problem with a product you must setup like this is you'll have far fewer legitimate users to mix with. 3.) Masternodes create a new type of investment opportunity within our ecosystem much like mining. The result? We get a ton of super high quality full nodes, anonymity and happy investors. 4.) If they're accepting inputs and outputs separately they can be shut down simply by a user offering an input, but refusing to send the output. If they're accepting inputs and outputs together, it's not anonymous and it MUST be decentralized to spread the knowledge of who did what to keep anonymity. My guess is they're taking inputs and outputs separately and banning inputs that do this. In that case you could attack it by using another mixing service to get fresh inputs. |

That's the INNOVATION. No mention the RC4 testing, third party code review, and the valuable experiences we get from the difficulties that we encountered. Sorry guys I got out (100,000), made a good profit but moving to a different coin that just passed cso on my predictions list. Good luck to you all. I'll be back to bet on some games tho Good timing by me. I put these profits into Viacoin and tripled them that day. Now Im out of that and into something new. Saw it coming. GG. Someone else did that on their own. Then that is a problem within itself. Why? The coin is 3 days old. Android wallet isn't usually the first priority of a good dev. |
