On November 30, one week after the Washington Post launched its witch hunt against "Russian propaganda fake news", with 390 votes for, the House quietly passed "H.R. 6393, Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017", sponsored by California Republican Devin Nunes (whose third largest donor in 2016 is Google parent Alphabet, Inc), a bill which deals with a number of intelligence-related issues, including Russian propaganda, or what the government calls propaganda, and hints at a potential crackdown on "offenders."

A quick skim of the bill reveals "Title V—Matters relating to foreign countries",  whose Section 501 calls for the government to "counter active measures by Russia to exert covert influence … carried out in  coordination with, or at the behest of, political leaders or the security services of the Russian Federation and the role of the Russian Federation has been hidden or not acknowledged publicly.”

The section lists the following definitions of media manipulation:

    Establishment or funding of a front group.
    Covert broadcasting.
    Media manipulation.
    Disinformation and forgeries.
    Funding agents of influence.
    Incitement and offensive counterintelligence.
    Assassinations.
    Terrorist acts.

As ActivistPost correctly notes, it is easy to see how this law, if passed by the Senate and signed by the president, could be used to target, threaten, or eliminate so-called “fake news” websites, a list which has been used to arbitrarily define any website, or blog, that does not share the mainstream media's proclivity to serve as the Public Relations arm of a given administration.

Curiously, the bill which was passed on November 30, was introduced on November 22, two days before the Washington Post published its Nov. 24 article citing "experts" who claim Russian propaganda helped Donald Trump get elected.

As we reported last week, in an article that has been widely blasted, the WaPo wrote that "two teams of independent researchers found that the Russians exploited American-made technology platforms to attack U.S. democracy at a particularly vulnerable moment, as an insurgent candidate harnessed a wide range of grievances to claim the White House. The sophistication of the Russian tactics may complicate efforts by Facebook and Google to crack down on “fake news,” as they have vowed to do after widespread complaints about the problem."

The newspaper cited PropOrNot, an anonymous website that posted a hit list of alternative media websites, including Zero Hedge, Drudge Report, Activist Post, Blacklisted News, the Ron Paul Report, and many others. Glenn Greenwald penned an appropriate response two days later in "Washington Post Disgracefully Promotes a McCarthyite Blacklist From a New, Hidden, and Very Shady Group."

PropOrNot has pushed a conspiratorial thesis, without any actual proof, that the listed websites have been either used directly or covertly by the Russians to spread propaganda.

While the bill passed the House with a sweeping majority, it is unknown if and when the bill will work its way through the Senate and be passed into law, although one would think that it has far higher chances of passing under president Obama than the President-Elect. It is also unclear if it will be used to shut down websites anonymously characterized as "useful idiots" or subversive elements used in disseminating supposed Russian propaganda.

I thought this would be a great time to summarize some news coming in from Ukraine and from other places.

The events in Ukraine are beginning to heat up and manifest in an accelerated fashion. The Kiev junta and oligarchs are getting nervous and the people are beginning to awaken. At the same time, the ukro-nazi element is also activating. My prediction about Ukraine turning around between 2016 and 2018 is beginning to materialize, but unfortunately, with a lot of hardship for the population. The problem is, also per my prediction, that the population has to go through this hardship and the economy has to get destroyed, in order for the people to awaken and start acting.

The events are developing very swiftly: yesterday ex-president Viktor Yanukovich testified in the trial against the Berkut police. Berkut is accused of killing a number of activists during the Kiev Maidan. Kiev tried very hard to prevent this testimonial and the hearing was sabotaged by Ukraine’s ministry of interior and ukro-nazi thugs. But it did happen, with some scandalous revelations. Yanukovich promises more to come.

More high-level Ukraine operatives, preparing to blow up military targets, were arrested in Crimea. To date, Russian FSB neutralized a huge network of spies and terrorists, however, the work continues.

Not being able to cause real damage in Crimea and to somehow get back at Russia, Kiev kidnapped two Russian servicemen of Ukrainian origin from Crimea. The story is a bit like a thriller and I’ll talk about it as well.

After all the failures, no doubt in an attempt to save face and show how tough they are, in the beginning of December, Kiev threatens to do missile launches near Crimea and breaching the Russian airspace, which are bound to generate a danger for the civilian aircraft and tourism. MH17 comes to mind, as well as the 2001 catastrophe when Ukraine training missile shot down Russian civilian plane flying from Israel, killing all passengers on board. Kiev never issued a clear admission of its responsibility. Most recently, Kiev threatened civilian aircraft from Belarus with being shot down (I’ll talk about all this in the upcoming video).

Since 2014 Kiev junta banned Russian language during school classes. Now every teacher is mandated to speak only Ukrainian in class, and so are students. In 2014 and 2015 the historic symbolism uniting Russia and Ukraine was banned. Many historic monuments were destroyed throughout Ukraine as well. Ukro-nazi thugs from the ‘right sector’ Svoboda and various nazi battalions brutally beat up and even killed those who tried to resist. Among things banned in Ukraine have been the Victory Banner (symbol of the WWII Victory), names of cities and streets. They succeeded in renaming one of the largest cities in Ukraine from Dnepropetrovsk to Dnepr. They tried to rename Odessa to Kotsyubeevsk [my note: something that, from Ukro-Nazi jargon can be translated as "kill'da'Russians"] (if you can believe it), but met with staunch resistance from Odessans, which made them back off.

The newest thing the Kiev junta is doing is banning Russian language during school breaks. Teachers caught speaking Russian will be fired.

In the atmosphere of the oppression, the people are finding ways to resist in a beautiful and inspiring way, by performing Russian-Soviet songs at train stations.

It began on November 13 in Zaporozhye, the large industrial city in Eastern Ukraine, located next to Donbass. The city of Zaporozhye is located in the very center of the ancestral Zaporozhskie Cossack territories. Zaporozhye means basically ‘beyond the white waters.’ It is located on the banks of the river Dnepr and it is the white waters of the river that gave it its name. The city was founded by the Russian tsars; in 1930s it became the center of the Soviet industrialization. It is the sight of the famous symbol of the Soviet industrialization DneproGes (Dnepr Hydroelectric Station). It is also the home to the metallurgical giant Zaporozhstal’ (Zaporozhye Metal Plant). Europe’s largest nuclear power plant is also built here. I again want to stress that everything that has been built in Zaporozhye was built by either the Russian Empire or the USSR. During its 25 years of ‘independence’ Ukraine built nothing of significance. On the contrary, much was ruined and stolen.

The first flash mob at the Zaporozhye Train Station sang the song from the hit Soviet film, The Spring on River Street, 1956. The Spring on River Street is a romantic comedy about a worker from Zaporozhstal’ and a young teacher, fresh out of college. The song is called, My Native Street. This song is sort of unofficial anthem of Zaporozhye.

I have to say that after I heard this flash mob several days ago I can’t stop humming this song, which I’ve always loved.

In Beautiful Russian-Soviet Song Flash Mobs, I showed you how people in Zaporozhie, Kharkov, Odessa and Moscow countered the vicious hatred emanating from Kiev junta, and how they said no to repressions against Russian language in Ukraine.

The new additional data coming in on the repressions against Russian language: Kiev Rada will be voting on the new law, which is supposed to limit Russian language programming on TV and radio to 5%. Already, most Russian films, all Russian-languge  TV/radio stations and publications are banned in Ukraine, except the openly anti-Putin and anti-Russian ones.

After this, is it any wonder that normal people are leaving Ukraine by millions? The problem with that is: if everyone normal leaves, who will be left? Only imbeciles, sheeple and low-lives? There is another radical ukro-nazi proposal awaiting a vote in the Rada. It calls for the Russian speakers who always resided in Ukraine to be denied citizenship and the right to education. Ukraine is following in the footsteps of Latvia and Estonia, the euro-fascist members of the EU, where millions of Russian-speakers are denied citizenship and given a label of ‘non-citizens.’ Who needs Hitler…

Another law being passed mandates that no signs in Russian language can appear in airports and train stations, despite the fact that 70% of Ukraine prefers to speak Russian. The mandated languages for public announcements and signs in Ukraine airports and train stations will be Ukrainian and English.

There are many more acts of repression towards Russian language and culture in Ukraine.

ou may recall that several months ago there was a major attempt by Ukraine to infiltrate Crimea with its subversive operatives, who were supposed to bomb crucial infrastructure objects in order to create a humanitarian catastrophe. Confessions by said subversives, who turned out to be career officers of Ukraine army, revealed that their acts were specifically aimed at disrupting Russian Duma Elections 2016.

Objects to be bombed included chemical and power plants, as well as hospitals and the famous Crimean Bridge. One-of-a-kind engineering feat, the massive Crimean Bridge, has been dubbed the project of the century. It will connect Crimea with mainland Russia through the Kerch Peninsula, bypassing Ukraine and, thus, alleviating pressure on Crimea. The construction will be finished by the end of 2017-18.

The Ukraine terrorists were also supposed to mass-poison potable water. Crimea suffers from water shortage after in 2014 the Kiev junta destroyed the only ample water source, The North Crimean Canal, running through Ukraine and built by the USSR.  You may recall that in August there were real battles on the border, when Kiev military attempted a veritable invasion into Crimean territory. While deflecting the multiple attacks and arresting armed subversive groups near the border, FSB and Russian Border Guard lost two men.

In late October – early November, another major terror group was arrested. This time the subversive acts were aimed at aiding Hillary and undermining Trump during US Elections. The head of this subversive group is a colonel of Ukraine GUR (State Office of Intelligence). It has to be noted that Russian Intelligence is called GRU (State Intelligence Office). It appears that the Ukraine GUR name was parroted after Russian, but so it wouldn’t seem too blatant, the letters were changed around.

Some of these groups were embedded since 2014, as sleeper cells. They were left behind by Kiev as Crimea transitioned to Russia, with stated purpose of later aiding the future attack on Crimea from within. Others infiltrated into Crimea in the past couple of years, taking advantage of the fact that the border between Ukraine and Crimea is still easily crossed, due to tight connections between the people on both sides.

The original Plan A was for Ukraine, US, and – as they saw it at the time – Turkey, to attack Crimea together and take it back from Russia. Turkey was supposed to have a pivotal role, manipulating the Turkish discontent with the breakup of the Ottoman Empire. Turkish nationalist groups and Crimean Tartar terrorists, armed by Turkey, began amassing in Kherson Oblast bordering Crimea on the Ukraine side.

CIA evacuating from Kiev to Romania

I was asked whether it was true that CIA operatives were evacuating from Kiev. Yes, it’s true. In 2014 CIA took over the upper 4th floor of the SBU building in Kiev, where Ukrainians were banned from entering. American flag flew over that Ukrainian government building. After Trump election and arrests of subversives in Russia, CIA operatives have hastily evacuated all their papers and moved to Romania. Only CIA analysts (read surveillance, spies-monitors) remain in Kiev.

I can tell you more. This reminds me of one of the most shameful pages in human history: WWII. Anticipating the end, in 1944 Hitler Nazis were hastily burning and evacuating their papers and leaving behind sleeper cells to attack Russia later from within. Some of these cells were the Bandera ukro-nazis trained and left behind in Ukraine. It is the heirs of these Bandera followers who spread fascism all over Ukraine and executed the 2014 coup.

Fast-forward to the end of 2016. History repeats! Anticipating the beginning of the end, both CIA and Kiev junta are now busy embedding long-term sleeper cells all over Ukraine.

GENEVA, November 19. /TASS/. The Russian Embassy in Switzerland has sent a note to that country’s Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA), where it expressed bewilderment over the approach of the Swiss Air Force’s fighters to the plane of the Rossiya Special Flight Group and asked to give explanations, the embassy’s press service told TASS on Saturday.

"As the fighters approached the Russian plane, we have sent a note to FDFA, which contains bewilderment and request for explanations, as the permission for the flight had been received well in advance," the embassy’s press service said.

On November 18, a plane of the Rossiya Special Flight Group headed to Peru’s capital city for the APEC summit. It was met by fighters of the Swiss Air Force in the air space of that country, and was escorted to the border with France. Among the passengers on board the Il-960300 were members of President Vladimir Putin’s delegation and reporters.

Passengers of the Russian plane spotted the Swiss fighters which moved at a small interval parallel to the plane. Appearance of the fighters close to the plane caused clear disarray on board the Russian plane. The crew hurried to calm down the passengers, saying escort of the kind is used regularly on certain routes.

The Rossiya Special Flight Group is engaged in aviation services for Russian top officials, including the president and prime minister, as well as members of their delegations during official visits abroad or working trips across Russia.

And the result is, as I predicted in 2014! US is sick and tired of the whiny and inept Kiev and Poroshenko, while Kiev and Ukrainians are mad at US and EU for betrayal. As I was predicting since the VERY BEGINNING of the Ukraine saga: EU and US don’t know how to drop Ukraine as a hot potato, or squeezed out lemon they have no use for. When Trump takes office, my prediction will be complete: US will drop Ukraine.

You all recall one of my big 2014 predictions: Ukraine will begin turning away from the West and back towards Russia in 2016-18. By the end of 2018, this process will be complete.

And in this regard, also recall what I said in 2014: it’ll be all of Ukraine, not bits and pieces, as many suggested. No one seemed to hear me at the time, as everyone was bent on dividing Ukraine. Nope, it’ll be ALL of Ukraine. Possibly minus a few tiny pieces in the West, but even that is unlikely. This is my prediction since 2014 and it remains so. If my track record is any indication, you will see this prediction come true, as so many others have.

Having been denied the real war in Crimea, Kiev junta had no choice but to go to plan B: subversive terror attacks. But, as many may know, Russian FSB and Intelligence are, shall we say, in the world’s top 2, if not 1. As Ukraine subversives activated, they began being apprehended.

Donetsk and Lugansk

Similar situation developed in Donetsk, capital of DNR (Eng: DPR). In the past 2-3 weeks MGB of DNR arrested at least 2 separate ukro-nazi and Ukraine subversive groups on its territory. MGB means Ministry of State Security. These groups were prepared to begin acts of terror and sabotage, similar to Crimea. Also detained were the suspected assassins of the legendary Donetsk commander Motorola, with the telling name «Misanthropic Division». Russian Minister of Economic Development Alexey Ulyukaev has been detained earlier today in Russia. He was caught red-handed while accepting a bribe. In Russian Criminal Code a bribe ‘received in an especially large amount’ carries a much stricter punishment. (Alexey Ulyukaev – Wikipedia)

According to the Russian news, Putin knew about this sting operation from the start. The police advised Putin of Ulyukaev’s detention. Following that, Putin discussed the situation with the head of the government, PM Dmitry Medvedev.

Putin’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov confirmed that Putin was informed from the start of the operation and that the allegations are very serious. Either way, Ulyukaev’s guilt will be decided by court.

The real significance of Ulyukaev’s arrest

The fight with corruption is great and it has to be done, no question about it. It’s also great that Russian police and court are able finally to act boldly and get things done against the high-profile targets, who managed to avoid punishment in the past. These are very, very good news. Especially when you compare it to the disaster the police and court have become in many other countries.

But there’s much more to the story and it has a very important twist. Ulyukaev is considered the 5th column in Russia. Just like the majority of the so-called ‘economic block of the government,’ the patriotic circles consider him an ‘enemy’ working against the interests of Russia and for the interests of the Western NWO. The proof of how deep the tentacles of the US FED and various anti-Russian interests have penetrated into Russia during the 90s is how Russian Central Bank behaved during anti-Russian sanctions and during the 2014 attack on the ruble.

Back to Ulyukaev. The Russian patriotic and serious analytical circles alike have been for years demanding the dismissal of Livanov, Ulyukaev, Greff (head of Sberbank), minister of health, and others from the economic block. Interestingly enough, PM Dmitry Medvedev is often included in these demands. While I agree about everyone else on the list, I disagree about Medvedev. I’ll explain in THE PUTIN ENIGMA book (which will be released in 2017) who Medvedev really is and why he is important to Russia.

Therefore, this dismissal, tied to Ulyukaev’s corruption is a very important signal that the society demands are being heard. I can’t overemphasize how important this move is.

The arrest of Khodorkovsky, Lebedev and the breakup of Yukos in mid-2000s signaled the beginning of an end of the Russian oligarchs and the end of the Western enslavement of the Russian economy.

The arrest of Ulyukaev, the key figure in the pro-West economic block, signals the beginning of the restoration of Russia’s full economic sovereignty.

The timing is important too: right after Trump won US elections. We’ll continue seeing that the very fact of Trump victory will have enormous influence on many countries (I’ll discuss that fully during the January-February webinars).

Incidentally, Ulyukaev presided over the proposed sale of the 19% of Rosneft (state-owned oil giant) to private investors. This sale has been vehemently opposed in Russia, and yet, after years of delays, it was still going through.

So far the info is very scarce. But I strongly suspect that as a result of Ulyukaev’s arrest, the Rosneft sale will be scrapped. Other state assets were also pushed to be sold by Ulyukaev, despite complaints and mass resistance. Basically, he is one of the most hated men in Russia, probably next to Khodorkovsky. He was one of those who pushed for neo-liberal anti-Russian privatization reforms in the ’90s.

Incidentally, the brave Dr. Natalia Vitrenko is one of those who refused to leave Kiev, despite personal threats. Her party has been banned and is forced to operate underground. She and her party are considered probably the one last remaining honest and truthful political force in Ukraine. Vitrenko has been banned from Ukraine TV, but she continues trying to educate people and logically, with real facts in hand, explain Ukraine’s dire situation via VitrenkoNatalia YT channel.

I have received this email from one of my supporters. I’ll keep it anonymous, however, I am sure he will approve of me publishing his nameless comment because I know he is after the real, honest truth as much as I am.

Now, let me begin by saying that there is a falsehood I detect in these images from the get-go. I think those who published this article either don’t know the background or seek to manipulate it for their own agenda, either knowingly or unknowingly.

Here’s why: they didn’t tell the truth about the origin of these images, and for a good reason, because, as I suspect, they may have been taken during violent attack on the Russian embassy during yesterday’s elections. This is illegal by international law and in a normal world it would have caused severe condemnation of Ukraine by the international community. But in our warped world, it is somehow lauded as a ‘protest’ in the West, both by MSM and – it turns out – by alternative media.

They don’t say which protest exactly these images are from. But since the last such event were attacks on the Russian embassy in Kiev and on the Russian consulate in Odessa, it’s very possible at least some of these are from yesterday, Sunday, September 18, 2016 violent protest by Svoboda party ukro-fascists at the Russian embassy in Kiev. Even if they are not: I have seen yesterday’s videos in which similar grannies and grandpas spat at police and yelled at them: ‘I hate you, you sold out for Poroshenko’s chocolates.’ Note that this is being yelled at police because they are protecting Russian embassy from destruction and voters from being beaten up.

Kiev junta and ukro-nazis of all kinds, including Kiev Rada deputies, did everything yesterday to prevent Russian citizens residing in Ukraine from voting in Russian elections. They wouldn’t let them through, tried to damage the embassy and beat people up. Most voters were too afraid to come near the embassy.

It has to be noted that threats against voters and failure of a host country to protect the embassy and foreign voters during election in any country is considered international crime. We live in a very international world and most countries have expats. There are 80,000 Russian citizens in Ukraine. How they came to be is another story and I’ll explain that in the upcoming ESR on Russian Elections 2016.

Kiev first attempted to ban Russian elections on Ukrainian territory and announced that no protection would be granted. After pressure by EU and Russia, Kiev reluctantly dispatched police for Russian embassy’s protection. These policemen, who just stood there, whose job it was to protect voters and embassy of a foreign state, were subjected to extreme insults by ‘protesters.’ Even more grave insults were hurled at Russia, including calls to ‘destroy Russia and kill all Russians’ and statements that ‘there is no such thing as Russia.’

I have to say that police did a half hearted job in Kiev, and one of the reasons was because grannies and burly thugs alike attacked and shamed them.

Just like with 2014 Kiev coup, grannies were there for the MSM pictures, as a PR stunt. The real dirty work was done by burly militants.

The video included in the above-linked article, which incidentally has already been deleted, reads in Ukrainian: ‘Defenders of Berkut, watch this video and shut up forever.’ Based on the ‘brilliant’ and ‘highly sophisticated’ language I can tell you that the video comes from either ‘right sector’ or Svoboda ukro-nazis.

Berkut was the special police called in to calm down the 2014 Kiev Maidan. Berkut was given order by then president Yanukovich to just stand there and not respond, while being beaten up and set on fire by West-trained, pumped up with heavy drugs ukro-nazi thugs.

Back then these kinds of grannies were at the Maidan as well. They protested in 2014 because their pensions were meager and because they were duped by the EU and their oligarch-controlled MSM into believing in the EU fairytale. They were told: the moment they join the EU their pensions will be on par with European and they will all be given free BMWs and villas on the Mediterranean. If you think I am joking – nope, I’m dead serious. This was Ukraine propaganda in 2012-2014.

Now, after the 2014 ukro-nazi coup, with Kiev junta and Poroshenko/US occupational forces in power, grivna has gone through the floor, country is teetering on the verge of default, pensions and salaries are a tiny fraction of what they were in 2013 under dreaded Yanukovich. These poor grannies simply can’t survive after electricity/heating rates shot up by 25 times in some places, and the cost of food and medicine has gone through the roof. Meanwhile, the Kiev propaganda blames for this disaster not their own failures, but – who else! The convenient villain catch-all, Russia and Putin.

These grannies are like the Luddites, who destroyed machines at factories during UK industrialization because they were unhappy with their lives and confused as to who to blame for their exploitation. These frustrated grannies should be protesting and dealing with the oligarchs in power, plus foreign occupation of the country by the US/Canada/West. They should be protesting those who get rich off the bloody civil war and bombing of civilians in Donbass.

They should be throwing out of their cushy offices those who caused a breakup with Russia, resulting in a systemic destruction of Ukraine’s economy and loss of sorely needed 15bln in profits from Russian trade. They should be demanding their sold-out puppet government to be replaced with those who genuinely love Ukraine and who would work on restoring good relations and economic ties with Russia – the only country that can help Ukraine get up from its knees.

But they don’t see their own image in the mirror. They are incapable of seeing the truth without distortions. To them, someone else has to be blamed for their lost hope to ‘join EU and live like Europeans.’ For their brains, completely zombified by Kiev propaganda and feeling the humiliation from Crimea and Donbass leaving Ukraine, Russia is the arch-enemy.

According to Fars News agency, Russian military ships launched three Kalibr cruise missiles; the strike hit the Dar Ezza joint intelligence coordination center for the US coalition, killing 30 Israeli and Western officers. The center, aka, Field Operations Room near Aleppo is staffed with officers from US, Turkey, UK, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Qatar. Canadian researcher Michel Chossudovsky says that the center was hit after US coalition forces bombed the Syrian army. The intelligence center in question provided intelligence and played a leading role in making the bombing happen.

Newly discovered raw data picked up by a civilian radar station on the day of the Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 crash shows no signs of a missile being fired at the plane from territory controlled by rebels, the Russian military and radar producer said.

The existence of raw data was announced last week by Almaz-Antey, the producer of the Buk missile system. The system is believed by an international investigation to have caused the 2014 crash over Ukraine.

One of Almaz-Antey’s subsidiaries is the producer of the Utyos-T civilian radar station. One such station is deployed near Ust-Donetsky village in western Russia. According to Almaz-Antey, memory chips from that station were replaced in July 2014, shortly after the tragic incident, and were discovered recently. Until now no raw radar data of the situation around MH17 at the time it was destroyed was thought to exist.

The Lianozovsky Electromechanical Plant, the producer of Utyos-T, presented the raw data on Monday at a media briefing in Moscow. The data showed three civilian aircraft in the vicinity, including the MH17. The one closest to it was flying about 30km from the Malaysian Boeing at the time it was shot down.

“The Ust-Donetsky radar picked up no foreign objects near the Malaysian plane which could have caused its destruction,” said Viktor Meshcheryakov, the company's deputy chief radar designer.

This contradicts the scenario maintained by Kiev, under which a Buk missile could have been fired from the rebel-controlled village of Snezhnoye. The missile could have not been picked up by the radar if it had approached from a direction along the line connecting the radar station and the airliner, Meshcheryakov noted.

Gen. Andrey Koban, the head of the Russian Air Forces' radar troops, said the Russian civilian radar easily located an Orlan-10 surveillance drone circling closer to the Russian-Ukrainian border over Russian territory at the time of the incident. A Buk missile would have been easier to detect than the drone, he said.

The Russian military said Ukraine's refusal to publish its radar data, the positions of air defense batteries it had deployed in the area, and communications between MH17 and the Ukrainian traffic controller directing its flight towards the rebel-held areas in eastern Ukraine, made it look suspicious.

“The Ukrainian side has air situation data in the area of the Malaysian Airlines Boeing 777 crash from both civilian and military sources. The fact that Ukraine has not published radar data leads us to the  conjecture that the missile, if it was a Buk, was launched from territory under the control of the Ukrainian military,” the general said.

It resembles the way Ukraine acted in 2001 after shooting down a Russian plane flying from Israel over the Black Sea, a spokesman for the Russian Defense Ministry said during the briefing.

The shooting down of Siberia Airlines Flight 1812 in October 2001 claimed 78 lives, but “despite irrefutable facts that put the blame for the Tu-154 crash on the Ukrainian military, [Kiev] refused to take any responsibility,” Gen. Igor Konashenkov said.

In its official statement, the company said the data in question is “the so-called initial radar images of the airspace in raw form.” That includes the registration of movements in the airspace over Eastern Ukraine on the day when the Malaysian Boeing went down in the area.

On Thursday, the official representative of the Russian Investigative Committee, Vladimir Markin, announced that Russia will pass this fresh batch of information on the MH17 crash to the Dutch-led international investigators.

The spokesperson for the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zahharova, told journalists on Thursday that the move is crucial, since the information is “awaited by the relatives of the crash victims.”

"The move by the Russian company should become an important and relevant example for all other countries and anyone who has any information in order to understand what happened two years ago in the skies over Ukraine," Zakharova said.

Kiev has not so far made public the information on location of its military surface-to-air units Buk on the day of the crash as well as the talks between flight data controllers and radar data

MOSCOW, September 28 /TASS/. The objectivity of conclusions made by an international group for investigating the MH17 Boeing crash is doubtful, Russian Defense Ministry Spokesperson Major-General Igor Konashenkov said.

"We carefully studied today’s statements made by the Dutch Investigation Team, which is investigating the Boeing MH17 crash over Ukraine. The serious conclusions, which have been announced today, require serious arguments and moreover facts," the Russian Defense Ministry spokesman said.

"The data, which the investigation group presented at a briefing on Wednesday, had been taken from two main sources: the Internet and Ukraine’s security services. Therefore, the objectivity of that data and consequently the conclusions made on its basis cannot but be doubtful," Konashenkov stressed.

"For our part, we want a maximum objective investigation, which will help identifying persons who are really responsible for the July 17, 2014 crash. We will continue rendering all the necessary assistance to the investigation," he added.
Russian air defense systems never crossed Ukrainian border

According to Konashenkov, no Russian air defense systems have ever crossed the Ukrainian border.

"No Russian air defense systems, including Buk, have ever crossed the Russian-Ukrainian border. We made a firm statement to that effect immediately after the July 17, 2014 disaster," he said.
Radar data on MH17 flight

 Deputy Chief Designer of the Utyos-T radar station of the Lianozovo Electromechanical Plant Viktor Meshcheryakov said on Wednesday that the radar data on the Ukrainian air space at the time of the MH17 crash made public by Russia recently will be transferred to the Dutch side soon.

"The data will be transferred soon. We’re not dealing with this. They have been transferred to the competent bodies. We are using the copies of these records in this demonstration," he said.

In response to the leak, WADA and various Western rags, including Reuters, lashed out, calling the anonymous hackers ‘a Russian cyber-espionage group.’ What’s disturbing, the same accusatory towards Russia material was published in Indian publication: link.

WADA and a whole slew of Western publications immediately announced that all the ‘medications’ taken by above athletes were ‘in advance filed with WADA in accordance with procedures and rules.’ Simone Biles tweeted that she suffers from ADHD and has to take drugs for her condition.
