61  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / **ATTENTION: Why is harassment, abusive behavior and stalking allowed here? on: July 07, 2012, 06:09:14 PM
Being that this is the more popular section of the forum, I would really appreciate the community's input on this very crazy situation I not only have with a member of this forum, but a mod.

If Tiz is a girl, that would explain why you can't seem to communicate with her/him. Zing

Nah, I joke. Stand up guy imo.

I give up! Hope she learns something from all of this, I did for sure.

I've stood behind everything I have ever said--learn to read and perhaps tell time, because it is very apparent that you can't.

Every word and sentence you say just makes you look ever more like an idiot.
63  Economy / Marketplace / Re: 6 BTC to someone who comes up with a slogan I like on: July 07, 2012, 12:04:57 PM
Is this thing on, testing... TizzyTazzy seems to be on his way to this thread guys, but don't hold your breath, he chose to settle some things with me first... https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=91985.0
Why do you care? You aren't being asked to waste your time on it, and neither is anyone else. The terms in the OP are fairly clear, and if you don't agree with them you can simply ignore the topic and not post.

Because he chose to drag me into his last slogan bounty, I was ignoring him already.

Nope.

I have tried multiple times to simply ignore this person after awhile, but recently I found a thread he dedicated to me which I found funny and was disgusted by, more so because this person is a mod on these forums.

Updated OP.

More stalking/harassment, when will it end?

Admins just confirmed that they do not de-mod, suspend or ban for this type of behavior at all on these forums.

Updated.

You took a "dump" in the community by making this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=91985, didn't even reply with a "thank you" or "get lost" in you slogan thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=90214.0 and now you carry on like nothing happened.

Are you ok Tizzy?

Nice edit.

He's only a mod in the Spanish section as far as I know.

Right.

Why is he a mod at all?
68  Other / Meta / Re: A mod here believes I should be scammer tagged and keeps stalking/harassing me on: July 06, 2012, 08:52:21 PM
How unfortunate Tiz. I am sorry to hear you are suffering from harassment. Paraipan probably has this type of complex.

Perhaps, it sure makes me wonder why these types of people find pleasure in this form of trolling.

Why on earth is paraipan even a mod?

Based on some of what I have witnessed ( though I am not familiar with your situation ) I would say that is a good question.

This is exactly the feedback I kept reading and receiving about this user.

Ok, i get it, so you we're not threatening, only showing you teeth at me. You can do whatever you please, i don't give a fuck about your businesses or slogan, only about members respecting their word in the community, which you didn't do every single time. See wiki on bounties http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bounty_(reward)

I decided to ignore the whole subject and to my surprise you chose to attack me directly with your so called disclaimer, which btw remove right now and we forget about all this.

Your call.

Now he claims to have stopped stalking me but because of my disclaimer he would stalk me some more?

No, I ignored him enough several times. I decided to up my bounty and post information about this abusive user after finding out he made a thread dedicated to me.

I hoped I didn't have to create a whole thread about this situation, but now I'm forced to.
70  Other / Meta / A mod here believes I should be scammer tagged and keeps stalking/harassing me on: July 06, 2012, 08:41:29 PM
This user - paraipan will not leave me alone and it really started making me wonder how on earth is this person a mod?

To sum things up I will just copy and paste what I already mentioned in a thread I created offering BTC if someone coughs up a slogan I like and decide to use. This has gone on enough.

================================
DISCLAIMER: Some people (more like a specific someone) seems to think that I have to choose a slogan within a certain time frame or otherwise I'm a "scammer" and need to "get off my high horse". This is not a contest with a time frame, if I like a slogan and use it, the winner gets the reward. That simple. If not then no one gets anything and I may up the bounty yet again to make things fun. Why some people feel the need to harass and stalk me ruining the fun I do not know, all I know is they sure need to work on some basic social skills, why this person is a mod I have no clue.

I have tried multiple times to simply ignore this person after awhile, but recently I found a thread he dedicated to me which I found funny and was disgusted by, more so because this person is a mod on these forums.

Here are some of my threads, they aren't related to this topic yet the user (and mod) "paraipan" felt the need to stalk/harass me constantly.

I believe there may have been 2-3 more but I don't feel like digging further.

So far reading around I have found out this person is very well known for being basically a complete troll, someone even decided to blog about him on bitcoin shit list.
http://bitcoin-shitlist.com/2012/02/16/paraipan/

On btc-otc he has some bad ratings including one that doesn't suprise me--"Resorts to violence for competitive advantage; resorts to childish namecalling and further threats when chastised for it."

Quote from: Anonymous
P.S. Yes, Paraipan is a scumbag. We kicked him out of the magazine's translator group because of his improper behavior regarding Bitcoinica as well.

After all this I thought it was finally over and this guy would leave me alone, but no today I get a PM from him and he said something that made me have to finally post a dedicated thread about this situation, and I quote--

"Btw, others are getting the scammer tag in this community for doing the same thing as you do, so I'm going to look into it, you can count with it."

Are you kidding me?? This guy just will not stop, even though I have done thousands worth of trades in the currency exchange forum and have several businesses that accept BTC, I should be called a scammer because I haven't chosen anyones suggested slogan?? This guy is really driving me nuts and its not just me that believe this guy is an embarrassment to this community.

"paraipan" has proven himself to be a short tempered, annoying, stalkitive and possibly a insane individual that I believe should be banned off this forum. I've had enough, I have never seen this kind of crazyness from any sort of mod on all the forums I'm a member of ever, heck not even a regular member would act this way and if they did--they would get banned for such activity.

This guy has stressed me enough to the point where I just want to pull my hair out, and I repeat... Why on earth is paraipan even a mod?

EDIT2: Yet again even more stalking and harassment.

Updated.

71  Other / Off-topic / What do you think about the 2012 doomsday, I mean really.. it is different. on: July 06, 2012, 03:51:45 PM
The more you look into the history of other doomsday dates/predictions, the more you find dead ins.

For this 2012 prediction, you find nothing but time leading to this date, through many religions and the most popular one most people know of is the Mayans. Now, I'm not saying the world will end, but I am almost convinced now that something horrible will indeed happen.

I'm sure most of you bitcoiners/programmers have heard of the "web bot" which is yet another thing on the long list that says something horrible is to happen in May of 2012..

-A second depression, triggered by mass layoffs, bankruptcies, and the popping of the derivatives bubble.
-A "data gap" has been found in 2012 running through May 2013. One explanation is that "our civilization gets knocked back to a pre-electronic state," such as brought about by devastating solar activity.
-A new benign form of capitalism will emerge during 2017–2020.[20]

If you don't know about the web bot it basically was a programmed developed in the 90s to make predictions of trends in the stock market, but was later found to have much more use than that which included predicting future events.

I'm not sure what they let you do, I know they let you play the game for certain time or level, but don't ask me I really never used any.  Grin

I buy copies of D3 every week or so, this is the first time I bought a physical copy and apparently they all come with 3 guest passes you can give away.
77  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANNOUNCE] A new way to get bitcoins, accessible by millions of Diablo 3 players on: July 04, 2012, 02:27:34 PM
You should be able to get at least twice as much, as you offer on that web site. Greed is bad

Actually he pays higher than all Diablo stores at the moment.

The point of selling to him is so he can flip and make a profit as well.

And no, you can't get "at least twice as much".

Before you insult someone, at least get the facts correct about the Diablo economy.
78  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: ***WARNING TO PEOPLE WHO USE MONEYPAK/WALMART MONEY CARD*** on: July 04, 2012, 10:23:58 AM
Update on the situation:

A manager was suppose to be calling me, after a week of no calls (5 business days) I called them.

Explained the very long situation to the guy who answered who said he will be calling a manager every hour until they let him know that they called me.

Few hours later I get a call and basically the manager preaches the same thing-- in order to obtain the funds I need to provide proof of purchase. Me and him go back and fourth, he basically starts to say they need "some sort of proof" and then I go on to explain well what more proof than you need, I have the MoneyPak numbers, I didn't just pull that out of a hat.

Still getting no where I insist on talking to who ever is ahead of him and he states this is impossible, I then talk some more to this guy saying this is unacceptable, if you cannot do anything for me to fix this then I need to talk to someone else. I also have already told him that I'd have to take this to small claims court but that didn't seem to affect his responses.

After some more going back and fourth, he puts me on hold for about 2-3 minutes and comes back stating that if after 10 days from this phone call no  disputes open up, we'll then mail you a check within 7 business days (after those 10 days).

This is more acceptable so I thank him for his time and hang up.

Interesting though, their own TOS states people can't file disputes after 10 days (and it has already been well over 10 days for all MoneyPak reloads now) and that they have to prove you stole the MoneyPak, not prove you bought the MoneyPak.

All well, as long as I get my money within the time frame stated above I will be happy. I've now switched away from WM MoneyCard and using MangoMoney to accept MoneyPaks now.. Lesson learned though, I will be making sure everyone pays cash for the MoneyPaks and provide me a receipt with my name on it.
