Yes 8 hours is a long time to wait. Did you check the wallet address you have deposited in their website? If not then you should check it if there's a confirmation on that transaction. If none then there's nothing you can do and the asset you deposited will be lost. The site had some typos there so the site MIGHT be a scam (no offense to the site owner just making an excuse just to be safe) as I never heard of it. I'd prefer what Pamoldar stated that it's best to go to reputed gambling sites like 777coin and much more.

Never had that experience before,,, something must have been wrong with their system I think, because my experience is only 1 confirmation, which happened basically very fast after I transferred. It has been many months since I played there now though. I am back because of super squares! I took square 2 next to Jojo.

We have had an issue with a 3rd party wallet provider we've been using; and have since been waiting for our new node to sync. My understanding is this should be done today, from there - all users will get a new addresses and deposits will be credited instantly.

I have been betting on NFL games this season on BitcoinRush.io @casinobitco . I have had a winning season and I wasn't planning on betting any more games this season so I decided to withdraw the remaining amount I had on the site 0.185 BTC. I requested the withdrawal on 12/25/18. This is 5 days later now and still no withdrawal. It is showing up an "pending" on their site. I sent them 3 emails asking for an update on when the money will be sent and I haven't gotten a single response, not even an acknowledgement that they have received my emails. Is anyone else having issues getting their money out of Bitcoin Rush?  We had some staff issues and holidays during the holiday break; apologies for that. it seems everyone is suffering from wrong grading , it's kinda annoying to keep checking bet status especially if someone is doing a lot of bets on different sites
personally sometimes I may not even notice if there is a wrong grade , so hope this will be fixed really soon
few days ago I had a wrong grade , but that error paid me more since it was a double bet and one of the selections was a push but the system graded the double as a full win
so these errors may cost the site money as well

Has been more than 24 hours since I put in a withdrawal request, still show PENDING, small amount of 0.11 BTC only, still has another 0.22 BTC in the account.
Wrote to their support about 6 hours ago, and has not get any reply.

But the grading issues and withdrawal delays are something the admins/Mods have to do address soonest.

Hi there, I need some admin support on this matter.
I placed a bet on EPL soccer match "Newcastle United at Burnley" and the fulltime result 1-2. Wager is 0.04094 btc only.
87305 2018-11-26 15:00 40.94 mBTC 1.46 Newcastle United at Burnley Under 2.75 Goals Loss -40.94
As you can see, under 2.75 total goals wager should be lost half, not full. The system show that I have lost full amount of the wager and this is incorrect.
Please rectify this and return the half stake back to my account.
