61  Local / 한국어 (Korean) / Korean banks/prepaid cards and bitcoin on: September 08, 2015, 12:04:36 PM

Excuse me for posting in english but I think it's better than using a translator.

All replies can be in korean. I'll use browser translation.

----------------------------------------------------

How do korean banks work with bitcoin?

Is it safe to trade bitcoin with bank transfers?

Is there any korean card that will work with bitcoin? Like xapo or advcash?

Is there any cards in South Korea that could fit in what we are looking for in this thread?

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1173944.0

Please tell me all prepaid cards that you know and how easy is to get them.

If there are please also contribute directly in that thread.

How easy do you think it would be to approach a bank and ask them to issue a prepaid card with your logo and tailored to your needs?

Anyone with experience in that field?

69  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: LeuPay.eu and iPay.eu Payment Processors Discussion - Feedbacks on: September 08, 2015, 10:29:49 AM
LeuPay.eu is the best service so far but not that popular.

If we want to benefit from trading with it then we should make it POPULAR so to replace paypal, skrill and neteller.

Why do you say they are the best?

What makes them better than skrill? Fees?

How do you know that if they get popular theu won't implement stupid rules like paypal?

Well, they can't be worst than paypal. I give you that  Grin
70  Economy / Services / Re: How to receive money on a "anonynmous" bank account ?? on: September 08, 2015, 10:20:27 AM

p.s. it´s like the polish prepaid cards with own IBAN ( bank account ) but much much safer......no blocking and loosing money.....

The polish cards were good until they started to be mass blocked.

Full anonymity must be very difficult but I wouldn't even ask that much. Minimal verification would be fine.

I believe you live in Germany. Depending on the region it can be close to Poland. Have you tried to go to Poland and unlock any card?

I believe polish people don't like germans very much but with the card in hand I don't see how they can keep holding your money.

Some alternatives I've been searching in the forum:

Do you know this card from Austria?

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1124385.msg11978207#msg11978207

I like this hobo plan  Wink Replace the beer for food or money and it would be good for you and for the poor guy.

On the same post you have this anyti.me card from France:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1124385.msg12080977#msg12080977

and this viking card from Belgium:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1124385.msg12135141#msg12135141

And I'm sure I'll find more when I have time to research.

I'd find it strange if I couldn't find cards like these in Germany, the biggest country in Europe.

If you consider that these cards need to have an associated account and that any account in EU can be converted to an iban we just need to learn how to find the associated account number and convert to iban.

Bear in mind that some accounts might not allow bank-to-bank transfers but I'm pretty sure we can find one that allows it.

More:

Reading more about the cards you can find who is behind these cards.

In the viking card site you can see:

Quote
MasterCard and the MasterCard Brand Mark are registered trademark of MasterCard International Incorporated. The VikingCard Prepaid MasterCard is issued by Transact Payments Limited pursuant to licence by MasterCard International Incorporated. Transact Payments Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Commission, Gibraltar.

I believe these guys in Gibraltar must issue several other cards and being an offshore they are not so tightly regulated.

Other offshores to look for are Luxembourg and Liechtenstein and maybe some british islands.

Anytime french card:

Quote
The Anytime© Card is issued by R. Raphael & Sons plc, pursuant to licence from Visa Europe. R. Raphael & Sons plc is a UK Bank authorised by the Prudential Regulation Authority and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority (registration number 161302). Head office and registered office at 19-21 Shaftesbury Avenue, London, W1D 7ED, United Kingdom, company registration number 01288938. Anytime allows you to buy, sell, receive and send money subject to Terms and Conditions. Receive a Visa card* and manage it on your mobile. Anytime offers customised and off-the-shelf payments solutions for individuals and corporates. Funds deposited are immediately available on your Visa card. Order a Visa card for personal use, simplifying employee expenses, teaching personal finance management to teenagers, pooling money to gift friends and colleagues. Anytime Visa can be used anywhere in the world where Visa is accepted.

What if we could ask this R. Raphael & Sons plc to issue a bitcointalk card tailored to our needs?

I'm sure a lot of people in these forums would like to have a card with these features.

I think this is possible.

From Luxembourg:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1141625.msg12304750#msg12304750

From Czech Republic:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=843240.40

I'll continue my research because I really want something like this.

The last option would be to start a bank in a less developed country or offshore where regulations are less strict and you don't need massive amount of funds to start.

Let me know what you got so far.

72  Other / Off-topic / Re: stealth paypal account questions on: September 08, 2015, 10:00:10 AM

$50 should be low enough.

How old are the accounts? Maybe you should let the funds stay in the account for a while.

I experienced the same when I tried to move too much or too fast.

I'm looking for a good ebook that explains paypal tricks the easy way.

They are all relatively new. Some I have been sending small transfers in or small ppmc and letting it sit. So over the past three weeks I've manged to slowly add up to several k between the accounts. I am thinking I should have learned a bit more before dumping that much into them

If they are new I think your best bet is to let them asleep for a while.

Login regularly and maybe send small amounts regularly (I'm guessing with this one. It just seems logical to me)

I'm also in the process of learning how paypal really works after they screwed me more than once.

I just wish people would ditch pp entirely and just use some much better alternatives that already exist like skrill (if you need to use credit card) or just cryptos.

But as that's not possible in the short term I believe I'll have to learn all paypal tricks.
73  Economy / Goods / Re: Prepaid Mastercard Reloadable with BTC, Wire Transfer or Credit/Debit Card on: September 08, 2015, 09:18:09 AM
Can we get some more info, like pictures of the card?

May i ask, where and how you did purchase that card?

damn it....just realized i am 2 years late

It's good to see how things evolved regarding cards and btc.

Do these cards still exist?

What cards were these?

75  Economy / Goods / Re: More Anonymous Polish Debit Cards with IBAN Account on: September 08, 2015, 09:00:06 AM

A lot of people used/are using them for e.g opening ebay accounts and selling non existing goods to other people...

and i am sure, that´s just the tip of the iceberg  Cool

Ebay users are addicted to paypal. I know that in ebay.de (others?) many deals are made directly with bank transfers to avoid the indecent pp fees but I think that kind of deals requires that the seller has a good feedback or nobody will trust enough to send a bank transfer.

A perfect ebay seller feedback is hard to build and more valuable than a single hit like this.

The big picture must be something else.
76  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Get FREE Anon Polish IBAN VCCs on: September 08, 2015, 08:39:58 AM
how is the blocking rate of the vcc´s compared to the physical prepaid cards???

any information on that?

I don't know the answer but I think it should be less likely to be blocked.

The lack of the ability to withdraw cash at an ATM should be less attractive to any scamming activity.

But I'm also curious about this.

I also wanted to know why only polish banks can offer such sweet features like this  Angry

It'd be so cool to have other banks offering this all over Europe.
77  Economy / Goods / Re: More Anonymous Polish Debit Cards with IBAN Account on: September 08, 2015, 08:29:50 AM
Bank PEKAO has stopped issuing prepaid cards since this month !!!

That's bad news!

Do you know why?

Do you know if BZWBK and MBANK will continue issuing prepaids?

nope ...i believe the scamming/blocking rate got too high Smiley

BZ WBK bank is still issuing cards, but in my opinion, waste of money....you never can be sure about getting your cards blocked with all your money on it.....

I never understood very well the scamming potential of these cards.

Unless the gas pump tricks are still working in some countries which I doubt.

What do scammers do with these? Hack bank accounts and transfer to the card's iban and then withdraw?

I don't get it...

79  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Bank-Statement Creator on: September 08, 2015, 08:11:29 AM

There can be bunch of reasons why you want to fake a statement. It doesnt has to be fraud. Verifying an account on a site you dont trust yet and dont want to give them your real datas could be another reason. There are bunch of sites selling user datas. After all: It can help you to stay anonymous. It can be used for scams, no dout - But same goes for BTC, VPN, TOR and anything related to anonymity as well.

Very well said!

can you send me your statement creator tool to my email address
kenkenc88@gmail.com

He can, after you pay.

But why do you need such a tool?

It's a 5-15 min job to fake a statement with free tools widely available.

Sure it would be cool to have a tool to do it faster and cleaner but 0.1 btc is way too expensive for that!

If you don't want to do it yourself I'm sure you can find someone doing it for $5 on fiverr.

80  Economy / Digital goods / Re: want to buy verified paypal account on: September 08, 2015, 08:02:45 AM

I just don't get it, thanks.

Maybe because you don't know paypal very well or maybe because you're from US and it works for you.

But believe me that paypal doesn't work well for everybody and they limit accounts without any plausible reason.

The first pp account that I opened was in my name with all my real data, real bank, real cc, real everything.

When they asked for address verification I sent everything real and matching.

When I started to make a noticeable amount the account was limited.

Because I was naive I called them and replied to all the questions because I had nothing to hide.

Do you know what happened? I guess you do.

So you have to understand that so many people need stealth pp accounts not because it's fun or anything else but because they need to because there's no other way.
