I had made a withdrawal request from my account 4 days ago, the first withdrawal request was made on 20th Jan, please see below:

Admin has replied me 12 hours ago, that the PIC was away for conference. And that they will look into this ASAP. That was 12 hours ago and still no news...
Kindly help to look into this, much appreciated.
A quick update - the site's admin replied me by saying that they are going to ensure that I will receive my withdrawals before this week end.
I hope that they will hold true to their promise.
Meanwhile, it has been six (6) days since I put in my requests, and counting..Both my withdrawals are completed (now left 20 mins to Sunday am in S'pore), phew...

I am sure they will pay out eventually, it may take a bit longer in this case since it was a promotion giveaway instead of sportsbook withdrawal for winning.
Normally they have been around since 2013 and never really had a trouble with a gambler withdrawing the winnings they had so their history of withdrawal problems is like zero which is the important part here. However since this wasn't a regular "win" but more like win of a promotion instead, maybe thats the reason it took a bit longer. What have you talked with them precisely, did they just said end of the week and that's it ?
Have you talked about why its not right now and end of the week ? Did they give you a reason for waiting? If they had a legit reason for keeping you waiting it could be understandable. Is it still because PIC is out on conference or is there any other reason ?

My withdrawal of my balance isn't a promotion giveaway. They are my winnings from sportsbook betting.
If you're referring to my Dec Leaderboard winning, they are spent and gone prior to these withdrawals. I bets regularly and I'm trying out different betting sites right now.
The reason for being late on payments (reply from bitcoinrush.io) was that the person-in-charge was away on conference and now he's back. Also, they are making some purchases on BTC and the tx was taking longer than expected.
To me, as long as my withdrawals are completed (although it took 6 days), I am still quite pleased with the site.
Only if they can improve on the withdrawal process, then it will be perfect!
