61  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casinobit - LIVE ROULETTE - [INVEST] - BEST CASINO OF 2013 on: September 26, 2013, 01:50:13 PM
Looks like we are going to default on all investments where (originally invested)-(withdrawn)<0 that are still within the system.

Another Bitcoin casino is going to get all the players and repay their debt.

What is left of Casinobit is being sold to new owners (which is essentially the domain name), they will repay the remaining investors.

A list of debt will be processed and put publicly.

I am not an investor, but I don't understand your statement regarding defaults. Do you mean (originally invested)-(withdrawn)>0 (i.e. all outstanding investments)?

I think the most equitable way to do it would be to try to repay investors with (invested)-(withdrawn) and ignore any profits, since they were never right. Or at least pass that list on to the new owners--I think that may be what you are trying to say. Of course, some investers who withdrew more than their original investment (because of profits) made out really well at the expense of other investors.

To clarify, there have been investors that already withdrew, 2, 3, 5 times the original amount invested by them yet still hold debt, their debt is discarded and will not be repaid.

The new owners will use the same domain but will completely wipe all the records of accounts, all the website and all the content and start all over again. Sorry for the bumpy ride guys.

I will also make sure the new owners will not start collecting investments until the debt is repaid.

Weren't you due to pay everyone today by your own words? Today is day 7.

I am still speaking to investors, called multiple local ones, it seems that we are close on finalizing one.

I still don't see how Stunna is spreading misinformation.

But I didn't run away with neither the investments or the balances? If I really wanted to create a ponzi scheme I could build a better one, one that slopes up this fast isn't good.

I have never claimed "double your money in a week", I did claim that it IS possible, given the right circumstances and the right investment amount at the right time.

It is also clear that I didn't run away and I am here trying to fix everything actively.

Those are 4 claims of yours that I have just proved to be completely false. The sad thing is that people read them and keep on echoing them without checking it themselves.

Just to make it completely clear, I am very sorry for delaying withdrawals for so long, chances are that we will never build back trust, despite the fact that this was an honest business from the very beginning (How wouldn't it be if I already revealed my identity while signing contracts with the feed providers etc?)

Pacojones, PM me for inquires, I will do my best to return you your meager amount of BTC.
66  Economy / Gambling / Re: casinobit.net is holding my BTC hostage! on: September 23, 2013, 05:13:18 AM
Unfortunately the owner of casinobit has run away with both investments and balances. Was nothing more than a ponzi scheme, hope you didn't lose too much to this.  Sad

Alright, site's down http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/www.casinobit.net and 3 more days (including Monday) until deadline reached. BTW where is that guy claiming to have personal information of the site owner? He said he'd make it publicly available if no one would get his coins outta there.

We are suffering DDoS attacks like the rest of Bitcoin casinos after a failed extortion attempt. I haven't took the server below the armpit and moved to Casablanca  Smiley

Thanks for pointing that out by the way!
68  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casinobit - LIVE ROULETTE - [INVEST] - BEST CASINO OF 2013 on: September 16, 2013, 03:16:56 PM
In the nearest 7 days the chat should be launched as well as everyone repaid so this will certainly be interesting.

The profit fees will be set to 10%, this is the notice in advance, the current way investments work has been great for testing with constant withdrawals/deposits but the auto reinvestment system will be on soon.
69  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casinobit - LIVE ROULETTE - [INVEST] - BEST CASINO OF 2013 on: September 13, 2013, 07:06:20 AM
What are you rambling about? You mean that somebody will bet 10,000BTC against your ridiculous 1BTC bankroll?

You keep spitting BS regarding how you will gonna end up paying. Cut the shit and confess. If you really fucked up unwittingly, man up and tell us what didn't work for "the best casino of 2013" to became a Ponzi scheme. Explain us where is the problem, how did you solve it, and what's your plan in order to refund scammed people.

Oh... You can't say shit because you fixed nothing. New investors cannot withdraw neither.

Please rephrase without swearing and I will address your points.

Have a hug so you won't be so angry all the time!

We are working on repaying the investors.
BETTORS?

Bettors too Icecube, a man can only hope that you will stay with us after the unreasonable amount of time that your payments were delayed.
70  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casinobit - LIVE ROULETTE - [INVEST] - BEST CASINO OF 2013 on: September 12, 2013, 09:49:25 PM
Please let us know what went wrong, how did you fix it, why new investors can't withdraw, how much is owed and how and whent do you expect to pay back up.

Oh, and let's as know how your casino works that someone will bet 10,000BTC against your 1BTC bank roll.

The maximum bet will never go below 2BTC, it is capped that way, and it is capped that way for a reason because I will personally cover any bets made up to the 2BTC max.

New investors will be able to withdraw soon enough, I don't want to give any promises that I cannot keep 100% as to the day when withdrawals will be enabled again. We are pushing forward daily regardless and I assure you everything will be paid out.

Now you made me cry.

That's how Ponzi schemes work, didn't you know? The "early investors" profit by stealing "late investors" money. I assume you did it unwillingly, but the fact is that's how the story ended up. You had a big and fast profit you couldn't have had achieved if this was not a Ponzi. You have been lucky. Why asking for more? What's the point? Don't you understand that you already got out 150% of  your investment when the house edge would have allowed you to earn just a tiny fraction of that? The coins in your balance you can't withdraw now are not even *yours*, they belong to someone else.

How does big profits = ponzi? What if the house receives 10,000BTC every hour with a 2.7% house edge and there is *only* 1BTC invested?

It is 01BTC10's right to send payments to whoever he pleases I guess, but they will receive their payment twice in the end.

I'll use IP for now. Also, why XHR Polling instead of WS?

Just a temporary measure I hope.  My priority was mitigating the DDoS attack and getting the site back up.

Hey dooglus,

Wouldn't want to hijack your thread like you did mine but I was wondering are you also getting these:

Hello,

If you'd like to keep your site online send 100 BTC to 1qSw4sNAv2dAKDDZz3EmCwLdEKGretB7Y

Otherwise you will experience an unpleasant and unprofitable climate for your website.

Failure to pay will result in your site being shut down long enough for you to lose at least 1,000 BTC in profit.

Failure to pay AND wasting everyone's time with any attitude will result in your site being shut down indefinitely.

Procrastination not recommended. Consider this the cost of doing business, 100 BTC will ensure the smooth operation of your site so that you can maintain profitability.

Reply with transaction ID as soon as possible to avoid interruption of your site's operation, your cooperation is appreciated.

Kind regards,
Zeus

How these guys are getting a bitcent is beyond me

PR skill are not bad but paying skill is another mater. Even with the best PR skill in the world he will only get flamed until he pay.

Even if he does pays out owed money, i don't think anybody will play on his site anymore.
There is still players playing sometime and don't underestimate greed.  Cheesy

It isn't a matter of greed, it's that we're among the few casinos that work in the creative mindset and try to deliver a fun experience for the players rather than recycling and rebranding another dice script for nothing but financial gain. If anything we are the least about greed than any other casino which I know of.

Sorry for the delays with the payment, 45,000$ isn't exactly a small amount of money.

They send dust payout everyday to some (read an incredibly lucky minority) players: https://blockchain.info/fr/address/1JyqZjhwoycF3pWTEAySSsmYVTPxAhEm6D

The address you are looking at doesn't necessarily contain all the BTC we have control over which is a wild assumption to begin with, it was suggested by 001sonkit and apparently I have missed how it has turned from a suggestion to a fact. If you go over the withdrawals in your account (if you have ever had an account) you will see that not all of them come from 1JyqZjh.

There are still plenty of people withdrawing, in the meantime we are working on letting all the rest withdraw as well.

They send dust payout everyday to some (read an incredibly lucky minority) players: https://blockchain.info/fr/address/1JyqZjhwoycF3pWTEAySSsmYVTPxAhEm6D

So this is operating as an outright Ponzi scheme out in the open now. Luring new fishes to cover for old debts.

Bit777, please keep your unfounded assumptions to yourself, I have no idea why are you so obsessed with putting other casinos down instead of promoting your own.

Nice Tutorial. Good luck and see when some dumb guys put money into this casino for you to withdrawl.

Best Russian Roulette of 2013

Please don't choke on that envy.

Ok. If you want to follow my steps, this is what I did:
1. Turn on computer (wait for all apps to load)
3. Open Chrome
4. Immediately open my bookmark for Casinobit and start spamming the withdrawal button
5. Press and drag the withdrawal button when it jumps down
6. Loading bar moves across screen
7. Page refreshes (this had never happened before)
8. Start spamming withdrawal button again Balance reads: 0BTC

This is no coincidence, we pay out to people on a daily basis, unfortunately you do not hear from them often.
77  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casinobit - LIVE ROULETTE - [INVEST] - BEST CASINO OF 2013 on: September 06, 2013, 02:47:31 PM
What's tremendously disappointing comes to the fact we have came to an agreement with another bitcoin casino to bailout folks who have been scammed from this organization and they have refused to accept the offer. I guess it's up to the members who have lost bitcoin credits to continue to file complaints on the website so we can continue to pursue this organization on doing the right thing.

We are already moving ahead and "doing the right thing" even without people threatening me which tragically is the path some of the immature members chose to take, the deal is being worked out and everyone will be paid out soon.

We haven't "scammed" anyone, you can "bailout" whoever your want, I get a hunch that it's some sort of scheme to steal the private tokens of our members but do as you please, worst case scenario some of the investors will be paid double...

There is still peoples playing because I can see that I've made like 4 more paper bitcoins during the week-end O.o

Also this: https://blockchain.info/address/1JyqZjhwoycF3pWTEAySSsmYVTPxAhEm6D

OP usually login everyday but did not since 2 days so maybe he's finally on the run.

Nope, waiting on the papers from my financial consultant.

All the daily death threats aren't helping guys, we are addressing the issue and moving forward as fast as we can.

Thank you for your patience & understanding!  Smiley
79  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casinobit - LIVE ROULETTE - [INVEST] - BEST CASINO OF 2013 on: August 31, 2013, 05:29:04 PM
I wonder if some of the early investors would be willing to give some compensation to those who would lost money in there. Anyway without CasinoBit's cooperation we have no way of trusting what people would claim to have invested...

(I never invested myself because I sensed the site code was bad so this is not begging for *your* money.)

No need to, the funds will be returned to the late investors even without early investors giving up their BTC, furthermore they deserve every bitcent they got since they were the ones taking most of the risk by investing early.
